I'm glad the care was worth the wait. The Dr was truly incredible and so informative. One of the best I've seen for my son. It just took us 6 months to get in, including one canceled appointment on your end with no reason. I'm also still waiting for my follow up call but it was explained that might take a week.
It didn't feel very personable and the contact between who referrred us and ENT was lacking and I had to try to explain why we were sent there.
We love Dr Beste. He has such a warm and also prof demeanor. He always gives time to answer any and every question. Our daughter had 2 surgeries with him and we completely trusted him.
My appointment was at 9:30. I arrived early at 9:10 and they took me a long time to see me. I was seen at around 9:50. I felt that the doctor wanted to get through everything and was answering everything in a rush.
The showed so much patience and concern for my child needs
We waited in the exam room for 25 minutes, and the delay was not explained or an apology offered by any staff member for the inconvenience.
Our doctor was awesome. Knowledgeable, friendly, easy to understand. I would recommend him to anybody.
I am so thankful for Dr. Beste. He is such a great provider and I am so glad he is my daughter's surgeon. I completely trust his decision making and know my daughter is in the best of hands with him. Thank you!!
