Hannah Zurcher: Krista, the owner of Weddings With A Twist the an absolute dream of a wedding planner. We started working with WWAT in January of 2022 for our 2023 September wedding and Krista was there for every step. She made the wedding planning process seamless and handled all the communication with other vendors. She made the overwhelming task of planning a large wedding as easy as it can be, even when she went on maternity leave, her assistant stepped in and was completely up to date on every single thing Krista and I had been discussing. WWAT is very organized and thorough, they made us our own personalized wedding website that kept track of our budget, vendor contracts, mood board, and more. Krista was always easy to get ahold of and very flexible willing to move her schedule around to accomodate ours. During wedding weekend, I was stress free knowing that Krista was going to be present the entire wedding and handling all of the set up so that myself, my husband, and my family could all be present with us and not busy setting the venue up. She also took the time to know us on a personal level, so we did not just feel like clients to her. We cannot recommend WWAT enough, she made two people who really did not want a wedding very very grateful we ended up having one, because the day was absolute perfection! Our wedding was so seamless, my best friend who recently got engaged booked with Krista the day after our wedding because she wanted the same experience we had!!

Elise Cocagne: Krista & Emily helped me last second with working on day of coordination for my wedding and they were both fantastic! Krista was my main point of contact and helped me with getting organized, communicating with vendors, and putting together a timeline to keep the day on track. She was super responsive and so kind - I cannot recommend her and her team enough!

I'm not exaggerating when I say that we were a happier, less stressed couple because of Krista and her team. Krista was with us every step of the way from venue tours and tastings to the take down at the end of our night. She's incredibly organized, kept us on track during planning, and her tools made everything straightforward. Most people who are getting married haven't done it before and it can be daunting to even know where to start- which vendors to book first, how to find them, keeping up with communication, organizing the information... I would absolutely hire WWAT to take care of all of that again. We had consultations about our vision for each vendor and then options that fit our style and budget just showed up in our inbox already vetted and with confirmed availability for our day. Like, are you kidding me?? Honestly, the best money spent on our wedding and their price was incredibly reasonable for all you get! I didn't have a voice the week of or morning of my wedding which would have been a crisis if we didn't have Krista! She was there and worked with every vendor, double checked that everything was ready as the day was coming up, and the day of I didn't have to lift a finger. You have no idea how nice it was to have someone who takes care of EVERYTHING and just takes you to where you need to be and when. I can't recommend them enough- hire them and then take a breath. They've got this so you don't have to!

Mackenzie Volckmann: Julie was our Day Of Planner. She was so kind and got everything taken care of!My only advice to future couples/brides is to ask for the day of surprises charge sheet. I was not expecting that and if I would have seen that list sooner I would have discussed with my husband more.Overall, it was a beautiful day and I credit it all to Julie for putting my vision to life!

Casey Goon: Weddings with a Twist was truly excellent to work with. The day went absolutely perfectly - nothing went wrong and if it did, Julia handled it without me knowing. There were a few tricky details that I was worried about and Julia took care of all of them. She was friendly, communicative, and detail-oriented. She found multiple issues with our timeline proactively so we could coordinate with vendors to fix them before the day of. And I was very worried we would forget things at the venue since there was a strict cut off policy but she made sure my helpers got every last thing. She was a calming presence and a joy to work with!!

Brittany Sime: Krista is the sweetest. She was great with communication leading up to the event and very helpful organizing/finalizing any vendors we needed help with. She helped organize our chair rentals with Canopies Events. She was very helpful the day of and HIGHLY recommend having at minimum a wedding planner for day of services. She helped get guests seated and organize any last minute details the day of. She was willing to pick up my bridal bouquet on her way to our ceremony. Assisted with group photos and helped get them done quickly and efficiently. Throughout all the photos she was great about helping keep my train straight, hold my bouquet if needed and help with adjusting my dress straps if I felt they were sliding down. She also assisted with bustling my dress.

