In the end you will achieve incredible progress in a short time. Thank you very much ELS for everything you have provided.

Manny Lorenzana27: They have a really nice teacher

Amber Brody: School has changed and not as family friendly since Principal Sra. Martel left after 2014-15 school year. Think the new campus is a great idea so more kids can get into MSIS. Office staff has always been the best - Anitra & Jenny. Would have given it 5 stars for 2011-2015.

Kim Kenney: Both my kids go here and this school is fantastic! Teachers and principle are wonderful. One of the best MPS schools.

UWM School of Continuing Education: what do users think?

Anne Siegel: Osher rocks! In preparation for teaching a Zoom class to elementary school children in French, I contacted one of the Osher members and received some specialized tools for moving forward with my project. Her 'tips' helped me lead the virtual class with a minimal amount of missteps. I gained a lot of confidence after working individually with Laurie, as well as attending her regular Zoom tutorials for all Osher members. Love the variety of programs, too!

Gwen Benner: Osher at UWM has provided a plethora of stimulating programs for lifelong learners in a community of fellow students who have become colleagues and good friends.

Priscilla Camilli: I have enjoyed many Osher courses. I especially have gained insightsfrom Paula Friedman''s book discussions and Kathy Johnson's film analyses and other courses. I have also been happy to teach classes on art history.Osher makes retirement fulfilling!

Sue Burwell: There is such a wonderful variety of courses offered, and a great way to spend time learning, especially when we can't be together in -person.

Marvin Wiener: The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at UWM is an adult learning extension of UW Milwaukee that has brought learning experiences to many intellectually curious senior citizens in the greater Milwaukee area. It differentiates itself from other adult learning activities by the breadth of topics, the active participation in the organization by over 100 volunteers, the caliber of the presenters, and the continued pursuit of excellence through surveys of members and evaluation of the classes offered. The high caliber of the organization is reflected in its rapid adoption of virtual teaching made necessary by the COVID pandemic. The Institute didn't miss a beat in moving to a virtual platform. It has the technical expertise and member dedication to pull that off almost seamlessly. I'm proud to be a member of an organization that recognize me as an individual and values my input and membership.

Chris Schlosser: The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute is a great way to continue to learn new and interesting things - as well as meet other people. They have done a great job of shifting to all online classes during the pandemic. These classes have been a great way to stay in touch and learn while safer at home.

Cindy Harvey: OSHER Classes have kept me sane during the pandemic!Always something to look forward to. Thank you!

Julie I: For me, one of the best parts of retiring was finally getting to start attending classes with the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at UWM, otherwise known to the members of our chapter as Osher. I've enjoyed getting together with others for lectures and classes about literature, history, science, and more. Even now, when our meetings are via Zoom, the learning and sharing continues. But I'll admit, I'm looking forward to the day that we can meet, travel, eat, and learn together in person again.

Geri Halaska: Osher has been a life saver for me. I've enjoyed the many classes that I signed up for and have met many interesting people and made more friends. Can't wait for things to return to "normal".

Kathy O: Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at UWM is OUSTANDING! It offers classes on History, Literature, Art, and even current events. Zoom classes have been offered since the Pandemic arrived along with many other class options. Osher even offers tech classes to learn how to Zoom with a Tech Support Team to offer personalized assistance. You won't regret your decision to become a member!

Tim Peterson: I have learned so much from this place, nothing else like it in SE Wisconsin!!!

Luther Willems: Great facility and staff to help working adults improve their skills! I've enjoyed the classes I have taken here.

Academy of Accelerated Learning: what do users think?

