It has been our privilege to support your wellbeing at this location, and we look forward to continuing to do so. We anticipate that this change will impact our clients minimally and have identified some anticipated FAQs with supportive answers to best assist you through our transition.

• Why this change? Tulaya Wellness is under new management, the same group that supports Red Oak Counseling. Red Oak has been providing high quality behavioral health care around the metro-Milwaukee area for close to two decades, and they look forward to integrating with the care team at Tulaya.

• What will change? Mostly just the areas you see the Tulaya name, which includes signage on the building and all paperwork. Some documents will be updated to reflect the newly identified name and may be combined with paperwork already used by Red Oak Counseling. Our electronic health record system will change as well. This new system will still allow you to utilize a patient portal to see appointments and connect with/message your provider. You should not lose any functionality despite visual differences.

• How do people get records? You will request records as you previously have, by use of an authorization for release of information form identifying what records you’d like released, and to whom (another agency, yourself, etc.) and they will be sent thereafter.

• Will the location remain the same? Yes, we will still physically remain in the same location with no plans for relocation.

• Will you still accept my insurance? Yes, we will still accept the same insurance plans we currently do today. Also, there may be more insurance carriers accepted than before, allowing us to assist even more clients.