Heather Ruka: We LOVED working with Weddings With a Twist for day-of coordination. We hired them because we did not want ourselves, or any of our family members, to feel like we had to work on the day of the wedding to set up decor and make sure all of the vendors were accounted for. They did not disappoint.All of our reception decor was set up exactly how I envisioned it and at the end of the night, they packed everything away so organized and were very efficient. My parents were so grateful for the help of loading everything into their cars.Krista and Laura kept everything running on time and even reminded us that we mentioned on our call wanting to do a table dash for photos, and they made it happen!When we went out to take a few photos while cocktail hour was going on, it started drizzling. Kimmy Schuster: Hands down this company is absolutely amazing!!!!! I hired weddings with a twist as my day of coordinator and they did not disappoint! Leading up to the day Krista made everything so easy for me and made sure I had my checklist complete! She was super responsive and always made me feel like a priority. Day of she sent Trina and Clare and they were just as amazing! I do not think I would of survived without them. They made it so myself and my family and friends could enjoy the day and not worry about any of the stress. As an extremely hands-on and Type A bride, once Julia arrived I felt free to just relax and enjoy.We did experience a minor miscommunication with our wedding party being directed to sit after walking down the aisle, which wasn't our plan - but we also elected to skip a rehearsal due to our weekday wedding date, so we found this understandable. I found out, after the day was already over, that there were several complications that occurred, but Sarah took care of it all. The bridal party, my wife, and I did NOT have to deal with our vendors coming up to us to ask logistical questions in the middle of the wedding or reception, so we got to enjoy every bit of our day without worrying about other things. And this was only possible because prior to the wedding we had 2 in-person meetings and had a decently long email conversation where we worked out the details of exactly how we wanted the day to go. And throughout the entire process, Sarah was SO nice and pleasant to work with!Kristin

Alyssa Albertini: Hiring Kristin as our day-of wedding coordinator was one of the best wedding planning decisions we made! We were uncertain whether we truly needed a day of wedding coordinator, but after meeting with Kristin to discuss how she could help us it was a no-brainer! Kristin was very affordable and ensured our wedding day ran smoothly. She recommended numerous vendors and gave us several suggestions for how to ensure our day ran as easily as possible. In our two pre-wedding meetings, she brought up many questions and specifics that we hadn’t even considered. On the day of, she and her assistant handled all the details that I did not want falling to our wedding party or family. She was professional and coordinated with our other wedding vendors in the week leading up to the wedding so we didn’t have to. Kristin and her team were the last ones there on our wedding night cleaning up, and made sure we received all of our remaining wedding trinkets when we were ready to pick them up. If there were any issues on our wedding day, we were unaware of them as Kristin had them covered. We received many compliments on her professionalism from both our wedding party and family members who actually turned to her with questions on the big day. Communication was a breeze and she was able to answer and accommodate all of my detailed requests.Her and Kristin put me at ease on the wedding day. From the minute we planned with the staff to the minute we left the venue, we felt supported and taken care of. Michelle and the entire team have been amazing— Quick to respond, patient, kind, and so knowledgeable. Food stations were spaced throughout and we sat and sampled the different options. Food was very good, the consultants stopped at each table to answer questions. It really helped us narrow down our menu selection. It is a nice venue and well organized.

She worked well with my photographer, and together they captured everything so beautifully. When it came down to putting our wedding video together, my husband and I trusted Kevin to choose the songs for us based on the genres I told him we liked, and Kevin did not disappoint! Let alone, the video was complete not long after I submitted my form. We’re so thankful for the team and their work!

