Bacchus - A Bartolotta Restaurant: what do users think?

Timothy Rose: and lastly, thank you to the valet parking attendant for being so speedy and gracious. Go.

Joshua Guiles: I was there for a dinner event. The decor and atmosphere was immaculate! The room we were in had so much natural light, I think I enjoyed it more than most.I had the filet, it was 10/10.Sarah was one of the servers that took care of us and she was incredible. This place is definitely swanky. Bringing a date here will definitely impress. You can also see the lake from the room in the photos. There was also valet parking.

Cathy Gorski: This was a birthday treat for me. Hadn't had a "Wow!"meal in awhile. This meal had many Wows. Everything was really good. Staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. Food was so good. And with rewards we had $25 off a bottle of wine. They recognized my birthday with a pretty and delicious dessert. Atmosphere was quiet and pleasant. All around really nice experience.

Weston Brice (Bricebox): Full disclosure: I am a Bartolotta employee. Also, everything here is fantastic! Cocktails are inventive yet familiar, the food is excellent and innovative. This is the spot to show off Milwaukee and Bartolotta to a visiting guest.Kid-friendliness: Please don't

Jillian Faye: We celebrated my birthday here last weekend and everything was phenomenal! Our server Sarah and her assistant Zoe were fantastic! They both were very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. The cocktails were delicious! Our appetizer and our 3 course dinner were to die for! We were so stuffed by the end of our dining experience! We will definitely be back for another indulgent evening!Parking: We had no issue finding free street parking almost immediately on a Friday night around 7:30pm.

Siena: Had a lovely time there on New Year’s Eve. Dinner was delicious! Black truffle ravioli was great. Veal soup wasn’t what we expected but it was okay. Scallops is so far the best of all the restaurants I’ve been to! The filet mignon was overcooked when I cut it open but they quickly had it remade and It was cooked perfectly the second time. We loved both dessert, thought chocolate would be really heavy and dense but it melted in your mouth right away and the flavor and sweetness were just perfect for us. Overall it was a great experience. We stayed for the party and really enjoyed our time there. Will be going back to try their regular menu for sure!

Foundation: what do users think?

Jeremy Miller: Classic go-to tiki bar in Milwaukee. Great for the first stop of the night or after dinner.Drinks: Great cocktails all around. I always lean towards the tequila drinks. Some of the cocktails you’ve got to watch out for since they’ll be real sugary.Atmosphere: look at it. Moody and pirate-like. It sets the scene for a good time. Although it is really loud and you’ll prolly have a hard time hearing company.Service: super quick. Order at the bar.

Nicole Hines: !

Jenna Wade: Fun and kitschy with fantastic tiki drinks - what more could you want?!?

Harbor House: what do users think?

Jessica: I live in the far north suburbs in Illinois and sometimes visit the Harbor House when I'm in the area. I have tried a few different entrees and plan on ordering a different dish each visit.Their Crispy Pork Belly appetizer is delicious. There's a nice, satisfying crunch to the pork belly skin and the meat itself is tender. The Hudson Canyon Sea Scallops entree comes with four perfectly seared sea scallops thoughtfully accompanied with salmon roe, which makes the flavors come together and pop – both literally and metaphorically. I've also had the Rainbow Trout entree, which was very fresh. It's refreshing to see that Harbor House offers two kinds of lobster rolls: Main-Style and Connecticut-Style. I prefer Connecticut-Style, so that's what I ordered at Harbor House. The kitchen is generous with the amount of lobster meat. The toasted Brioche bun is so good you can eat it on its own. I don't think Harbor House uses Maine lobster, but I wish they do because Maine lobster is still hands down by far the best tasting lobster because of it's naturally sweet flavor profile.Customer service at Harbor House is also outstanding. The hostess is always very friendly. Even though we didn't exchange eye contact as I was leaving the restaurant, the hostess wished me a good evening, which led me to turn around and wish her the same.I wasn't sure whether to rate the Harbor House 4 or 5 stars because the food is overly salty. The heavy salt content reacts with the acidity of some of their dishes and made my mouth tingle. That's my only issue with the food at Harbor House, but it doesn't really stop me from visiting again when I'm in the area. 5 stars anyway.

