Naly Yang: At first I was nervous going in and admitting I needed help with weight loss but the staff and Dr. Byom made me feel validated and listened to my concerns. I was on the Phentermine program for 3 months and I lost a total of 35 pounds. What motivated me was of course the amount of pounds I was losing but also knowing I had to check in with Dr. Byom, I needed to make sure I was making progress. I stuck to a calorie deficit diet, tracked my calories on myfitnesspal and drank a lot of water, all while still enjoying foods I love in moderation. I'm very thankful to MKE Aesthetics and Wellness for their affordable program since my insurance didn't cover any medical weight loss meds. Today, I am still committed to my calorie deficit while enjoying foods I love and maintaining my weight. Remember, phentermine isn't a magic pill, it's to help train your appetite, cancel the food noise and develop self discipline so you can you continue eating healthy when you are no longer on Phentermine.Overall, I enjoyed my experience here. Everyone from the front desk, the surgical coordinators, assistants, pre op nurse, and entire team were all on point and made it a much more simple and seamless process than I thought it would be. Healing went well, loved the results from the start and now that it's been a few months and it's all settled, the final result is amazing. The whole team has very helpful and caring, and Dr. Blake got me in and out, some people like more of the surgeons time but I prefer a surgeon who knows what he's doing.

Mary Biwersi: Dr Kramer is great. I am 73 years old, and have been seeing Dr Kramer for over ten years for Botox & filler, but time is a trickster. My neck was saggy and I had droop of lower jaw line. I had a consult with Dr Kramer and she went through every detail of my concern, surgery, and what to expect. She was easy to understand. I had my Surgery Oct. 24th. @ Surgery Center and went home same day. I felt good - no problem. Two follow up’s @ office same week. I didn’t look at results at first follow up because I know I bruise easily and I didn’t want to be distracted in seeing results. It’s been five weeks and I look great! Wonderful definition to jaw line and neck after neck lift and mini face lift. I also had filler to lips. Wow. I don’t know why I waited. Dr Kramer has turned back the hands of time.

Dr. Kramer did a simple in-office procedure to stitch them closed. My ear lobes healed nicely and then I was ready to get them re-pierced. Should have done this a long time ago. ❤️

Susan Lamberton: Best thing I’ve ever done!!! I waited to write this since having permanent eyeliner done in January right before having lasik and wanted to see with my corrected vision. I’ve been wanting to do this for at least seven years and when I decided to have Lasik, I decided to do this right before as you cannot wear makeup after you have Lasik for about a week. I reached out to Rosie and I am so glad I did because it is incredible. I only wish I had done it sooner! First, Rosie is the sweetest soul, but more than that she is an incredible artist that listened to what I wanted and made it a reality. I wouldn't change a thing. Every morning I wake up and look in the mirror and feel amazing. I had her do a conservative liner that is very natural looking yet gives me a nice look before I even apply any makeup. I love it!!! Judy McCarthy: I couldn't believe foot surgery could be so easy. I had surgery done on Taylor's bunions on both feet on the same day. I wore special shoes on both feet for a week. After that, I wore my own shoes. I started back walking at the gym at 3 weeks and walked for 3 miles at 6 weeks, everyday. After 6 weeks my feet looked amazing. I plan on wearing flip flops this summer. It will be the first time in 10 years. I can wear any shoe without thinking about how to hide unsightly foot growths. Dr. McCartan and his staff were the greatest. All were very friendly and helpful. It was an amazing experience! I would recommend this surgery to anyone. Thank you!!

Rhonda Loppnow: After dealing with pain in my feet for many years I could not do it anymore. I had seen a commercial on TV about Northwest surgery Center about bunion surgery. I have friends who have had surgery and were out of work for 12 weeks. That was not for me. I called and set up an appointment for a consultation. I was very happy with what Dr had said and scheduled surgery for early last December. I am Very Happy with the results and healing well. In early March I had my other foot done. You are told throughout the procedure what is going on.The staff is Wonderful! As I am still in the healing process I am very happy so far. I was able to go back to work 1 week after the first surgery and 5 days after the second surgery. I can't wait for all healing to be done and look forward to getting my life back! Dr. Brant and the rest of the staff couldn't have been any friendlier. I had work done on all of my toes starting with the bunion removal. There was swelling and discomfort but with 5 broken toes that's to be expected. In my honest opinion I would definitely say it was worth it and would recommend Northwest surgery center to friends and family. I still have some swelling, I'm sure in time that to will go away as well.
Sue Marquardt: Minimally invasive surgery well awake is the bomb. I have had prior surgeries three times on my feet and had six-month recuperation periods. This is four weeks till you are back in your shoes. Staff is wonderful.One year post surgery. Had left foot done in January 23, and right foot done in February 23. Everything is wonderful and going well healed better than my expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend this procedure.

Everything was explained so thoroughly, Dr McCartan and the entire Staff was wonderful--from start to finish. It was great having a nurse sit next to me while having my foot taken care of. I drove there and back home, didn't need to use any of the prescribed pain med--only Tylenol and Ibuprofen. People could not believe I was walking around without a cast and literally pain free so quickly. I've recommended them to many people who have problems like I did or worse. Thanks to all of you!
Carol Olszewski: The staff at Northwest Surgery is fantastic. Everyone is so friendly and caring. I had 4 hammertoes on my left foot repaired. I am 6 weeks post-op. There is still some swelling and discomfort. It took almost 4 weeks to be able to get a regular shoe on, even though I was told I could wear a regular shoe after a week. I am almost completely satisfied with the way they look. Have to wait for the next 6 weeks to pass to finish healing.