Zakarri Mathews: but that's on the kids it's a great school with nice teacher's but I do hope they got a new Spanish teacher cause uhhh.... she didn't really teach Spanish to well. Started Spanish class in 2nd-5th grade and all I knew was "Hola como estas". I barely even knew what that meant. But after that, I think it was an amazing school. A library which got me a love for reading at a young age, great teachers

Joey Robles: Great school

Coleki: I went to this school k5-5th and can truly say this and mean it. I loved this school! Most of the educators are nice and cooperative. General staff is helpful, understanding, and flexible. I can say there was never a dull day in that school. I feel like I genuinely benefited off the education they had provided us students. The things we did for “fun” genuinely provided joy. The material they taught was solid and the people who taught it were all very informative and did well where thoroughly provided steps were needed. While some of the teachers I grew up alongside during my time in the school are no longer there, I can almost guarantee that will not matter. I hope you decide to send your child to this amazing school! - Aiyana A. M.

ninja Torres: my name is jaquan torres i give this school a 5star

Sha Sulayman: The staffs are nice give good food and there is a lot to do outside.

Su_Ly_la Be: This is a great school and I like this school because the people are nice and it is really fun.

soe: i went here in like first grade, im in 8th grade now, but i started going to another school when i went into 2nd grade. it was cool, but i miss my first grade friends:(

Annette Poole: Great school and wonderful teachers that really care about your child's wellness and success.

Milwaukee Montessori School: what do users think?

Mona Reppa: MMS is an excellent school. Both of our children have attended the school since 4th grade and will graduate this year in 8th grade. The teachers are amazing. They give so much of their time, care, and expertise to their students. They really go above and beyond. The administration really cares about the kids and puts in a lot of effort to have a strong learning environment. They select and support teachers who are passionate about teaching, and have created an organization that is innovative and responsive to the changing needs of education. They have stayed ahead of technology trends and develop the academic, social, and emotional skills required to keep up with those trends in the classroom. The community of families is also wonderful. One must just attend an MMS volleyball game to see how this community is so supportive of each other.

Christopher Hahn: Our boys attended Milwaukee Montessori in the school year 2020 to 2021, the school year of Covid. That was their only year due to our move back east to our family. The boys attended third grade and fifth grade respectively. The experience was incredible. The teachers, the curriculum, and the social components all exceeded expectations. There’s no doubt we would’ve stayed at the school had we stayed in the Midwest.

Dania Stachiw-Hietpas: Our daughter started at 18 months and loved it. When she was 4 we moved and decided to give public school a try. We quickly saw a difference, that even our daughter expressed to us. For K5 she went back to MMS and we couldn't be happier!!

Lynn Malec: Fabulous environment where children’s individual and unique academic and social skills can flourish. We joined the MMS in 2020 and are the thrilled to be there!

Tina Mayer: We love Milwaukee Montessori! It’s a great school with wonderful teachers ❤️

Duke Roufus: Milwaukee Montesorri School is the best hands down. The school, staff and community are top notch. The best thing we ever did for our daughter

Carrie Castillo: My husband and I went on numerous tours of daycares and preschools before deciding on MMS for our toddler. We are so happy with our decision. Our son started when he was 18 months, he's learning so much. The staff is welcoming and pleasant.

Nina Tatarowicz: MMS is an outstanding school. We are so grateful to have found it this year to allow our 6 year old daughter to attend in person. Her caring, devoted teachers and staff have been amazing. Our daughter not only has built confidence in her studies, but now finds so much joy in reading and attending school. They are exceptionally organized and responsive in all matters. Thank you MMS!

Clarissa Mankus Ortiz: Our kids attend MMS and are in their toddler program and Children’s House. We have had an incredible experience and absolutely love it there! MMS has a very talented and committed group of teachers and it is truly a special school community! Moving our kids there was the best decision that we made. I would highly recommend their program to other families that are interested in the Montessori method of learning.

cleo alcantara: My daughter transfered to Milwaukee Montessori because her school did not have in person and she went from loving school to hating it.From day one at Milwaukee Montessori she said everyone was welcoming and she looks forward to going to school again. She even eagerly tells me what she worked on and looks forward to studying.

