Buckley's Restaurant & Bar: what do users think?

Brandon Newman: Absolutely fantastic! After a long day of traveling and an afternoon walking all around Milwaukee, I came to Buckley’s with my parents for dinner. This converted home has been turned into a fancy-casual restaurant with an exquisite atmosphere. I tried the Broccoli starter, which came with a nice miso tahini sauce that provided a unique flavor. The Buckley Burger was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. The meat itself was so high quality and full of flavor, and the crisp brioche bun and toppings and condiments complimented the burger perfectly. I also had the Lobster pasta and it lives up to how delicious a lobster dish has to be. Absolute class when it came to combining the lemon and tomato flavors with the lobster in a light pasta dish. My Dad also says the salmon dish he had was really good. For dessert, it was hard to choose which of Mrs. Buckley’s items to get. We got the famous carrot cake and the seasonal St. Patrick’s cheesecake. All I know is that Mrs. Buckley doesn’t miss! Both desserts were so delicious and the high quality showed once again. The service was great, too. We were never rushed even with the restaurant being packed. The waitress was very nice, answered questions, and told us a little bit about the Buckley family. On top of everything mentioned, the pricing was very good and the portions were large. Overall, this is a restaurant I trust after my first visit. You can’t go wrong with Buckley’s. 5 STARS!!!!!

Robert Whitehurst: A beautiful restaurant with excellent food. I had to sit at the bar because I did not have reservations. To be fair it was Valentine's weekend.I took an out of town guest for dinner and his initial impression was that it was very "fancy". However, after dinner he confessed that it was one of the best meals he had every eaten. He travels for business and eats in many restaurants. He proclaimed that it is certainly a hidden gem in Milwaukee and would definitely return when he is in town.

Steven: Fried artichokes, cheesecake, and carrot cake were particularly amazing! Great service & ambiance too.Prices very reasonable for this high quality of food.

R Elle: , wine and divine desserts - everything was perfect. Carlie and Taylor “had me at hello” because they were both good listeners trying to understand my goals and needs. Buckley’s is higher end and worth it! Call ahead to get a sense of parking. Just amazing & thank you!

Katie B: in the cooking and baking. I had Mahi Mahi on a bed of pasta and pesto. Delicious. Appetizer special was bread served with a delicious cheese and a cheese spread. Just O.K. All four of us enjoyed our meals. Each dish had multiple tastes that came together beautifully. We will be back. Recommend calling to get direction on parking. We heard

Melissa Mondragon: The building is beautiful! The food was perfection. From the truffle fried artichokes to the seafood risotto and the salmon to the tuxedo cheesecake. The sangria had the most delicious combination of spices. This place is for foodies! You will not be disappointed. Ask for Joe to be your waiter. He's exceptional! 10/10 would recommend this wonderful establishment to everyone!

The Iron Horse Hotel: what do users think?

K Star: Super cool place! Amazing rooms and service was awesome. Dinner was great, excellent Old Fashioneds and spectacular breakfast. I will stay here again when in Milwaukee. Also very close to HD museum.Rooms: Rooms are modern and upscale.

Erica Kelly: Had an amazing experience at the Iron Horse Hotel.Unfortunately, I only had the opportunity to stay for one night with a small group but I would've stayed longer if I could and will definitely be back!First, the staff is incredibly hospitable, and friendly. My group was pretty small, maybe 10-14 rooms and they treated us like royalty from the front desk, to management, to bar service to culinary and breakfast and the giftshop/store.Second, the hotel itself was so nice. I didn't know what to expect prior to my arrival, knowing that this hotel was influenced by Harley Davidson, but it was done in such a classy elegant way. You really appreciate the esthetic when you walk up the stairs, into the lobby with the hotel scent and the layout/décor throughout the property. This hotel really takes so many local influences into account and I feel like I was able to experience so much of Milwaukee in the hotel, from the 1 night I was there.Thank you so much for such a delightful experience, I can't wait to go back and suggest this hotel to anyone staying in or near Milwaukee.