Marilyn Markowski: Замечательные впечатления, отличная еда и отличный сервисПарковка: Камердинер очень разумен, они очень бережно относятся к вашему автомобилю.

Alan: Cool historic place!

Matt Weis: Made it to the Milwaukee Admirals’ viewing party hosted by Buck Bradley’s and it will definitely not be my last! Such a great atmosphere and energetic, friendly staff that made the series winner by the hometown team even more special. Even despite the delay in my kitchen order—it was swamped with Ads fans and I completely understood the situation—everything was great, all was well, I had an amazing time, and I hope to be back very soon!

Faithful Foodie: Amazing atmosphere. Amazing live jazz music. Amazing service. Amazing refreshments. Amazing time!Perfect adult environment to enjoy a great time out. Pfister is a wonderful hotel, but I would go again just to hang out at Blu!

Ivan Corona: The architecture on the first floor of this building is absolutely breathtaking, creating a very elegant and refined atmosphere. Once you ascend to the bar, you are greeted by a beautiful view of the city. The addition of live jazz playing throughout the night was amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here.I came here solely for drinks, so my rating is based solely on this aspect.

John Levine: Bartender is very nice and professional. Will go again!

Benjamin McNeil: around and looking at the details. We ordered small plates as appetizers, and they were fantastic and arrived quickly. The large plates took a fair bit longer to arrive, but all of us cleaned our plates. Seriously, my tiny sister actually scraped her plate clean with her fork and knife. Overall, this was a very nice experience. Prices for food were pretty high, though cocktail prices were a good deal.Vegetarian options: Butternut squash small plate was insanely delicious

Alex G: Great cocktails and good bartenders

Maia H: This is a small cocktail bar, so don't be surprised if you don't get a seat on the weekends, especially during happy hour! Happy hour is 4-6pm and it's half off their specialty house cocktails or draft beer. Our group liked the Wisconsin old fashioned and the negroni spritz the best. The bartender did a good job by herself when it was extremely busy. My only complaint is the music was too loud, we could barely hear each other talk.

Kelli Butenhof: Fun place for some cocktails. Cheers!

K: Really good drinks!! Fun atmosphere.

Anthony Jones: This bar at North Ave Market knows what they are doing. If you are fortunate enough to get Anthony as a bartender, you will surely leave happy. He is literally an encyclopedia of cocktails….what goes together, what flavors work well, what specific alcohols should be shaken at room temp versus on ice. My husband and I appreciate all of the above and more. His brief lessons based on my questions were like being in a drink making class. Overall, the drinks are phenomenal and the staff, including owners, go above and beyond to make you feel like a friend and not just a patron. Please visit! They are THEE best!

Xo Xo: 👍 They definitely make sure you have lots of fun time when you come here!! 😋They make some delicious drinks too!!🍷 🍶 🥃 🍸 🍺 🍹 🍵 🥤 🍾

Madyun Wilson: I would like to personally thank Brandon he has been a great and professional representative of the Bittercube organization. He made me the most amazing dirty martini I’ve ever seen. I’m privileged that you moved into the north side of Milwaukee, such a cultured industrial atmospheric space. Highly suggest the Heirlooms Crème de Flores. Hours get a little weird but call and they answer if they are open you’ll be welcomed!Updated: Friday July 2 2021 Still A No. 1 Fan ! Picture from today!

A.J. Magoon: Really great selection and good service! Ordered some bitters for curbside pickup and everything was very smooth and easy.

Courtney Ignatowski: Bittercube has such fun and innovative virtual cocktails classes. Each cocktail has it own unique spin on it. You can pick up all the ingredients at their location before class. Brandon & Ira make it an experience- definitely get the Bittercube Cherry Bark Vanilla Bitters!