Angela Biscardi: Our family started at MMS this January and the decision to start our daughter back in a toddler program during a global pandemic was not an easy one. But after our multiple visits, and understanding all the COVID protocols we were confident MMS was the right choice for us! We were not wrong, our daughter is thriving in the program, meeting new friends, expanding her vocabulary and has a big smile on her face everyday at drop off! Her teachers are doing an amazing job keeping the line of communication open even though parents are not allowed in classrooms right now. Overall we only have positive feedback regarding our experience with MMS!

Sarah Metzen: We have had children at MMS for almost a decade and our experiences have been overwhelmingly positive! The teachers have all been very open, responsive and supportive. Our children have thrived academically in the Montessori atmosphere, and their art program is out of this world!

Lora Rice: My son has attended MMS since he was 3 years old. Each of his teachers has encouraged his interest and confidence throughout the years. They have been a major part in molding him into the all knowing 13 year old he is today. We are truly grateful for the time and energy his instructors have invested in our son. Thank you!

Susie Leisos: Wonderful school, beautiful classrooms, and excellent teachers. My four and a half year old is reading and her confidence is soaring. I am impressed with their handling of the pandemic. So lucky to have had MMS during this trying year. Lucky to be able to give my child an in person experience while knowing my child is safe.

The Goddard School: what do users think?

Nicholas LaBonte: We've had two children attend Goddard school of Brookfield. We've been so extremely happy with the school, it's staff, their programs, communication, "extracurriculars" and enrichment activities. We would highly recommend

Victoria P: Easy to work with and answer any questions I have. Love receiving updates on how my little ones are doing throughout the day. Notes the teacher provides helps me plan for the next day or answer any of the school's questions.

aarsha abhilash: Good school for young curious minds

Kristi Hensel: . Fatima, Jeanette and the rest of the staff are always on top of things and you just feel and see that they truly care about the children. Our daughter has had many wonderful experiences and is learning so much! We look forward to sending our son there as well. We would highly recommend the Goddard School of Brookfield!

Jessica Zange: Positive:QualityWe had such a wonderful experience with our eldest daughter here. We absolutely adored the teachers in all 3 different classrooms she was in. Highly recommend Goddard to anyone looking for an enriching and nourishing environment for their little ones.

Vidya k p: Both my kids went to Goddard till 4K and I am very happy with the care they received in Goddard!

Sahar Anvari: I had so many tours 12 to preschools in different cities before and after moving to Brookfield. I had so many factors to consider and after lots of searching we are so pleased that we have chosen Goddard a few years ago.It is a very caring and safe place for children. The building is specificallydesigned for little children. There are no stairs, the playground is safe, and there is an extra door to outside for emergency. The restrooms and the kitchen are nice and clean.Fatima, the manager, is more than willing to help in any way she can. She is an amazing person who has gathered all these dedicated and caring people in this school. We couldn’t be more pleased with the love and care our son received from the amazing staff.Teachers provide children with a warm and welcoming classroom.Kids look happy and also are disciplined with love.We are so thankful that our son had a positive experience in his first school.

Sahar Toosi: Positive:Professionalism

Laxmi Dharman: My 16 month old has been a student at Goddard since she was 4 months old. We have been extremely happy with all the care and support the teachers at Goddard have provided. They have an absolutely amazing staff, the teachers genuinely care. Ms.Michelle and Ms.Jennie have been so nice and patient every time we had questions as a new parent. Ms. Heidi and Ms. Kendra are so creative with kids and always posting fun pictures with captions! Ms.Abby and Ms.Jaz have helped my little one transition to the toddler room very well by understanding her needs. The admin staff, Ms.Dena and Ms.Jeannette are always ready to help with a smile. The school is kept very clean and the teachers do a good job of sanitizing toys, I have noticed it several times while picking up my little one. I highly recommend this daycare. Unfortunately, we are relocating and will miss this place!

