Foundation: what do users think?

Jeremy Miller: Classic go-to tiki bar in Milwaukee. Great for the first stop of the night or after dinner.Drinks: Great cocktails all around. I always lean towards the tequila drinks. Some of the cocktails you’ve got to watch out for since they’ll be real sugary.Atmosphere: look at it. Moody and pirate-like. It sets the scene for a good time. Although it is really loud and you’ll prolly have a hard time hearing company.Service: super quick. Order at the bar.

Nicole Hines: !

Jenna Wade: Fun and kitschy with fantastic tiki drinks - what more could you want?!?

The Tin Widow: what do users think?

Daniel Kelley: Service: 5/5

David Sapp: The best vibe, amazing staff and the drinks just make it perfect!

Emily Anderson: I've been a few times at various levels. On this evening we grabbed a drink after a comedy show. This is a classic MKE bar with great service, creative and well-crafted drinks, fun decor and even better patrons. It's worth a stop...even if you just want to look at well-groomed men working behind the bar... You'll have a great time. You will find a conversation. The atmosphere is inviting and I intentionally ordered a fussy drink to confirm they care about their output... they do. They consistently do. And I love that about this place.Fall 2023: consistently great. Chris is dope.

Lost Whale: what do users think?

John Levine: Bartender is very nice and professional. Will go again!

Benjamin McNeil: around and looking at the details. We ordered small plates as appetizers, and they were fantastic and arrived quickly. The large plates took a fair bit longer to arrive, but all of us cleaned our plates. Seriously, my tiny sister actually scraped her plate clean with her fork and knife. Overall, this was a very nice experience. Prices for food were pretty high, though cocktail prices were a good deal.Vegetarian options: Butternut squash small plate was insanely delicious

Alex G: Great cocktails and good bartenders

Maia H: This is a small cocktail bar, so don't be surprised if you don't get a seat on the weekends, especially during happy hour! Happy hour is 4-6pm and it's half off their specialty house cocktails or draft beer. Our group liked the Wisconsin old fashioned and the negroni spritz the best. The bartender did a good job by herself when it was extremely busy. My only complaint is the music was too loud, we could barely hear each other talk.

Barnacle Bud's: what do users think?

Kaylee Bozarth: Recommended dishes Key Lime Pie, Fish Fry

Byron Duran: First time there, loved it! The shrimp tacos were so good! The staff was very polite. Very inviting!Parking: Parking is available and freeKid-friendliness: It is a restaurant with a bar, so be mindful, I guess!Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs, concrete leads the way!

Patrick T: , Barnacle Bud’s is trying their hand at creating a Wisconsin supper club experience for a time-limited engagement this winter - and they’ve done a very respectable job for their first effort. Space is very limited - the restaurant has maybe 10 small tables - and all visits must be reserved in advance via their website. Situated on the Kinnikinnic River near E Becher Street and tucked behind a maze of industrial buildings, it’s not the easiest restaurant to find for the first time. Your navigational persistence is paid off with an unassuming waterfront spot decorated inside and out with festive holiday lighting. When we walked in the door

Kelly Price: We went for Gene's popup supper club and had a great time! The Christmas decor and lights looked great but the food was the star! We had oysters to start that were delicious and so fresh. I tried the lobster bisque followed by scallops with a lemon burre blanc sauce. My BF had the filet and it was the best filet either of us have had! This will be a new holiday tradition if they do it again next year.

Nell McCaffery: Last night, my date and I had fabulous meal at Gene's Supper Club, aka Barnacle Bud's. What a fun concept. It was cozy with a bit of kitschy holiday flair! The food and cocktails were DELICIOUS! We love the mussels, with a bit of heat, the cheese curds that we're freshly fried in homemade same day batter. My filet with mushroom and garlic herb butter and roasted potatoes and asparagus was cooked perfectly for my tastes, medium rare. I had two cocktails, the cranberry Tom Collins and the Sidecar. The Sidecar was my favorite, but both were tasty! If you can, snag a reservation for this fun pop-up event!

Blue Bat Kitchen & Tequilaria: what do users think?

Jennifer Fjelsted: Stopped here for lunch and had a great time. The food was excellent and so was the atmosphere. The service really stood out! Our server, Joe, was friendly, attentive, gave us excellent menu recommendations and really elevated our experience. He was also training a new server, Tori, and she was great too! If you’re looking for great food and great service this is the place to go!

Andrew McCauley: We just going into town, and we are looking for somewhere to have a nice drink and a relax. We came across blue bat, and we were very pleasantly surprised. The Bowman was very friendly, knowledgeable about all of the drinks, and also suggested some tasty options. The view from the bar was great, although it was raining and cloudy, we still enjoyed ourselves immensely. If you’re going to come here, make sure you put aside some hours to enjoy the atmosphere and the bar.

Blu: what do users think?

Faithful Foodie: Amazing atmosphere. Amazing live jazz music. Amazing service. Amazing refreshments. Amazing time!Perfect adult environment to enjoy a great time out. Pfister is a wonderful hotel, but I would go again just to hang out at Blu!

Ivan Corona: The architecture on the first floor of this building is absolutely breathtaking, creating a very elegant and refined atmosphere. Once you ascend to the bar, you are greeted by a beautiful view of the city. The addition of live jazz playing throughout the night was amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed my time here.I came here solely for drinks, so my rating is based solely on this aspect.

Camp Bar Tosa: what do users think?

Jennifer Drossart: Nice atmosphere, unique! Food is ok, service is good. Have good bloodys! They have shuttles for the Brewer games which is nice and usually why we go. My complaint would be their opening time on Sundays, noon. We want BRUNCH, not lunch. So if it's a 1pm game you can't even go enjoy a drink and food. Have to order and eat/drink on the run. Lost our business for this reason.

Sierra Lyon: 100% visit thus bar it was amazing

Reagan: Pretty good! Themes are cool.

Caitlin Feerick: We held a small get together for my brother this past Sunday during the packer game. The management team was so accommodating with scheduling and our server was top notch! She always had our drinks full and was very friendly. I wish I would have remembered her name. As someone who frequents this location, I can say this is the standard of service and quality they provide each visit. Thanks camp team!
