I have never in my life seen a dead person look so beautiful, and for that person to have been my dad made it so special. It's hard to describe, but seeing your loved one look just like themselves at your final meeting brings an indescribable amount of peace.I hope I don't have any business with them again any time soon, but if you're looking for the right funeral home and cremation service, I highly recommend Mike, and Maxx Sass.

The number one thing we are grateful for is how they were able to make my mother look for the open casket as she had been battling cancer. We have had 6 family members be a part of the Krause funeral services. If that isn’t an example of service and caring then nothing else I write here will make a difference.

Christine Koch: Krause went above and beyond what a funeral parlor has ever done. Unfortunately I have gone through too many funerals in our family and none of the other funeral homes even came close to the passion, help, guidance and support as Krause has.Krause even delivered all of the plants, floral arrangements, and picture boards to my home. After the service, that is the last thing you want to worry about. They sent me a picture of all the flowers and plants along with a copy of the card who the beautiful arrangement came from. They also sent me a copy of all the condolences that family and friends wrote on their website.One of the greatest parts of Krause was the funeral celebrant Jeannie. I have received so many compliments on the service she did for my husband. Jeannie truly did a wonderful job and everyone thought she was a family friend because she knew so much of Marks life. When we first sat down with Jeannie she told my daughter and I she had been doing what she loves to do for many years and that she was good at it. That confidence was proven above and beyond what we expected. Jeannie told us that during the service if she had people laughing and had people crying, then she did her job. Well she certainly did just that.All in all I can not thank Krause enough for doing everything possible to help me and my family through this difficult time.

Whatever we needed they provided, sympathy, guidance, and most importantly in times of stress it was all stress free! You would think this 5 star treatment would be so expensive! Instead it was very reasonable and they made no fuss about payment. “We will bill you later!” So so surprising to find such great value and kindness. I am very grateful that our friends all said Schaff is the place to go. I mean 100% of of friends and family recommended them. At a time when emotions are so raw it is easy to feel later that you were taken for ride but with Schaff we were taken care of at every turn.

To say her loss was devastating to every member of my family would be the understatement of the century. Marco Cannestra helped us through the entire process and bent over backwards to help us ensure we planned a funeral that accorded with my Grandmother's wishes. He ensured we could host it at the Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist, helped us in coordinating burial at Holy Cross Cemetery, and not only catered to our every ask, but showed true care and empathy for our entire family throughout the process.
