Man I'm up praising God for, the people at American Freight who righted a wrong three years long! Praise God those guys came out today in full force! Ron, Shaquille, Cam, and forgive us for not remembering the names of the other young men. You guys are all appreciated. They replaced our loveseat with a brand spanking new one! Then the boss not only came and apologized in person, but gave us multiple gifts. I tell you nothing but God! I will now continue to shop with this company. God bless you all! Praise God! They gave us all kinds of stuff, and we are still in awe! They brought the furniture in and took the old out. Then they put it together for us as well. They went above and beyond to make things right. They definitely did just that and more! I'm just a regular person that had a issue with a marvelous company, and it was corrected and more! After stopping by the Wauwatosa American Freight, we discovered that our inventory was short resulting in our shopping at the Brown Deer store. We found our appliances, sold to us by a team of professionals at a very good rate. I recommend the store and their merchandise highly.

I haven't bought a mattress in a long time. I went to mattress firm and can't say enough about Ed, Steve, and Sam! Ed was very patient and informative as I tried almost every bed in the store. Steve was so knowledgeable and helpful in making sure all items I wanted were ordered and set up for delivery as I needed. Sam was absolutely awesome and went above and beyond to help me the next day when I decided to switch to a queen! As a team, they were great and really worked hard to make sure I was happy. They definitely earned my business and I will return soon to replace another mattress!

Our sales representative John was genuinely interested in our family’s wellbeing. He asked insightful questions and offered solution & scientifically based recommendations. We landed in precisely the right beds aligning with our individual sleeping needs because of John. I HIGHLY recommend the Mayfair Mattress Firm location because they have products for every need and have highly qualified folks like John to help!

I walked in and was in a bit of a hurry and left out, and Deondre the sales person came to the door and waved at me and said he could help me, as I was backing out of the parking space, and I said I’d come back. He said please come on in let’s see what we can do for you. I decided to go back since he took the time to come out!!! Well we found a bed with a free adjustable bed frame, and he was extremely helpful!!! I would’ve kept going if he hadn’t come to the door, maybe went back another day, but for sure I was leaving, and there were other people in the store at the time and I wasn’t ignored. I just thought I could slip in and look around, and leave but he made that sale and I’m grateful!!! Thanks for going that extra step!!! Mrs A