Ruijuan Wang: Definitely 5 stars! We went with the package deal with Vital Image for wedding planning, day of coordinate, photography, videographer and DJ. Best decision ever! It made communication so much easier. Less vendors need to deal with. And Vital’s team worked together so well. Our planner Valery is great. She went through all the details we didn’t even think of. She’s always available to answer questions and take care fire drills. On the wedding day she took care all the decors and made sure everything went smoothly and we were just enjoying the moment. Our DJ Rich is great! I think DJ is so underrated at a wedding. Rich recommended so many good tips and he made the wedding so much fun! He checked the crowd vibe and make sure music was on point to bring the energy high. He was great giving guests instructions on next step. So everyone knows what to do next. Last, our photographer and videographer team, Holly, Sam and Tony. They are A list team! I only saw the sneak peeks so far. But omg, Holly is an artist! She’s so good using light. She can come up cool photos with any location. We took so many photos. The team was so patient and just having fun. Long story short, Vital team is awesome! They put our mind at ease and enjoy every moment on the wedding day.

Amanda Hensen: We had James as our DJ and he was great. He responded to all of our emails ahead of time super quick and made sure everything went smooth. He had no problem adjusting the schedule as needed on the fly. It was a warm day, but he still made sure everyone had a great time on the dance floor. Highly recommend James

We couldn’t have asked for a better vendor to work with.Leo, Sam, and Kevin were excellent to work with for photo and video. They made everyone feel comfortable and relaxed while taking photos. They captured all the details of our wedding so well and we will cherish the photos and video forever.Having a good DJ was a top priority for us. Once we met with Rich and discussed the RAVE package, we were sold. If you want a DJ that goes above and beyond and knows how to keep the party going, Rich is the guy for you! Madison Sitkiewicz: Vital Image did a really nice job at our wedding in Wisconsin. Justin was easy to communicate with and we really enjoyed his upbeat, fun personality. He fit the vibe of our wedding perfectly and did a really great job as the DJ and MC. For Vital Image, there were a few areas that could be improved for next time. There were a few technical difficulties with the equipment: the microphone cut out during one of the speeches and the speakers did not play music at the conclusion of our ceremony, despite us spending hours on our song list. Finally, I found the music selection software hard to use and not user friendly. Somehow our “do not play” list played entirely, all because of a miscommunication in the software. I would 100% hire Vital Image again, but I would triple confirm if you have a strict playlist to make sure what you put in the software is also reflecting on the DJs end.

Robert Hermsmeier: As father of the bride, I have to say Vital Image was first class! They customized songs for us and had many fun ideas and options to design our perfect night of dancing. Other DJ companies can’t offer the dance floor or special effects of Vital Image. The room set-up with spots and other lighting was beautiful and adaptable to any mood with the touch of a button. Rich, our emcee, was professional and knew exactly how to choreograph the entire evening. The dance floor was rocking the entire night. Ryan Prellwitz: Amelia was our day of coordinator for our big day. She knew exactly what we wanted and how to achieve our goals. She was nothing short of perfect, keeping us calm, making sure we hit our timelines, adjusting on the fly when we needed changes, and being the authoritative partner that everyone needs at their wedding. Highly recommend working with Amelia, absolutely amazing! We also had Trish and Sam for our photographer and videographer. They knew exactly what to say and do to get the pictures that we desired for our big day.

Mikayla Freund: Vital image helped us so much on making our wedding day special. We got the dj and photographer package and they both did well communicating to one another even when we were complicated.Rich was amazing! We did not give him much music, but he knows how to read the room. He got everyone dancing even those who I thought would never get on the dance floor. Even my great grandma was dancing and I have never seen her dance before. He truly communicated well with us to make sure it was done how we wanted it. He did an awesome send off as well even though we did not plan well he said we deserved it and made it happen. Thanks so much rich that meant a lot.Now for Trish. She was awesome. When we asked her to take unplanned pictures she would. We are very akward people but by the end of the night we learned how to take better pictures. She even taught my husband how to dip lol. She is blunt and keeps it real which is nice because then I knew what we had time for and what we didn’t. She gave us a sneak peak of some photos at the wedding as well and they looked so stunning. I can’t wait to see them after she edits them. Thanks so much trish for following our lead even though I’m sure we were frustrating at times😂Now for gabby trishes assistant. she did very well keeping both parties organized, so I did not see my husband before walking down the aisle. She had such great ideas with one including a rope that cowboys used. She was amazing at getting everything organized and making sure we got the best pictures. Thank so much for all of the ideas you brought and for making the day go smoothly photography wise.