Katelyn Roach: . Smells like man spiced deodorant in the entrance lobby… think Negroni in aerosol form. Everyone was extremely pleasant. Rooms were clean and quiet. All that being said, the restaurant food needs help. For $98, we ordered 2 burgers, 1 coke, caesar salad, calamari, and 1 fried chicken sandwich. For the quality I’d say price point is about 30% over priced. Burgers were very mid, chicken was good, salad was fine, but the calamari… just no. Iron Horse Hotel you were great, but please remove the calamari from your menu immediately. For $16, we received small insignificant crumbs, not fresh, and the dressing was this strange cranberry relish that wasn’t even dippable. If I was in a mood I’d have sent it back or asked for it to be removed from my tab, but I did not.I recommend Iron Horse as a nice place to stay, however you’re better off just going up the road to St. Paul’s Fish Company at the public market for a fresh dinner.

Bacchus - A Bartolotta Restaurant: what do users think?

Timothy Rose: and lastly, thank you to the valet parking attendant for being so speedy and gracious. Go.

Joshua Guiles: I was there for a dinner event. The decor and atmosphere was immaculate! The room we were in had so much natural light, I think I enjoyed it more than most.I had the filet, it was 10/10.Sarah was one of the servers that took care of us and she was incredible. This place is definitely swanky. Bringing a date here will definitely impress. You can also see the lake from the room in the photos. There was also valet parking.

Cathy Gorski: This was a birthday treat for me. Hadn't had a "Wow!"meal in awhile. This meal had many Wows. Everything was really good. Staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. Food was so good. And with rewards we had $25 off a bottle of wine. They recognized my birthday with a pretty and delicious dessert. Atmosphere was quiet and pleasant. All around really nice experience.

Weston Brice (Bricebox): Full disclosure: I am a Bartolotta employee. Also, everything here is fantastic! Cocktails are inventive yet familiar, the food is excellent and innovative. This is the spot to show off Milwaukee and Bartolotta to a visiting guest.Kid-friendliness: Please don't

Jillian Faye: We celebrated my birthday here last weekend and everything was phenomenal! Our server Sarah and her assistant Zoe were fantastic! They both were very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. The cocktails were delicious! Our appetizer and our 3 course dinner were to die for! We were so stuffed by the end of our dining experience! We will definitely be back for another indulgent evening!Parking: We had no issue finding free street parking almost immediately on a Friday night around 7:30pm.

Siena: Had a lovely time there on New Year’s Eve. Dinner was delicious! Black truffle ravioli was great. Veal soup wasn’t what we expected but it was okay. Scallops is so far the best of all the restaurants I’ve been to! The filet mignon was overcooked when I cut it open but they quickly had it remade and It was cooked perfectly the second time. We loved both dessert, thought chocolate would be really heavy and dense but it melted in your mouth right away and the flavor and sweetness were just perfect for us. Overall it was a great experience. We stayed for the party and really enjoyed our time there. Will be going back to try their regular menu for sure!

Harbor House: what do users think?

Jessica: I live in the far north suburbs in Illinois and sometimes visit the Harbor House when I'm in the area. I have tried a few different entrees and plan on ordering a different dish each visit.Their Crispy Pork Belly appetizer is delicious. There's a nice, satisfying crunch to the pork belly skin and the meat itself is tender. The Hudson Canyon Sea Scallops entree comes with four perfectly seared sea scallops thoughtfully accompanied with salmon roe, which makes the flavors come together and pop – both literally and metaphorically. I've also had the Rainbow Trout entree, which was very fresh. It's refreshing to see that Harbor House offers two kinds of lobster rolls: Main-Style and Connecticut-Style. I prefer Connecticut-Style, so that's what I ordered at Harbor House. The kitchen is generous with the amount of lobster meat. The toasted Brioche bun is so good you can eat it on its own. I don't think Harbor House uses Maine lobster, but I wish they do because Maine lobster is still hands down by far the best tasting lobster because of it's naturally sweet flavor profile.Customer service at Harbor House is also outstanding. The hostess is always very friendly. Even though we didn't exchange eye contact as I was leaving the restaurant, the hostess wished me a good evening, which led me to turn around and wish her the same.I wasn't sure whether to rate the Harbor House 4 or 5 stars because the food is overly salty. The heavy salt content reacts with the acidity of some of their dishes and made my mouth tingle. That's my only issue with the food at Harbor House, but it doesn't really stop me from visiting again when I'm in the area. 5 stars anyway.