Kristy Ganow: When we moved to the area two years ago from out of state, I was extremely nervous about finding a quality preschool for my then 2 ½ year old son. I toured numerous schools & daycares in the area and finally selected The Goddard School in Brookfield. I am so glad that I did! I have been nothing but impressed by the staff and caring teachers! They go out of their way to keep you informed, and I love the daily updates and report. My oldest son has learned so much in his two years at the school, and my second son is starting preschool this fall in their two-year-old program as well. I highly recommend The Goddard School for parents that want an exceptional early childhood experience with a balance of play and structured learning! You will not be disappointed – this is a phenomenal place!

Patty McClain: Goddard Brookfield provides exceptional childcare. Teachers are organized, caring and very dependable. Fatima, the owner, and her administrative staff are responsive and committed to excellence. The entire staff at Goddard thoughtfully nurtures and challenges my kids, and we've seen tremendous progress as a result. My kids love going to "school" and look forward to seeing their teachers and friends every day. We've tried other daycares and nothing compares to Goddard. I love that I know my kids are safe and happy all day long - Goddard's use of the Tadpoles app is so helpful, as we are constantly in the know about our kids' daily activities. We highly recommend Goddard!

Kammy Narayanan: The staff is very approachable and responsive, always do their best to help in any way they can. The facility is secure and clean. Good learning environment. The school shares the daily status report, which details out the activities done, the diaper changes, what they ate for lunch along with the pictures etc.The staff is also very personable and tries to work with you and your child on developmental skills etc. They are very flexible and accommodating.

Lauren Chiavola: Goddard is just wonderful. We have two kiddos there currently and our experience has been nothing less than amazing. We have been impressed with all of the teachers, directors, and the owner. They are responsive to questions we have , truly care about your children, and treat them with respect and so much love. The infant teachers have exceeded any/all expectations with their wonderful care for my daughter, and the teachers that my son has encountered as he moves up rooms have just continued to impress us. I feel the days are structured and that the kids truly learn while at Goddard! As evident by my son coming home from school one day, age 2.5, and counting to 10 in Spanish with no prompting from me! They have music class, Spanish class, sign language, and are constantly teaching the kids amazing skills they will need once they are older. I cannot say enough - highly recommend! We love Goddard! Thank you!

Mike Burtzel: We absolutely love the Goddard School. Our family relocated to Wisconsin last year and the Goddard School has made the transition so smooth. Fatima, Jeanette, Ali, Dena, Marj, and all of the other staff members have been amazingly helpful and friendly. They have created an environment that has a family feel to it. They have an outstanding curriculum and do a great job of fostering a fun, yet highly developmental learning structure. We couldn't be happier and highly recommend the Goddard School.

Katie Albrecht: The Goddard School is wonderful! From the moment we first visited we felt like this was the place for us. We feel so thankful to have such loving, dedicated teaches and staff looking after our son each day. Everyone on staff goes above and beyond!

Yael Margretz: since 2012. The teachers are super loving and do all they can to be a friend to both my kids and parents. They have great curriculum, lots of art, toys, reading, etc. Excellent in-school field trips such as police, fire, animals, clowns, pizza, etc. There is also an excellent hot lunch option that is inexpensive and healthy- and tasty from what I’m told. When my last kiddo graduates, we will be very sad to leave this school. Highly recommend!

Heather Lorbiecki: My 2 year-old son has been attending Goddard School in Brookfield for over a year. When I walked in to Goddard for the first time, what immediately struck me was how happy all of the children were. It actually brought tears to my eyes, because I was nervous about enrolling him into a different school. I felt intuitively that this school was the right choice for my child and our family. The adjustment period for my child was short. He absolutely LOVES attending Goddard school! Goddard has exceeded my expectations!I like that Goddard is truly a school and not just a daycare. Lesson plans revolve around a central theme and are well thought out and executed, as well as engaging. My son has grown by leaps and bounds. I owe a lot of that growth to his experience attending Goddard and feel like he is going to be well prepared for primary school.I would highly recommend Goddard. The teachers, staff, and owners are WONDERFUL! I cannot say enough good things about this school!

