Ride Alive Motorcycle Academy: what do users think?

Jennifer Webster: Took the 5 day evening course - and WOW, what a great experience. Went from no motorcycle experience to a competent rider within the timeframe of this class. Tim and Greg are excellent teachers and give you great feedback on technique while also keeping the course fun. If you're on the fence about classes in the area, take the class through Ride Alive; it is worth it!

Christopher Sanger: I've been putting off getting my license for years because I didn't want to dedicate a full weekend to a course. It seemed like a drag. I was wrong. Ride Alive was a ton of fun, I walked away way more confident on a motorcycle and I had a great weekend. If you're considering it, just do it, and do it here. I have zero regrets, other than not doing it sooner.

Joe Wilson: Great day at BRC 2. Greg and Brian were engaging, fun, and really good teachers.

Jake Steffes: Had a great and educational time here; Greg and Gary were fantastic teachers. Hadn’t been on a bike before, but after two days felt confident and ready to ride. 10/10

Stephen Mueller: Great class to take. Appropriate for an absolute beginner as well as new riders with a little bit of practice under their belt. The rider coaches are just that—coaches. Riding instruction and encouragement are provided with humor mixed in to keep things light without being a distraction. You are learning to ride after all, and the risk management is emphasized with the new skills you are being taught to correctly control a motorcycle. Greg and Gary obviously enjoy what they do and it’s easy to feed off of their enthusiasm for riding.

SaintLoon (SaintLoon): I don't usually leave reviews, but this riding academy is well worth it! It was fun, love the knowledge and know how you gain from the course, especially in only a weekend! If your a beginner someone whos got a bike and needs the course to complete for your full license this course is awesome. Dont act like I did and sweat the small stuff, dont get me wrong definitely do your best but the environment is fun, friendly, and helpful!

Hutan G.: Great coaching, very knowledgeableand detailed people. My teenage son and I took this together and got a lot out of it. Looking forward to riding now!

Jacie Jermier: This is a great course! Instructors are really knowledgeable and very attentive. The in-person portion of the class is all done on the bike. The bikes offered by the class are also very forgiving and easy to learn on. Highly recommend to any new riders or riders that haven’t ridden on the road. 10/10

Christine Dunbeck: We had a wonderful experience! The instructors were patient, encouraging, and knowledgable. Overall we had a ton of fun. We passed the practical test during the course and passed the written test at the DMV a day later. We are now waiting on our new licenses to come in and are shopping for a motorcycle and gear. If you're looking for a safe way to learn to ride or hone your skills, sign up now. This class is excellent.

Ken Dunbeck: Did a 2 day weekend class with Ride Alive and the instructors were great. Friendly and extremely helpful. I never touched a motorcycle before the first day of lessons and they were amazing. Highly recommend for anyone even thinking about riding a motorcycle!

Rob M: I took the BRC class here and so glad I did. The rider coaches and assistants were very patient and helpful throughout the entire class and they made it fun. This is a great class for anyone with little to no riding experience. You start out with getting comfortable with the bike, assuming no experience, and walk away feeling confident about riding. I got my motorcycle license in one try and will be riding with skill and confidence! Thank you for a fun and great experience.

Logan Stipe: Excellent staff, great learning environment. Highly recommend. Specific shout-outs to Chris and Ted, the instructors for my class – both are absolutely fantastic.

KuHaKU: Both coaches are very amiable. They have professional knowledge and guide us patiently. You will learn everything about motorcycles and how to keep yourself safe in class. The coach will have a great tolerance for your mistakes and will not accuse you for no reason. On the contrary, every time you go to the next exercise, you will give detailed demonstrations and action analysis and will also make suggestions for your actions to be correct, which is very important for newbies. If I have friends who want to try motorcycle riding, I would highly recommend taking a Ride alive class.-YanJun

Terence Hohner: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,Quality,Value

Jesse Nye: Ride alive was an extremely organized class, skilled teachers and safe learning experience for any skill level. Highly recommend if you need your license quick! Fun day, thanks Gregg and Tony!-Jesse Nye

Flip: The coaching staff are excellent and willing to help you learn anything you need to know about riding a motorcycle. And they do everything they can to make sure you have a good time while learning too, from the free coffee to the atmosphere they created, it was a wonderful time learning and riding here. 10/10 would absolutely recommend

Cashout Kil: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,Quality,ValueGreat baby experience Nd fun class.

Nate Noel: Very professional and fun to work with instructors. Was a great time! I would recommend to anyone!

Tak Tisdale: Organized and interesting dealership. Sociable and friendly staff too.

