Naly Yang: At first I was nervous going in and admitting I needed help with weight loss but the staff and Dr. Byom made me feel validated and listened to my concerns. I was on the Phentermine program for 3 months and I lost a total of 35 pounds. What motivated me was of course the amount of pounds I was losing but also knowing I had to check in with Dr. Byom, I needed to make sure I was making progress. I stuck to a calorie deficit diet, tracked my calories on myfitnesspal and drank a lot of water, all while still enjoying foods I love in moderation. I'm very thankful to MKE Aesthetics and Wellness for their affordable program since my insurance didn't cover any medical weight loss meds. Today, I am still committed to my calorie deficit while enjoying foods I love and maintaining my weight. Remember, phentermine isn't a magic pill, it's to help train your appetite, cancel the food noise and develop self discipline so you can you continue eating healthy when you are no longer on Phentermine.Overall, I enjoyed my experience here. The staff was great, scheduling via text was convenient for me and I liked how my appt times were never over 30 minutes. It was straight to the point and informative.

Mary Biwersi: Dr Kramer is great. I am 73 years old, and have been seeing Dr Kramer for over ten years for Botox & filler, but time is a trickster. My neck was saggy and I had droop of lower jaw line. I had a consult with Dr Kramer and she went through every detail of my concern, surgery, and what to expect. She was easy to understand. I had my Surgery Oct. 24th. @ Surgery Center and went home same day. I felt good - no problem. Two follow up’s @ office same week. I didn’t look at results at first follow up because I know I bruise easily and I didn’t want to be distracted in seeing results. It’s been five weeks and I look great! Wonderful definition to jaw line and neck after neck lift and mini face lift. I also had filler to lips. Wow. I don’t know why I waited. Dr Kramer has turned back the hands of time.

Dr. Kramer did a simple in-office procedure to stitch them closed. My ear lobes healed nicely and then I was ready to get them re-pierced. Should have done this a long time ago. ❤️

Everyone from the front desk, the surgical coordinators, assistants, pre op nurse, and entire team were all on point and made it a much more simple and seamless process than I thought it would be. Healing went well, loved the results from the start and now that it's been a few months and it's all settled, the final result is amazing. The whole team has very helpful and caring, and Dr. Blake got me in and out, some people like more of the surgeons time but I prefer a surgeon who knows what he's doing.

This is a beauty school - meaning students will be cutting your hair or doing beauty care. They offer many hair care services, cuts, trims, coloring and more. I'm a basic guy, so just a haircut. It costs $13 here. Great deal right! Yes, please remember to tip your stylish OK. Quinn cut my hair, she was friendly, professional, and did what I needed. She said she has a month to go, until graduation and on to other things, like a gig at a salon or studio. The instructors also come by and check the student's work. A great value here! Might take a bit longer with the school setting - but we'll worth it!
Puddies Mom: My daughter who has 4c curly hair long and thick wanted a edgy color for back to school. The student did a fantastic job debulking her thick hair with a super cute layered face framing cut. The color turned out amazing. The student took before pics and afterwards took my daughter outside to take photos of how gorgeous the color turned out. Everyone at my daughters school complimented her on how much they love her hair. Its so fun and cute I just love it and the price was so reasonable!

Erinn Craine: I can’t say enough good things about Aveda IBW. I went to school here as well and everyone is always so kind. I went back recently and Brooke was great. She did a color retouch on me and she was so great at paying attention to detail. And so sweet! Kyle is also fantastic and so helpful. I’ll be back!

Alexa Rodriguez: i went in for another trim a few days later, had another gamma hairstylist that was also very nice and i was happy with her work as i left the salon, but after I got home and showered i realized there were a few sections of my hair that were not symmetrical. one side of my bangs is way way too short and it doesn’t stay down without styling it. I can’t do anything about it now except grow it out unfortunately. besides this, everything is clean , they wash your hair and my trim was free because it was within two weeks of my first appointment. teachers are always checking in on their students, and I can tell many of these people do well with their clients and have a passion for hair styling, but the bangs situation is very upsetting even if it was accidental

Debbie G: When the elevator door opens, and you step into the salon area at IBW, you just know you are somewhere special. The space has the feel of a very busy, high end salon. For a fraction of the cost of the same service in a traditional salon, you can get a well-trained Aveda student, as well as the clinician overseeing their work. You do need to allow extra time for the instructor to visit the station, but it's well worth the wait.
