4worldlovers: 5Wise is winding down and will be closing permanently on August 1, 2023.

In those six years, there have been nearly 200 members and countless events ranging from spoken word performances to pop-up clinics to CPR classes to quinceañera beauty salons to entrepreneurship boot camps. The goals of the business were two-fold:

Support itself with only income from its users (there has been no grant funding over the six years).

I am proud to say that 5Wise has been able to achieve those goals for its entire existence. I will always treasure how visitors came into 5Wise and were impressed with the comfort, quality, and intention of the space. I am proudest of the amazing diversity and health of the activities that have been taken in the space over the years.

Thank you to those who have hosted events in the space. And my deepest gratitude goes to the members who have been the foundation of the entire project.

The Board & Brush studio is close to American Family field and some great restaurants and coffee shops, including Waterstreet Brewery, O&H Bakery, Belair Cantina and Cubanitas. Board & Brush is the perfect location for your next event or night out.

We welcome you to try any and all of our many different classes.

If you like a physical challenge, the Hot Power Hour (at Healium Hot Yoga Bay View or West Allis) or some Healium HIIT might be right up your alley. If you crave something on the slower side with more meditation you might like the Yin or Slow Flow (at Healium Restore). With our four studio locations in Bay View and West Allis we are offering classes on both ends of the spectrum and even a little something in between!

Our classes are broken down into three different temperatures - HOT, GENTLY HEATED, and NOT HEATED.

Almost all classes at Healium Hot Yoga are GENTLY HEATED or HOT.

Sarah teaches energetic flows steeped in the classical yoga tradition with an eye to precise alignment. All students are welcome, with modifications and variations offered to all levels of practitioners.
