Every time I've visited the store, it's been evident that all the representatives put in tremendous effort and take pride in meeting their customers needs. Bob Norris is who I work with when I need an outfit and I can only wish I had met him years earlier! I used to fumble around other stores trying to determine if this jacket matches a shirt, tie, shoes, belt, etc and then just feeling overwhelmed and deflated. Even if they all seemed to match to me then I'm asking myself if that is really how they should fit. Now I just go talk to Bob at Harleys. He listens so closely to what I need and explains all the options that will accomplish what I am looking for in a particular outfit. The suits for my groomsmen, ushers, ring bearer, flower dude, and additional family members were great on the wedding day as well. We had a few pants/shirts that came in a little short but the staff there worked quickly to make sure everyone fit comfortably in the suits. It was a tall task as we needed a lot of suits but they got it done. Shoutout to the staff, y’all made my time with you guys special!

They got really nice merchandise at good prices and the staff is extremely nice and pleasant from the interactions I've had with them, really A1 all around. I wish they were local to me so I could pop into the brick and mortar and shop a little there! I will definitely make sure I do if I'm ever in Milwaukee.

They were swift in responding to me & they answered my question and held the shoes I wanted till I got out of work. I have bought about 5 pairs recently and I love the store and the vibes and the owner is actually present as well. Best customer service I've had in some time.