Jennifer Roberts: An amazing time learning how to make the best Manhattans! A great find!! Great people & products!

Joyce Gardiner: Our bartender William was awesome...suggested drinks...served them with a smile...mixed cocktails to our liking! He also suggested items for us to purchase from the Bazaar! It was a great experience!

Jen Vega: The most amazing cocktails in Milwaukee. Great place in a place I wouldn't have expected. Goes to show you that MKE is truly up & coming.

Bethany Blount: Quick Update: It's still delicious! I had more restraint than below, but I also came hungrier. They have several delightful crêpe options this season. I wish I could afford to try them all!Absolutely delish! We went for a little brunch and ended up splurging on a three course meal. I made the joke when ordering dessert that I would have to be wheeled out of the restaurant. It was all so good though that my willpower abandoned me. I would highly recommend!

Dave Dunn: Last two times I have gone here I have had bad food. Fried chicken livers way over done, and beef shank was dry and tough, variable were under cooked to he point of being raw. And last time I went somehow my bill came out to $168. I had drinks and bought cocktails mix to go, but just seemed like too much after I thought about it. Not sure if I trust restaurant manger, seemed to be playing around with the bill.

Bel: I had a delicious cup of coffee and ordered the following: Mushroom and spinach waffle. Bread pudding waffle with mushroom duxelle, broccolini, salad, feta, truffle oil, poached eggs and smoked shallot marmalade. Looks great....however, my waffle was burned and BLACK on the bottom. Also one egg was hard in the center, not poached. Not inedible, but it could have been an amazing dish if they hadn't plated the burned waffle. The accompanying salad had a very good dressing....love breakfast with some salad on the plate. Great atmosphere and service. I'll be back.

Camp Bar Tosa: what do users think?

Jennifer Drossart: Nice atmosphere, unique! Food is ok, service is good. Have good bloodys! They have shuttles for the Brewer games which is nice and usually why we go. My complaint would be their opening time on Sundays, noon. We want BRUNCH, not lunch. So if it's a 1pm game you can't even go enjoy a drink and food. Have to order and eat/drink on the run. Lost our business for this reason.

Sierra Lyon: 100% visit thus bar it was amazing

Reagan: Pretty good! Themes are cool.

Caitlin Feerick: We held a small get together for my brother this past Sunday during the packer game. The management team was so accommodating with scheduling and our server was top notch! She always had our drinks full and was very friendly. I wish I would have remembered her name. As someone who frequents this location, I can say this is the standard of service and quality they provide each visit. Thanks camp team!

Buckley's Restaurant & Bar: what do users think?

Brandon Newman: Absolutely fantastic! After a long day of traveling and an afternoon walking all around Milwaukee, I came to Buckley’s with my parents for dinner. This converted home has been turned into a fancy-casual restaurant with an exquisite atmosphere. I tried the Broccoli starter, which came with a nice miso tahini sauce that provided a unique flavor. The Buckley Burger was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. The meat itself was so high quality and full of flavor, and the crisp brioche bun and toppings and condiments complimented the burger perfectly. I also had the Lobster pasta and it lives up to how delicious a lobster dish has to be. Absolute class when it came to combining the lemon and tomato flavors with the lobster in a light pasta dish. My Dad also says the salmon dish he had was really good. For dessert, it was hard to choose which of Mrs. Buckley’s items to get. We got the famous carrot cake and the seasonal St. Patrick’s cheesecake. All I know is that Mrs. Buckley doesn’t miss! Both desserts were so delicious and the high quality showed once again. The service was great, too. We were never rushed even with the restaurant being packed. The waitress was very nice, answered questions, and told us a little bit about the Buckley family. On top of everything mentioned, the pricing was very good and the portions were large. Overall, this is a restaurant I trust after my first visit. You can’t go wrong with Buckley’s. 5 STARS!!!!!

