David Freeman: and wish I had found it years ago. Was desperately looking for a fine straw hat of the fedora or homburg style for summer wear with a suit for weddings and such, and was having much difficulty in that pursuit. I travel from my northeast Wisconsin neck of the woods to the Milwaukee VA every ten weeks or so, and searched the map for hat shops in the Milwaukee area. Several looked promising, but this shop looked great and is north of the VA on my way home. In this north Milwaukee neighborhood of small businesses and homes, parking is ample right on the street side, and traffic is much more laid back than in the bigger commercial areas downtown. No one cutting anyone off and families in vehicles seems to be the general traffic. Upon walking up to the shop, I could see the owner sitting and actually wearing just the type of hat I was after surrounded by an absolutely stunning array of hats and caps of all types. I knew this was THE place just looking in through the window. Trent is a true gentleman as he greeted my wife and I and really listened to what I was looking for, and instantly had me fitted for the hat I ended up purchasing as well as showing me alternatives and other cold weather hats for later in the year. Mr. Towers maintains his amazing shop clean and tidy with a great organizational layout of a very sizable collection featuring affordable every day headgear up to exquisite high end hats for luxurious formal wear. Sanitary head coverings are provided for fitting to keep everything pristine, and the way he handles his hats it's obvious that he is a hat culture gentleman of the first order. I will be back before fall for another hat or several, and I'm bringing my son, who will find himself in heaven as well. I can't say enough about this fine shop and customer service!

Juan Rodriguez: Great place with a great selection and a great store owner. Been having a hard time looking for stores that carry my size for cowboy hats for years but finally came across this store and i couldn’t be happier. Picked up a stetson felt in 7 7/8 and a resistol straw in 7 3/4. Hard to find these sizes in general but they hooked me up. Great store manager that’s very helpful and knowledgeable. Great customer service & they also offer cleaning/ steaming for the hats as well. Glad i found a store i can stick with.

Jackie Dupor: Went here for a wedding and it's a pretty solid venue for a wedding. Our biggest complaint is the long line at the bar since it's just the two owners/managers that bartend.

Chase Schachenman: that we had to nail down with the venue before moving forward with other vendors, and some of our emails went unanswered for a week or more which was a little stressful with the wedding coming up. A few months before our wedding we got a marketing email about an open house which also stated that June weddings should have already had their details meeting occur or scheduled, and no one had yet reached out to schedule our meeting so we had to do so ourselves. Definitely don’t hesitate to text the event staff as they respond quickly that way, but I’d still prefer that more was done over email.The venue itself is amazing and you’ll be stunned on the day of!
Lacie: From the outside, the Factory on Barclay does not look like much other than a brick building. However when you step inside it is gorgeous! Industrial chic seems to be the theme. Attended a family wedding held here and was impressed with the space, the decor, the lighting and all of the different sections available for use. There is separate get ready area for groomsmen + bridal parties with their own restrooms. On main level there is a bathroom area as well as another single use restroom near the entrance as well. Pleasant experience at the Factory on Barclay.

Getting ready suites are huge and a big plus.Recommended vendors usually sway people in the opposite direction because you have a smaller list of caterers to chose from, but it's evident that the staff at the Factory and Sarah have taken the time to curate a list of vendors that make a lot of sense for all different budgets and different experiences.We wouldn't do a thing differently regarding our venue search. Truly was the most beautiful day. Will add pictures once we get our formal pics from our photographer!

Our caterer, Mission BBQ, was able to set up very easily. Jesse Sharp: There is nothing that comes close to the careful selection of high quality men's wear. This is a locally owned shop with a deep knowledge and a refined sense of menswear.
Thomas Mackey: pants to go down in $ - found the pants on Milworks website cheaper than from Polo themselves - I even emailed PRL customer service asking how Milworks is cheaper and they just stated they couldn't MATCH THEIR PRICE. I will be returning as a customer and can't praise the store enough - fast shipping, neatly packaged. Saved $124 thankkkk youuuuuu

Sydni Foley: TRUE vintage is sold here! Very quaint shop that is packed with pieces from a wide range of decades, as well as accessories and décor. A little dusty and disorganized, but fun to go digging.
F Middleton: I gave 4 stars even though they weren't open. Came from out of town and they were supposed to be open according to the hours posted on google. Also their sign in the window said they were supposed to be open but they were not. I gave 4 stars because I assume this place would still be a good place. But I haven't actually been there for years.