Marilyn Markowski: Замечательные впечатления, отличная еда и отличный сервисПарковка: Камердинер очень разумен, они очень бережно относятся к вашему автомобилю.

The Pfister Hotel: what do users think?

Danilo Franzin Paulo: Местоположение: 5 из 5

Emily: , very limited view considering it was a "lake view" room, a very small bathroom, and thin walls where we could hear neighbors talking at night. We found the room hot but the thermostat would not let us lower the setting any further. There was one mirror in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable, clean, and room service was outstanding and better than expected. One elevator was out of service for a day or two but was fixed before we left. Our guest card didn't let us out of the parking ramp. The help button didn't work, and when we called the front desk no one answered. We had to physically get out of the car and walk to the front desk to have them give new cards to exit the ramp. Luckily no one was waiting behind us in the ramp.Luggage racks were unavailable unless you pay/tip the concierge/bell hop service to bring the bags for you. They won't let you use one if you ask.The pool was clean. I wish it had more jets to filter the water. There was no hot tub. The pool towels were very nice. The fitness center had a good amount of weights and equipment but looked dirty like it needed to be vacuumed and wiped down. It was in the basement.Club access was nice and staff were very friendly. I loved the fresh cut fruit at breakfast. I wish pancakes or waffles had been included.Club daytime snacks included gummy bears, snack mix, chips, m+m's, Kind/Clif bars, pop, and other beverages. Too much junk for the kids. I think apples and oranges were also available.Club evening hors derves weren't that great and they looked inexpensive- chunks of stinky cheese with flatbread sesame crackers, wontons, baked pierogis, an honor bar and macrons every night. We witnessed a staff with long blond hair come into the Club room from the Blu bar, grab tips, and then return back to the Blu bar room. The Mason Street Grille was very expensive and not kid friendly. The service was slow and the food was not great.

Gavin Lee: I really enjoyed the service and food! Unfortunately the ‘ automatic 18% service charge’ goes to the restaurant and not the waitress I had. I understand owning a local restaurant is not easy but this did make my bill higher than it needed to be since I am still leaving an additional tip for my waitress. Again, food and service was awesome though!

Ambassador Hotel Milwaukee: what do users think?

Kenneth Trommler: Had a wonderful two night stay at the Ambassador. The shuttle driver Taurus was very kind and helpful. The rooms were quaint and quiet. The art deco feel of the lobby was beautiful. Stained glass and old time radios line the walls. Would highly recommend a stay at the Ambassador. The parking garage was great as well. Other reviews mention abandoned cars, I saw zero during my stay and my car felt very secure. Overall a wonderful stay. Ate at the Gin Rickey as well, half of appetizers got the slider trio and it was perfect.

Vincent Vega: . The steak melted in my mouth like butter and the potatoes tasted like my great aunt’s that she would make for family meals during the summer. I don’t even have a great aunt. The point i’m making is the meal i had here takes you places and paints pictures in your head and creates memories i don’t actually have. Hats off to the chef’s and kitchen. For dessert we had the warm apple cake with the coñac ice cream. The cake was delicious and the ice cream had just the right amount of flavor to not make it feel like you’re eating a scoop of Hennessy. First time here, and certainly not our last.Dietary restrictions: Some lady in the same room as said she was allergic to dairy wheat soy and like 4 other things and the server was accommodatingParking: Lots of parkingWheelchair accessibility: They have a wheelchair ramp

Schuster Mansion Bed & Breakfast: what do users think?

Rosemary Notz: The place is gorgeous. A very cool historical mansion to stay in, truly. Laura Sue's breakfast was aaabsolutely amazing.Occasionally we did feel a bit hovered over and child-like with the way that we were corrected for every little move we made that was not correct. I found myself feeling a bit nervous around the hostess because of this. But I guess that's my own problem? It was also a little odd that the accomodations booklet in the room said something to the affect of "need bottled water? No problem! Just ask." And then when I asked Rick, I was told "I'll have to charge you for it." Okay then, nevermind hahah. Maybe add "no problem! For a fee of __ we can offer you some." The wording was misleading for sure.We left with a beautiful tea cup that we purchased from the little store in the mansion, which made me super happy. Overall it was a good experience.Walkability: Able to walk the quick 15 minutes to our venue.Food & drinks: Breakfast was exquisite.

