I not only get immediate relief from treatments, but long lasting relief because of the customized exercises prescribed for me. The entire staff is friendly and the place is very pleasant.Recently I began working with Robert, a physical trainer. He did an assessment of my physical condition and, as a result, gave me a specific set of exercises to do designed to increase my strength and balance. He is so good at answering all of my questions, and as he demonstrates the exercises I video him while he also explains what he is doing. Then, I workout at home. This saves me a lot of time. I return about every six weeks to two months for a reassessment. Although I've always exercised, Robert has shown me so many things I didn't know that keep me feeling great!

Alexa Rodriguez: i went in for another trim a few days later, had another gamma hairstylist that was also very nice and i was happy with her work as i left the salon, but after I got home and showered i realized there were a few sections of my hair that were not symmetrical. one side of my bangs is way way too short and it doesn’t stay down without styling it. I can’t do anything about it now except grow it out unfortunately. besides this, everything is clean , they wash your hair and my trim was free because it was within two weeks of my first appointment. teachers are always checking in on their students, and I can tell many of these people do well with their clients and have a passion for hair styling, but the bangs situation is very upsetting even if it was accidental

Debbie G: When the elevator door opens, and you step into the salon area at IBW, you just know you are somewhere special. The space has the feel of a very busy, high end salon. For a fraction of the cost of the same service in a traditional salon, you can get a well-trained Aveda student, as well as the clinician overseeing their work. You do need to allow extra time for the instructor to visit the station, but it's well worth the wait.

A M: Update: I visited on a Sunday evening, and was able to get massaged right away. I had a different masseuse from last time and even though she applied a little too much pressure in certain areas, it was a very thorough massage and I would still return, plus it’s nice that they’re open late even on Sundays..I went in with a severely pulled arm muscle, so I thought a massage would help, which for my arm it didn’t. The massage was otherwise ok, the masseuse barely spoke English so she used Google translate to communicate, maybe I’ll return for a regular massage and update this review..

I was asked what I wanted to work on - a relaxation massage, anything that was bothering me, and so on... I have lower back pain caused by extremely tight hip flexors, and we began right away, with a pretty intense massage. I also got to do cupping, which I'd never done before. I've gone in with migraines that would've sent me to the ER & have had them gone by the time I left her office. Her rates are excellent, she's very generous with the amount of time she spends with you and her store, table & linens are always very clean. She creates a very relaxing atmosphere, you can bring your own oil or pick a scent from hers and she plays relaxing music during your session. She's content to chat with you or let you enjoy your massage quietly, whichever you wish. She's a great listener though & has doubled as a therapist for me on occasion, lol. She is always taking classes & continuing her education in massage therapy so she's up to date on all the latest techniques. She won't nickel & dime you if she does some cupping or hot stone work during your Swedish massage and has even tried to decline the tips I leave her

Grady Fitzgerald: Dr. Jeffrey Montoya gives me the most regenerative, healing deep tissue massage therapy sessions I've ever had from any massage therapist. Every therapist I've had has been amazing. One point to make is, since they are in the basement of the bank building. Once the bank closes, they sometimes lock the doors to the whole building and you may have a hard time getting in. Really wish the bank or building owner would make the offices more accessible to the other tenants during off hours. Not Reiki's fault.

Heather Franklin: This place is located in a bank building and those are always confusing but once you find the suite its worth the maze. The room was large, the music was calming and the table was a great temperature. It was a little annoying trying to schedule a massage because i had to text twice before i got a response. I booked a follow-up while i was there to avoid this issue.
Katie Nora: I booked a Groupon for Reiki and it was a great experience. The booking system and location are not great, but the reiki session was relaxing. They did use a lot of strong essential oils that started giving me a headache by the end of the hour session, but everything else went smoothly.

I am dealing with hip pain that I go to physical therapy for and the only thing that takes the pain completely away are the massages from Shiloh. The pain is kept from completely gone to just a minimum for weeks and up to a month just after one massage session.
Kirby Vaile: I love the staff they always make me feel comfortable and taken care of. The environment is nice and relaxing as well. Some of the better masseuses are harder to schedule with but most of them are good so it's not that big of deal.
