Chris Lee Aries: I always loved the Milwaukee Public Museum! I went on a thursday and there was a lot of school kids and family's. It's nostalgic everytime going to the museum, the memorable field trips as a kid and now going in my adulthood. I went with a family member and I said we are going on all the floors seeing all the exhibits and we did. Always a fun time time here.

Kat Stewart: It was very nice, the exhibits had a lot to teach in every area we went in. It just needs a little tlc and updating and it'll be perfect! They are supposed to be moving to a new building and updating the exhibits soon, so we will definitely be checking it out then. I hope they get more interactive areas.Visited on Weekday Wait time No wait …

Pabst Mansion: what do users think?

Howard: Fantastic mansion, beautiful and well maintained. Carolyn, who has worked there 15 years was amazing. Very well spoken, and knew all you needed to know, but very patient, with some really silly questions. We hope this mansion keeps going with renovations and care, looking after the last of its kind.Visited on Weekend Wait time Up to 10 min Reservation recommended Yes …

Maryellen Parmenter: Barb was an excellent docent with a rich knowledge of Pabst history and very interesting delivery! It felt like visiting another world and the house was beautifulVisited on Weekend Reservation recommended Yes …

Erik Zhou: This was a great tour! The guide was very knowledgeable and funny. She answered questions well and had very in depth knowledge of both the structure of the mansion and the Pabst family history. Even seemingly insignificant pieces of information such as what kind of wood each room is made of.The mansion itself was very beautiful. The first floor is fully completed and looks exactly how it originally looked. The second and third floors are still in progress but it was still good to see.Highly recommended if visiting Milwaukee.

The Atomic Man Man: Nice historical place

S H: I visited this museum as a part of our office event. It was a good experience. We had a group of colleagues who had a good experience in the museum. The associate at the entrance briefs us about the rules and the regulations to not touch the vehicles or seat on them. Some of the vehicles in one section can be touched and sit on it to experience it. A good opportunity to read about the motorcycle evolution across the globe 🌏. Forest Home Cemetery: what do users think?

Rick “RBG” Gagliano: , General, Billy Mitchell, the Werwath Family

karen both: I had the most amazing day!! I came to order my Bronze Plaque for my Niche.Iris Cortes was typing the order and I asked her about my baby sister that was cremated and somewhere at Forest Home. My Father told my Mother that she was with the babies.Iris started to check found out she was in the Chapel Catacombs in the basement since 1957. She had 2 wonderful people go and bring her to me. When Iris opened the card board box there was a beautiful copper urn, it looked brand new. Iris typed a form and I could take my baby Sister home.I have my brothers ashes and now I can place them in a Niche together.Iris Cortes is a wonderful person so caring!! Forest Home is so lucky to have an employee like Iris!!Karen M Both

Dean A Einerson: The staff at Forest Home was wonderful as our family arranged a burial. From selecting a site to planning a gravestone they were helpful and thoughtful. The day of the burial the staff member who accompanied us was sensitive and caring, and the ground crew was exceptional in helping us carry out the burial as we wanted.

Holly Jeffords: . I imagine these tours could be two to three times as long and still not come remotely close to covering everything! There’s an abundance of history here. Bring a water bottle and pack a snack, because you could spend hours exploring the cemetery after the tour.

Kyle Slafer: Be sure to stop by the office for a visitor's guide. Public tours and events available year round.

Jay Gross: We took a walking tour called "Deadbeats - Milwaukee's musicians".As someone who loves history and music, this tour was right up my alley.Their tour season is just kicking off so I added their upcoming schedule as there's something for everyone. Forest Home is huge, so we did a fair amount of walking. The tour had a lot of info about the beginning of the music scene in Milwaukee. Cool tour. We'll be taking a few more of these now that we did this one

Judy Tutles: . Did you know back in the 1900s people would come to cemeteries for pick nicks and cemeteries were treated like parks. How cool is that?!?!

Kathryn Hall: Gorgeous place to walk in the Fall. The trees are so beautiful! So much Milwaukee history here. I stopped in the office to pick up a map & pamphlet with info about the different graves & mausoleums & the woman working the office was so friendly & helpful.

Will Cappon: Awesome cemetery with tons of history. Many famous Milwaukeeans are buried here. They have a lot of tours and other events at the cemetery. I got to see the chapel and old crematory under it.

Jason Gabriel: Famous 19th Century cemetery serving as the final resting place for more than 1,000 civil war veterans and prominent people from Milwaukee's history. Beautiful grounds designed by a famous Wisconsin naturalist. Ideal for self-guided tours, birdwatching, and exploration! The site is full of amazing monuments. Be sure to stop by the office for a visitor's guide. Public tours and events available year round.