HellaStock FRS: Just bought a road glide st today, Eric, JR, Beth and Jill were all very professional and helped me with my purchase and my after purchase experience. Not sure what the other negative reviews are about, maybe they got the wrong dealer.

Michael kauffman: This is one of my favorite dealerships in the state. The staff is always willing to help but do not hover over you. They always have one of the best selections of used bikes and the latest and greatest on the floor. If they don't have what you want, they work with many dealerships and will get it.

Julie Bush Garrison: Due to road construction it was a bit difficult to get to, but plenty of parking room trailers and such. Large selection of apparel with very knowledgeable staff.

Jeffrey: This place is awesome huge parking lot big concert area lots of room beautiful building inside and out

Learning Curves Motorcycle: what do users think?

Kyle Kumbier: Took a BRC course in Waukesha with learning curves last weekend. Was very happy with the course price, the communication and the experience of the class. Mark was a great instructor. Would highly recommend.

Carrie Gensler: I took the weekend 2 day class in Waukesha. This was a great experience! Granted I had riding knowledge but hadn't been on a bike in 14 years so it was like I was starting over but I will tell you there were a lot of students who were young with no experience and were doing great quickly thanks to the instructors. A big thanks to Mark and Brian!! They are awesome! I received great direction from both of them. They are very knowledgeable and were patient with the whole group. The key is to listen and pay attention to what they tell you. They also do demonstrations which helps you to visually see what you and the bike should be doing. I would definitely recommend this class!

Mackenzie Owen: If you are lucky enough to have Dan, Jake, & Peggy as instructors you are in for a great experience at this place! They were positive and encouraging from the beginning to the end and they delivered constructive feedback in a way that didn’t make you feel bad. They have a lot of riding experience and great tips to share. Well worth the time and money!

Luke Yehlen: I cannot recommend Learning Curves enough. I had an issue with the course, and I reached out to the owner Rick. He immediately went to work on fixing the issue and making sure that I was having the best experience possible. He truly cares about the students, and wants everyone to become a successful and safe Motorcycle Rider. My instructor Dan was fantastic. He was fun, informative, and worked with everyone. He always went out of his way to help the students. He moved multiple students around on the bikes until they found one that fit their body type/capabilities. He took out his phone to record video and give feedback, and had a highly encouraging attitude. It wasn't uncommon for him to cheer and yell when you finally mastered a skill you were struggling with. This is a company with a great owner who cares and works to keep customers satisfied. I am extremely happy with my time working with Rick and Learning Curves in general.

Schneur Katz: The course was fantastic, i really learnt a lot and the instructor's was amazing. The pace of the course was great at building your skill up step by step.

K Rhe: Rider coaches, Adam and Karrie are amazing, they enjoy what they do and it shows. The professionalism, compassion, and the advice, something every rider should take in.

Brian K. Hinzpeter: Great service and great staff..

Susan Klein: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityJenna and Lynn were awesome. I'm soon to be 50 and finally fulfilled my dream of learning to ride. They were so helpful, patient and encouraging. I would highly recommend this program.

Natalie Easter: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,QualityThe course was great my instructors Jenna & Lynn were awesome and excellent in the time they took with the class to teach each Motorcycle and safety lessons. I Firmly suggest you take the course if you are interested in riding any motorcycle.

Nikki Tara: I recommend Learning Curves. The instructors were great and always encouraged us when we would get frustrated. I was super nervous to take this course being completely new but the class went over a lot and made sure we became comfortable with the bike and riding safely. The group I was with was a good mix of people and we all tried to keep everyone's spirits up as most of us struggled with certain parts of the course. I waited way too long to take this course and so glad I finally did.

Wheel & Sprocket: what do users think?

Laurajean BAUMGARDNER: UserLaura BaumgardnerFirst time at Wheel & Sprocket bike store. As we walked in, we were greeted and asked if we needed any help. Mike was very nice & helpful and listened to my needs of a bike & answering all of my questions. My husband to my surprise took me so I could test drive the E bike it was wonderful so he bought me a red E bike for my birthday. So excited to ride the Oakleaf trail today. Thank you Mike

Eliot Strickon: Friendly, patient, knowledgeable staff makes it always a pleasure to drop by for a little question or a major purchase. As a bonus W&S does SO much to make bicycling more accessible, safer and fun throughout Wisconsin and beyond.

Dark Knight: Nice bike shop

Evelyn Pollock: Excellent, friendly service. The service team member did several pro bono tune-ups for our family on our used bikes in the spirit of generosity. We appreciate the help and expertise very much!