Courtney Francois: I took my mom for High Tea on her Bornday. They gave her a crown. You pick out the tea cup you would like to drink out of. We had 7 teas to try and an assortment of finger food. You will definitely need a real meal afterwards.Great experience and ambience! We shopped the store before we left and I got her the tea she liked the most as a to go gift. I would do this again. The owners were great! Very elegant. Great experience!!

Robert Cummings: This place is what service is all about. When we were checking in they asked what type of car and color. I told them I had a Kia. Right away Laura Sue got up and fetched a steering wheel lock. She then told me that Kia's are notoriously easy to steal and she did not want our weekend to be interrupted or distressed. She asked us when we wanted to eat breakfast and offered 4 different options for our cooked to order breakfast. She also asked us if we wanted coffee to tea delivered to our room in the morning. And the place is an amazing old mansion with incredibly high ceilings. They have the rounded corners where the ceiling meets the wall. And it is all painted. Just like a museum piece.Do yourself a favor and pick the deluxe service and you will not be disappointed.

Patricia Tarleton: We really loved our stay at the mansion! Laura Sue and Rick were so welcoming. They did an amazing job making us feel welcome in their home. They were so friendly, it felt like we were staying with family, in the very best way. The breakfasts were delicious, our favorite was the strata with the French toast. It was super cozy to have tea and coffee in our room first thing in the morning. We loved having a sitting room to hang out in. There are so many little touches that were beautiful and most pieces had some kind of historic value as well. It was fun to walk around the mansion and see all the lovely little touches Laura Sue has put in each area. You can tell that this has been a labor of love for the Mosiers. We wish them well in all their future endeavors!Rooms: The rooms are all beautiful and unique! We enjoyed seeing all the different decor and historic pieces through out the mansion.Nearby activities: The third Ward is just a few miles away. There are many opportunities for shopping, dining, and site seeing! We enjoyed the 3rd Ward Market, the River Walk, the Public Library, the Milwaukee Domes, and the beautiful architecture.Walkability: We walked down to the 3rd Ward every day we were there. There are sidewalks the entire way. It was a pleasant walk although maybe a little long for some people.

Samm Krause: Fair pricing..wonderful decor...owners go out of their way to ensure your stay is the most pleasant you can have...easy to get toNoteworthy details: Wonderful atmosphere...its like going back in time

Sandra Tisdale: I have visited many times. The hospitality is superb. All the rooms are elegant and cozy. Breakfast is tasty. The caretakers Laura Sue and Rick are very hospitable.Nearby activities: It is not far from theaters, museums, Brewer's, and Bucks stadium. The Rave is right down the road. You can drive, take Uber or even the city bus.Noteworthy details: It is a Victorian motif and is very elegant. When you walk in you forget where you are.

Hannah Lewandowski: We went for high tea to catch up with our friends and family! We had an amazing time. We loved all the photo opportunities, the tea, the food, and the historical presentation. It was like we were thrown back into time!! We will definitely be back! 📸☕️ ❤️Location: 5/5Hotel highlights Luxury …

K: After arriving in Milwaukee after several hours of driving across multiple states, we needed to find a place to stay for a few days. We decided to check out the Schuster Mansion Bed & Breakfast and it was one of the best decision we ever made!Owners, Rick and Laura Sue, were incredibly kind and accommodating! They went out of their way with no hesitation to arrange for last minute additional stays, as well as a very early morning phone call when we desperately needed to come back due to complications related to the move. The entire experience was very memorable — from the Victorian themed rooms and living areas, exceptional breakfast meals that we were served, and enjoyable conversations with the owners about the history of the mansion, among other topics. The mansion is also very close to downtown Milwaukee and to where we moved. We’ll be highly recommending the mansion to our family and friends. Thank you Rick and Laura Sue from the bottom of our hearts ❤️

Charlotte McDonald: took my girlfriend to this lovely bread and breakfast. the owners were very personable and took great care of us during our stay. our stay took place in the pais suite, it was luxurious and romantic for just 2 people. the breakfast came with 4 different options for a main course which i thought was very nice. and a bunch of juice options. overall our stay was great, especially just for a night. i definitely would recommend staying here if you are looking for a weekend getaway. also great for concert/sports game goers since it's 10 minutes from the Fiserv Forum!