Robert Whitehurst: A beautiful restaurant with excellent food. I had to sit at the bar because I did not have reservations. To be fair it was Valentine's weekend.I took an out of town guest for dinner and his initial impression was that it was very "fancy". However, after dinner he confessed that it was one of the best meals he had every eaten. He travels for business and eats in many restaurants. He proclaimed that it is certainly a hidden gem in Milwaukee and would definitely return when he is in town.

Steven: Fried artichokes, cheesecake, and carrot cake were particularly amazing! Great service & ambiance too.Prices very reasonable for this high quality of food.

R Elle: , wine and divine desserts - everything was perfect. Carlie and Taylor “had me at hello” because they were both good listeners trying to understand my goals and needs. Buckley’s is higher end and worth it! Call ahead to get a sense of parking. Just amazing & thank you!

Katie B: in the cooking and baking. I had Mahi Mahi on a bed of pasta and pesto. Delicious. Appetizer special was bread served with a delicious cheese and a cheese spread. Just O.K. All four of us enjoyed our meals. Each dish had multiple tastes that came together beautifully. We will be back. Recommend calling to get direction on parking. We heard

Melissa Mondragon: The building is beautiful! The food was perfection. From the truffle fried artichokes to the seafood risotto and the salmon to the tuxedo cheesecake. The sangria had the most delicious combination of spices. This place is for foodies! You will not be disappointed. Ask for Joe to be your waiter. He's exceptional! 10/10 would recommend this wonderful establishment to everyone!

The Borg Cooking Show: Chloe is this best bartender in town. If you want the top drawer, front runner, belle of the ball brandy old fashion, you gotta ask Chloe to whip you up one

Rodney Olsen: Really nice staff and a good happy hour.

Alex PR: Good ✌️

Ashley W: Came in from Chicago for a quick bite with my mother and 3 of my girlfriends the day before St Patricks Day. We had tickets to a show at the theater down the street and one hour to enjoy a hot meal in the late afternoon. Considering it was a holiday weekend, we expected it to be busy just about anywhere. We had to wait about 15 minutes for a table which wasn't a problem. When we were seated, we were seated at a small table near the pool table and other arcade game. The manager pushed our table as far back as he could so we wouldn't be in the way of the group of gentleman playing pool. We were sitting there for five minutes before an extremely intoxicated guy started screaming at us demanding us to move because he wanted to play skiball. We explained to him we were seated here by the manager who already moved the table as far back as he could. He continued to scream at us until I got up and decided to find the manager that seated us explaining what was currently happening. He seemed genuinely upset and opened up a separate isolated area for us to sit alone at our table apologizing profusely for how we were treated our first time visiting their establishment. He offered to comp half our meal for the trouble and assigned one of the kindest servers to take care of us. I wish I remembered her name because she deserves the recognition. My only regret is that we didn't have enough time to spend here because the food was absolutely delicious. You can tell they truly care about their customers and did not want to leave a bad impression on some visitors. I'm not angry at the establishment for how we were treated by one patron because these things can and will happen in a bar. I am applauding them for how quickly the management was to respond and rectify this issue to make sure the rest of our visit was an enjoyable experience 👍

Jauntéa Maxey: ! The potatoes and carrots were great. All items were clearly made separately, well thank goodness, because those caraway seeds ruined the cabbage. We will be looking elsewhere for the Corned Beef Irish Dinner. The cheese curds on the other hand are the best I’ve had but I’m no true Wisconsinite. Pretzel was excellent the first night and was hard in some places the second night we went, so hit or miss. I know it’s an Irish spot but wish they had the German mustard for the pretzel. The 4 cheese sauce and honey mustard were pleasant surprises. The cookie was good, could have baked a bit more but it is about personal preference.

Gavin Lee: I really enjoyed the service and food! Unfortunately the ‘ automatic 18% service charge’ goes to the restaurant and not the waitress I had. I understand owning a local restaurant is not easy but this did make my bill higher than it needed to be since I am still leaving an additional tip for my waitress. Again, food and service was awesome though!