Michele Manor: have gone above and beyond to ensure that our bike is safe and in perfect working condition. We have had a few tricky issues with this bike necessitating several visits to the shop. For each issue, they have stood by their service, ensured we were taken care of quickly, communicated clearly and above all, have remained professional and friendly at each visit. The staff is warm and welcoming and they really know bikes! We appreciate them so much. We would recommend Wheel & Sprocket without hesitation.

jason oldenburg: Excellent customer service. The sales associate really took his time helping my daughter find her perfect bike.

tony impellitteri: . This was a large expense, but there was much labor involved. Wheel & Sprocket has been my 'go to' for decades. Prices asked are fair for the amount of work asked for. My opinion only, but for me... there is no other bike shop in town.

Marc Willden: They did a fantastic job of figuring out exactly what I needed, and took the time to make sure that everything was done right.

Bob Woelfl: When it comes to bike knowledge and customer service you could not ask for better people to deal with than the staff at the Fox Point location. They recently fitted me with an adaptive device to allow for a full pedal stroke after knee surgery and also helped set up a new Garmin. The staff are pros in every sense of the word!!! Would never go anywhere else.

Gary Lancina: Always helpful staff. Great product selection.

Max: Bought a new trek and the guys were super nice and helpful and had zero pretentious bike shop attitude. And didn't try to upsell me on a bunch of stuff either. Will definitely happily come back here regularly

Gabriel Wertz: helped tilt my decision to purchase a Trek Domane SLR 7 from Wheel & Sprocket in Fox Point, WI. Thanks guys!

Dr Watch Breaker: They always have the right parts and a fantastic selection of accessories and friendly, knowledgeable advice

PowerCycle: what do users think?

Lauryn Meisner: I am obsessed with PowerCycle. The instructors are so nice and welcoming, thr music is amazing, and it always smells like eucalyptus in the studio. Highly recommend!! ❤️

Mike O'Brien: The first ride is definitely a tough one, but it’s so fun and the whole group is a community that will look out for you. You will hurt for a few days later, and then you want to go back as soon as you can. The instructors care so much about your progress and ensuring you’re comfortable. It’s truly a place to bring positive energy to your life, it will change you as a person for the better as long as you stick with it 🙂

Ivana holevova: The PowerCycle studio is amazing . I enjoyed so far every single class what they offer. I never been cardio girl , but spinning is something what get me out of my comfort zone and challenge me a lot . All instructors are very motivated and super nice . I feel very welcome there and every time when I take class I feel great 😊

Sarah Johnson: I've been attending class weekly since Oct 2022. Trainers are always high energy and get you hyped for class. I've tried a few of their different classes offered and have enjoyed them. Personally favorite would be the Fusion classes. Every staff member has been friendly and helpful when I have questions. Studios and lobby area always look clean. They have two showers available as well which helps for those early morning workouts.

Kevin Bereswill: An incredibly high-quality cycling gym. I travel a lot for work and have taken classes all over the country and I can honestly say that PowerCycle is the best. The bikes are higher quality and well-maintained. The classes are fun, engaging, a great workout, and actually structured versus "put gear on, take it off, put it on, take it off". Great music with fun with frequent themed rides. In addition to spin, the offer Pilates, weight lifting, and some hybrid classes. Highly recommend!

Natalie McDonnell: I love attending Power Cycle! I get so excited for my classes. It is a fantastic family owned small business and they really care to listen to your needs. Kayla and Ty are super helpful and all the instructors are positive and have all unique classes! Could not recommend more if you are in the area.

sam yancy: .I don’t normally write reviews but I can’t help sharing how great this place is. The owners go above and beyond for every single member and every single workout is absolutely killer. If you’re contemplating trying it, DO IT!! You’ll be hooked guaranteed

Gretchen Turner: Please open a third ward or downtown location! This is the best spin class in Milwaukee!

Asher Smale: Are you looking to trim up?Are you looking for an incredible calorie burning experience with no thought needed?Do you like to support local businesses? This is your place. The owners Ty and Kayla are both heavily involved as instructors. The instructors there are great across the board. If you are even slightly interested in a cycling class - I highly recommend PowerCycle.

Alicia Govek: Amazing atmosphere, staff and workouts! I can’t recommend PowerCycle enough.

Kate Kirkton: I've tried multiple different cycling studios over the years but this one is by far the best! Amazing staff and instructors. Whether you are new to cycling or an experienced rider, they make you feel comfortable and welcome. They also offer other classes if you are looking for strength classes to mix in as well. Expect a tough and amazing workout!

molly kluth: Positive:Communication,Professionalism,Quality

Peyton P.: Used to go to cycle bar back in Louisville KY. I tried cycle bar and power cycle in milwaukee and prefer power cycle! 10/10