Ginger Risner: We had a wonderful experience at the Schuster Mansion. The owners are warm and friendly, which made the experience even better. The mansion is beautifully done and maintained. It was a fantastic experience and one of the highlights on our road trip around Wisconsin. We'll try to stay there every time we're in Wisconsin!

john walch: We were given a gift certificate here for our wedding and it turned out to be an amazing present! The home is beautiful, truly museum quality. The room, and the entire property, was very clean and well maintained. The owners were very friendly and the food was beautifully presented. We look forward to returning on a future visit to Milwaukee.

The Brewhouse Inn & Suites: what do users think?

Jim Klein: Great location, nice and close to several breweries in the district. The room was nice and spacious and featured a film kitchenette. Stove, microwave, fridge with real freezer, and even a dishwasher. There were even dishes in the cupboard. The tops of the brew tanks are a nice touch to reflect what the building has done. Lots of unique seating all along the building.Pretty standard fare for breakfast. Nothing spectacular but it was well attended until it closed.Rooms: High ceilings and filled with amenities.Walkability: We walked to several breweries and even a local food court

Manny Sergentakis: My stay was great. Short walk to the Fiserv arena. They put a lot of money into restoring the brewery and making rooms, so I didn't mind the cost. The room I had was clean and perfect. It even had a small kitchen that I used. TV in the room could have been bigger to watch the college basketball championship game. They should have made the beds every day and not by request since the room was pricey. Also, they should mention that there is free street parking a couple blocks towards the left if you are on a budget and want to avoid the forty dollar valet fee and the twenty dollar parking garage fee. The restaurant next door was useless to me because it was never open when I needed it. Never heard of a restaurant that serves dinner that closes at 8 PM on a weekend.

William Chumbley: Very nice room and front desk went out of there way to provide us what we need to make this experience a nice stay. TYRooms: Quiet, well lit, plenty of TV's, and appliances silverware for this spacious 6-8 people sleeping kitchenette.Nearby activities: The whole city of MilwaukeeWalkability: With in walking distance to downtown Milwaukee

Braise Restaurant & Culinary School: what do users think?

Morgan S: Stopped in at Braise last night with a friend for the 3-course dinner! You won’t find better ingredients or a better deal. It is truly a one of a kind dining experience and the food is AMAZING—not to mention generously portioned. From start to finish you get a choice between two delicious appetizers, two main course items, and choice between two desserts. This was my second time to Braise and I look forward to coming back. I had the mushroom risotto and highly recommend it. The waitstaff and bartenders are very friendly and add to the overall experience. Perfect for date night with the hubby, or drinks with your girlfriends!

Angela Zuniga: Great service every time we dine in! Perfect date night or even our larger girls nights out are always a hit when we dine at Braise. The waitstaff makes sure we are well taken care of and and is knowledgeable about the food they are serving. They accommodate our many dietary restrictions and the food is always fresh and delicious! Easily the best date night spot in Milwaukee. A must visit.

Liz Fiene: First time having Xiao long bao and I have never had anything like this before! It was my favorite item we tried of the night, would definitely have again if it appeared back on the menu. I love that the ingredients are local and the menu rotates to bring me out of my comfort zone and try new things. Since m still exploring and determining what flavors I like/don’t like, I enjoy that the bartenders can make me something with just some personal input and some questions. I’ve only been here during the winter season but I am looking forward to patio season and I hope they have the patio/rooftop open in addition to their normal seating once summer hits! I just signed up for their tamales cooking class in May and I am looking forward to seeing this side of the restaurant next!

Megan Fiene: I love coming to Braise and eating in the bar area. Their booths and candle lights give a cozy atmosphere and can make a perfect date night. Sit at the bar to enjoy fun conversations and witness Flan and Evan crafting up the amazing cocktails behind the bar. Even if you don’t see a drink on the menu that catches your eyes, they can make anything you are feeling or give them the freedom to surprise you with a “dealers choice” cocktail. I love that the food menu changes every few weeks, one of the many reasons I keep coming back!Vegetarian options: They update their menu often and always mark if the food is vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free n

