After many issues and time spent, Chris ultimately overcame every hurdle and delivered outstanding customer service. I have adjusted my review based on this. when the owner of a company steps in and delivers you know his company is worthy of the 5 stars.Thought I found the answer to all my problems when I came across this website. First few orders went well. I have obsolete compressors and was amazed to find replacement parts available. Spent thousands on special order parts and can not use them or return them. Called with my concerns and problems, was told they would check into it. Months go by, no contact. I send an email, instant contact, explained my issues with pictures, over a month again and no reply, keep hearing that they are talking with the manufacturer. So now I sit with broken compressors and thousands of dollars spent on parts that I can not use, and one veryupset boss.

Great job Industrial Air Power!!Caution buyer! Their web site lists inaccurate inventory and when I tried to reason with their customer service that charging me $35 in overnight shipping fees for a belt that was listed as "in stock" and that I didn't receive for more than two weeks he argued that it wasn't their fault. Huh? Seems to me inaccurate web site info is their fault--especially when you need a critical part next day!

John Berst: Good source of items not locally offered.
Jim McGuigan: Businesses will appreciate their selection and the service. While they do take walk ins, you should know what you want when going in. Their specialty is business to business. So if you know that you need a heavy gauge mop or a case of shop towels they’re great. If you’re unsure of what you want and need some DIY advice, you may want to go to a DIY store instead of where professionals shop. They have a nice selection of Milwaukee tools as well as a full catalog which is available either online or in paper form. Fortunately for me they knew exactly what I needed. But then, I run a business.
J Senior: These guys are very helpful. I had limited knowledge on the part I needed but they were experts in getting me exactly what I needed right away with a little F.Y.I. so that I could get the job done! I highly recommend anyone to go to this store. Sometimes when you are a young black male in a mostly white store, the associates are apprehensive to even ask if you need help. Its not about race to be clear, but I challenge anyone to say they have never experience a poor shopping experience and atmosphere because of it. This experience was different. In and out in minutes and welcome back anytime. I appreciate these guys for their time and effort. Thanks.
