They even have a keto chef that you can buy amazing prepared meals from! These people know their stuff, and they’re willing to share. HIGHLY recommend!!!

I was on the Phentermine program for 3 months and I lost a total of 35 pounds. I stuck to a calorie deficit diet, tracked my calories on myfitnesspal and drank a lot of water, all while still enjoying foods I love in moderation. Jessica Smith: I was introduced to lymphatic drainage services through Jordan, and decided to give it a try. Jordan started treatment for me during my initial postpartum period with my second child. After a few sessions I noticed a huge difference in swelling in comparison to my first child weeks after delivery. Specifically, I noticed the difference in my ankles, legs, feet and back. Not only that the lymph drainage helped me feel relaxed, and confident since the decreased swelling helped my body have an overall slimmer look with continued sessions! Lynsey Branstrom: I have been receiving multiple services from VIVA Wellness since being in the Milwaukee area in 2021. Every service has been an absolute game changer! From regular monthly colonics with Laura, the infrared sauna, lymphatic drainage massages with Esmeralda, to Vitamin shots and IVs.Laura is an absolute sweetheart, and so incredibly informative and knowledgeable about colon hydrotherapy. The initial colonic process was super easy yet thorough. I have continued to recieve colonics through different stages in my life since wedding prep in 2021, and believe they have made a significant impact on my overall health.I could not recommend Laura and the rest of the VIVA Wellness services enough!

Laura makes you comfortable from the moment you meet her and easily gained my trust with her incredible, professional knowledge and the lovely personality.I don't have to add that the whole experience was really great because there was not a second that I felt uncomfortable or did not trust Laura's expertise. She walks you through the whole process like a best friend and you will walk out lighter and more educated about gut health than you could ever imagine. Her sense of humor and caring approach makes this so much easier and takes the scary out of it. Seeing Laura for colonics regularly after getting an initial consult and series of treatment makes such a difference in my symptoms management and really tipped the needle for me! Viva Wellness is an outstanding, caring place where the experts and professionals take your health needs to another level.

At my first colonic appointment with Miss Laura French, she was able to immediately side step any awkwardness I may have felt, jumping right into the educational aspect on how my gut health could be contributing to my overall “blah” feeling. I literally left my first colonic feeling better than I knew I could, not even having realized how “ugh” I had previously felt.One of the most raving things I talk about with Viva is that I have never felt like my recommended services were part of a sales tactic. Everyone there genuinely loves what they do, and love helping people feel their best. Joann Koenecke: I have been going here for years. It’s not a fad diet. The tools they give you facilitate a lifestyle change. Do you lose weight, short answer is yes. But the question is sustainability. They teach you how to maintain and give personal attention to what makes you different thus tailoring your plan of attack. Is it easy? No. But anything worth doing will be hard. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and compared to things like WW it’s reasonably priced. I couldn’t recommend them enough.

R. Mendoza: From my first consult visit to my procedure day, everyone at Sono Bello was great, and so friendly. Jessica's compassion and great concern for my needs was so comforting.I had my Upper and Lower Abs, hips, and waist done. On the day of my procedure, my two nurses were so sweet. Shay made me feel at ease from the moment she greeted me. I would say the procedure itself was very painful. I was given some pills to ease the pain less than 10-15 minutes before the doctor came in to perform the procedure. I felt pretty much everything. Shay never let go of my hand throughout the procedure and tried to comfort me. Dr. Gourley also was very attentive to my pain. I would say the medications should be given at least an hour or half hour before a procedure like this. The pain post-procedure is pretty intense for about a day or two and then it just hurts as I try to stand or sit. All in all I am very happy with my result one week post- procedure. I hope that once the swelling goes down, I will see more better results. I can't wait for my Post- Procedure visit. Thank you to my team at Sono Bello.