Ingrid Davis: I absolutely cannot express how AMAZING Braise Restaurant & Culinary School was for our reception. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this venue. We reserved the upstairs room, including the outdoor space that provided a beautiful view of the city.Becky Ayala, the restaurant manager, was a dream to work with. She was responsive to my emails and detail-oriented, which was so helpful during the reception planning process. The beautifully decorated room dazzled guests the moment they arrived at Braise and established the vibe for the rest of the room’s design. We also loved having the outdoor space, which was perfectly decorated, with floral arrangements placed everywhere. We opted for a family-style dinner. Locally sourced seasonal food inspired the menu of Mixed Green Salad, Lemon Risotto, Montreal Chicken and Soy Braised Beef. The food was delicious and the two wedding cocktails, Crazy Dave’s Old Fashioned and Rhubarb Lemonade were wonderful and flavorful. Our waiter, Kira and David, our bartender, were exceptional and on top of everything. The timing of the dishes was efficiently paced to allow sufficient time in between dishes.Everything was superb, and our guests raved about the venue and the food. I cannot recommend Becky and her team highly enough. You will not regret booking your venue in Braise.

Chrissi Quinn: We had our wedding dinner here and the catering was phenomenal. We booked out the first floor and the split between cocktails in the bar area and dinner in the dining room was a nice little change of setting. The braised beef, pork buns, and chocolate mouse were hits, guests even took leftovers home. The lemon curd wedding cake made by the pastry chefs was great and beautifully but tastefully decorated. I hope we can come back for all our anniversaries.Wheelchair accessibility: My significant other's mom is in an electric wheelchair and it was easy for her to get in and navigate around the first floor.

County Clare Irish Inn & Pub: what do users think?

Stephanie Cheslock: The food is good Irish comfort food and the complimentary omelet bar/breakfast selection hit the spot. And—off street parking is included! The bar has live music a few nights a week and regulars from the neighborhood. It feels like a true Irish pub. The staff is friendly and goes above and beyond to make your stay great. After recently visiting County Clare in Ireland, I can say the vibes and hospitality are spot on.Rooms: The rooms aren’t huge, but they have everything you need. The beds are comfy and clean.Safety: The area feels very safe, no matter what time of day or night we’ve walked to, and from the end, I see folks from the neighborhood walking their dogs which is generally just good vibes and makes you feel safeWalkability: About a 20 minute walk to places like the Pabst theater and riverwalk area.Food & drinks: Yummy and affordable food and drink.Noteworthy details: A perfectly authentic Irish, pub and inn. From the stained glass windows to the cast iron base tables to the friendly and accommodating staff this place checks all the boxes.

Brett Shinkle: Great food, great service, great drinks! Highly recommend!

Hotel Metro, Autograph Collection: what do users think?

Tony Kinnett: The hotel is very nicely kept, and one of the better in the Autograph Collection. The star of this stay is undoubtedly the service. The front desk staff and the cleaning/maintenance crew were friendly, thorough, and well beyond what I'd expect at a chain like this. Given the opportunity, I will be staying here whenever in Milwaukee in the future.

M Taylor: This is an independent hotel boutique that is part of the Marriott Bonvoy Program. I did receive an upgrade to a Presidents suite, but don't be confused because they have several of them. The decor of the room is nice but it is not new, it is starting to show some wear and tear. The climate control is not great as it is an older building with forced radiator heat that you cannot turn off. The AC could not cool the room as needed for us at night. Valet parking is $40, there is local self parking nearby for less than $20. There are several great restaurants nearby. I give 3 stars when I am satisfied with my experience but would not go out of my way to return. I would stay at a different property on my next trip.

Flip Flop Guy: Very nice rooms! Clean and modernized with a warm feeling to them. Staff was friendly and valet prompt! A few unique drawback’s experienced would be that the room temp was too warm and no matter the setting, would not lower. The television also didn’t display anything but movie channels and local channels. The casting didn’t work either. Finally, there was the sound of music bass well past midnight that could be heard. I am not sure if that was the very cool pufferfish tiki bar on the sixth floor or a place across the street. Made for a tough sleep. All in all though, a very nice hotel and one we would definitely visit again!

Kendell Solorzano: Great location and the valet Todd is so friendly and service oriented! We love staying here for work trips. Rooms are great!Rooms: Rooms are huge and modern. Nice snacks, coffee and amenities! Lots of plugs and chargers.