Alya Siddique: I don’t even know where to begin with explaining how amazing Rich was! Rich was wonderful to work with leading up to the wedding. We talked on the phone and he easily settled my nerves, because I knew when I spoke with him, he was going to make the a blast, and he did! His communication along the way was fantastic. He came to 2 different venues for us which I really appreciated. During the reception, he basically ran the entire thing. I felt like I could sit back and enjoy my wedding night because I completely trusted that he would take over and run the timeline. We received so many compliments that night about how no one has seen such an incredible DJ/MC at a wedding before. I feel really lucky that we ended up getting Rich! I loved the way he remixed the music also. I also noticed how attentive he was to the people dancing and really catered the music to what he saw us having a good time dancing to. Ivan Mercado: Vital Image wasn't just any DJ they went above and beyond making our day the best it could be. From the time your event starts to the time it ends Rich and his crew make the day special. The music is great, he keeps everyone on the dance floor all night. Our wedding happend 3 weeks ago now and people still are talking about how they have never seen a dance floor busy all night and that it was one of the best weddings they have attended thanks to Rich and Vital image. 10/10 would recommend everything they have to offer from the photo booth mirror, to the sparktaculars it will leave all your guest speechless. Vital Image makes it easy for you to set up your music for the whole day through their app. Vital Image was also able to play Hispanic music and mix it well so everyone could dance to the music they liked! I would recommend anyone having a party big or small to use Viral Image. Hands down best DJ I have ever seen or worked with!

Maddie Liberacki: Rich and James were absolutely wonderful to work with! Prior to booking, Rich was able to talk with me about my vision and give me an idea of pricing. He also has a lot of knowledge in multicultural weddings, which was important to us! A month out from the wedding, he was very involved in our final planning meetings and getting everything verified for the big day. On the day of the wedding I did not have one thing to worry about. They brought all of the amazing equipment they provide that we decided we wanted and had the venue set up perfectly. The whole night Rich and James were engaged with our guests and truly helped make the day even more stress free. I would highly recommend hiring Vital Image to make your day perfect!

Alex Jaya Zacharias: All of the photographers were excellent to work with, and were very professional.Photographers and videographers, Nicholas, Trish, Wes, Mark, and Anastasia all did a great job. Nicholas was very friendly and seem to love his job.DJ services by Rich was outstanding, and I cant thank him for filling a critical role at the very last minute and working with my coordinator to compile the music at the very last minute with great accuracy. I highly recommend Rich and would love to work with him again one day. He definitely loves what he does which which explains why he was great.

He knew how to play the right music at the right time - keep the positive energy high, and never lose control of the party. Rich, and his entire team, are the definition of class and professionalism - we could not have asked for a better team to work with for our Wedding day to make it the unforgettable experience it turned out to be! We had people that stayed for varied amounts of time and they were able to accommodate everyone's needs. Ashley Grossmann and Nina Macao worked with me the entire year to help me select a resort, find affordable packages for my guests and ensure that my husband and I got rewarded as well. They were always there when I needed them and worked with me when any unforeseen circumstances came up. Our wedding day would not have been the same without them at our side. Even the day of they made themselves available by cell phone and ensure that even though I was miles and miles away everything was taken care of. After the issues below, the owner contacted me to apologize and offered to refund me the cost of the piano inspection. I declined, but I admit that the owner did take the steps to correct the issue. If you see further issues from this business be wary, but I will give them the benefit of the doubt on this one.Previous 1 star review: They were selling a piano and had advertised it as "cabinet in very good condition a few minor chips, pin block no cracks, type [sic] tuning pins."They did not disclose it had a drink spilled in it, resulting in rusty strings, and that the sound board had 5 visible cracks. They are attempting to scam someone out of thousands of dollars.