Felicia Wilkins: Very helpful in finding resources

Marvin Pineda: This college expects the best out of you when nNo other reality can accept the worst of you. And I mean this when you find yourself the core curriculums you find yourself to work, you will find the workplace safety becomes pinned between a ladder of a few to honors received by none lest it becomes a receptionist to a catering service. – If you’re looking to be a plumber, here’s where to start, because if I was arguing carpentry over metallurgy in such a calm weathered hallway, you’d be screaming acts of God till the trickle point landed on your face with your belly bestowing all the previous laughter you thought you could manage by yourself. You see, I’d be sitting with the Dean, the Staff of Administration, and an S1185 form wondering whether or not to let a blind man walk out with his cane before I found out who ruined my Mother’s marriage and career progression to her children without blood on my knuckles following WI ST. 118.35, and an Honorable Admission of Servitude seeing as my own efforts will linger the halls into a transferable credit of Guiness World Record Readership to a statement that will leave you to question what the Commissioner is going to say about it. – After all, when school is close by, I’m just looking to form my retirement.Want to challenge that signature? Or leave it in chalk? Lifeless? There’s a little more to me than you knew, and a whole much more I circled around when deciding a chance would be glory.-

Abster Asgard: the field you want to be in. This is one of the best places to go.They have an active news station here that lends out thier studio to MATC and if you take that degree you end will work with people who are actively in the feild. They get you hands on with equipment within the 1st 2 weeks consistently and are very accommodating for accessibility. Half these reviews are reviewing the school as a whole... and you should not go here for a school name you should go here for hands on experience. I will say the school body is unhelpful and if you really want help go through you teachers and program heads.

T3LLA: Great school if you’re ready to buckle down and focus! Universities can have a lot going on and be really distracting, but this school has a balance. There’s definitely fun activities every now and then but when it comes to the academics, they will not leave you hanging either. The classroom sizes are reasonable, giving you the chance to have all of your questions heard and answered.

Alexander Salas: My experience in MATC IT Computer Support Specialist program is limited but good so far. I chose to pursue this degree because it lines up well with my current work experience and career goals. So far, I have been able to take all my classes online with no scheduled class times, so I can complete assignments at my own pace without interfering with my work schedule. Another thing this program does well, is that it offers options to achieve many different certifications on your way to a degree. They also work with businesses to help their student get jobs after graduating. I would recommend this program to someone looking to get into IT Support as a career.

Britanni Hildenbrand: I am in my sixth week taking online courses at MATC. I have chosen the IT Support Associate Degree program, for two reasons: One the program is only two years, I’ll be able to launch into the job market faster, and because IT is such a diverse, and fast growing career path, I know I will find a fit into the IT world upon graduation. I chose MATC because MATC is convenient and conventional. I can take classes online, at my own pace, and be on campus for the classes I need more focus and dedication to. This IT program combined with my 10 plus years customer service experience, I know I will be able to reach any career goal I set. Now, while my interest in computers and knack for problem solving I know this career path will be suitable for me, however, to any prospective student looking for a quick money type of career, this program is not for you. This program consists of lots of physical and mental work, also taking consideration of the customers you are serving. If a prospective student welcomes challenges and is comfortable with asking questions and not feeling intimidated by the mass amount of information you will retain then this is a program for you. Prospective students should also be aware that they don’t have to work or figure stuff out alone, one of my favorite accommodations is having access to tutoring, whether online or in person- at all campuses. Fellow future students should also know that acquiring their degree at MATC is a smart money move, students can save thousands of dollars getting their education here, as opposed to a four year college/university. Future students should also know that credits will transfer to a four year college such as MSOE or UWM.

Kipi Guentner: I've worked here for decades after being a student here myself.