Justin Gauvin: Decor in lobby matches the rooms. However couches in the rooms are too square and not comfortableWe had a Suite and couldn't have guests stay in our living room...Food & drinks: The restaurant Oogies has fabulous breakfast, non hotel guests were eating there.

Jennifer Dettlo: We stayed here for the second time this past weekend and--once again--Hotel Metro was just phenomenal. The building is so cute--everything is super clean, chic and inviting----but the staff is what really shines. The ladies at the front desk/reception were so helpful and kind to us we....but everyone who works here is amazing. We were just so impressed by the level of service and the straight-up kindness we were shown we will be back for a third stay! Excellent job Hotel Metro!

Scott V: Overall I call this a very nice hotel for a 5 night stay. We were upgraded to the presidential suite giving us a cozy fireplace and extra seating. For a room as big as this and one for 5 days I'm baffled by how little closet space there is.Decor is so nice, makes you feel as though you are back in the 1930'sStaff is super nice. Had some very good recommendations for local places to visit.Walkability: Close to the 3rd Ward in one direction and the entertainment district the other direction.

Tyler Bosh: Rooms: 5/5

Ethan James Kretlow (Eton Kretlow): So goodSafety: OkayFood & drinks: Good

Latrez H: This hotel is really good. It’s kind of like a old-school back in the 1960s vibe with a modern twist but it’s crazy because everything is real good the vibe the food the drinks the room everything is really elegant and nice plus it’s downtown in the center of everything in MILWAUKEE I think they got another one in New York if I’m not mistaken, but you gotta check it out. This is definitely one of the top hotels in downtown MILWAUKEE, you get waited on hand and foot from the time you get out the car until the time you get to your room even after that, there’s always someone that’s there to help you throughout your whole stay you got like a personal maid or bails men

Tess: what do users think?

Joseph Cassidy: First time in, Friday night for two of us for a friend’s birthday. Everything was superb, food was so delicious, staff was very accommodating. Friendly and helpful service from my questions over the phone before booking, to altering our reservation, to dinner service with our wonderful server Moi, to serving my carry-in cake. Homemade bread was excellent and their tomato sauce was out of this world. I got the cioppino he got the ravioli and we just kept raving about the sauce. 5 stars highly recommend

Kristi: Вкусно, как всегда. Обожаю это скрытое сокровище!Диетические блюда: Сервер действительно старался убедиться, что я могу найти немолочные варианты!

Hilton Milwaukee City Center: what do users think?

Lore Lisheron: Beautiful event space. Excellent food and service.Food & drinks: Our event had a brunch buffet which offered delicious and healthy selections as well as traditional fare. Many beverages included juice, coffee & tea, and alcoholic options.

Easton Frindlestone: My first time staying at this hotel was super easy using the Hilton app to book, check in, unlock my room etc. My second time staying at this hotel was on a business trip that my boss had booked my hotel room for, and he had entered some information incorrectly which led to some difficulties at the front desk. Haley stepped in to help out her colleague who was assisting me with this & she went above and beyond to make sure that the strange and complicated issue was resolved in the best possible way.All of my interactions with staff have been great, the dogs are adorable, and the hotel does a great job handling events hosted here and at the attached convention center. The Starbucks in the lobby is super convenient. There's also a Walgreens just down the street to shop for basics at. 👍

Sanford: what do users think?

Billy Harlow: Wonderful food Cozy atmosphere, very good for romantic evenings. The wife and I will definitely be going here again.Recommended dishes …

Scott V: Omylort was this good.We chose the 7 course tasting with pairing and could not have been more pleased.Of all the dishes the scallop was probably my favorite for one simple reason... I liked it. Normally I will not eat scallops because the texture or flavor or both are a turn off, but not with these. These had enough firmness to not be jell-o-ie, yet still weren't tough. They didn't have a 'dirty' flavor that I often experience, but had a very nice caramel crisp from being seared. Talking to our waiter, it turns out they get them "dry packed" and that maintains the freshness as though straight off the boat.Whatever the reason, WOW.Now for what was my real favorite turned out to be the goose sausage and duck, although personal preference is that the duck be just slightly more cooked, that did not take away from the dish.Every bit of love a chef could put into their profession went into this meal. Were it proper to give a huge to the person that pleased the tastes this well, I'd go back just to give a firm embrace of thanks.Amazing, thank you.
