Dick & Marsha Raniewicz: I needed a new shade that broke. It was a motorized shade. Christopher was able to use the same shade and make it manual. He then fixed another shade that was torn on the bottom and was able to cut off the torn part and make it look like new. We are so tickled pink and cost was very reasonable. Highly recommend Ace.

I came in to the store and told them what was wrong and Jamie new immediately what the cause was. 15 minutes went by and it was repaired. She told me that the blind I purchased was still under warranty. What great customer service for their customers. This family store is the next generation and still has the customer service of old. Please let them quote your blinds and draperies. As a small business, we need people like them. Customer service is non- existent in today's world

Rodney Michael: Hunter Douglas motorized shades are a great product. Window Works did an OK job of handling the project. My experience was that the people were courteous, but could pay more attention to detail including quote accuracy, communications, and follow-up. Accounting department was quick to send final billing, however sales was slow to address post install quality concerns. The installer communicated well, was organized, engaged this homeowner at each step of install.

QuestorWI: Family owned business for over 54 years. Back in the 1980s I worked as the pickup and delivery driver. They do excellent work on cleaning of window draperies of every shape and size whether it be dry cleaning or washing. Have a on-site seamstress to do alterations when needed. All drapes are measured before and after cleaning to ensure they're the same size going out as when they came in expertly pressed and expertly taken down and rehung. They also do cleaning of horizontal and vertical blinds and restringing when needed.$$

And the shades I pictured to have. I can't say enough about Dallas and Luke they were amazing!! Philip Gissen: I’m short, and all my clothes need alterations. Kevin, the proprietor of Dad’s, is a tailor not a sewing machine operator. He shortened several pairs of my jeans. They were tailored in a couple of days and the hem was perfect, sewn as if they were purchased in my exact size and inseam. Prices were fair considering the quality of the work.

Tom did such a wonderful job putting up Roman shades in my dining room and kitchen. A picture doesn’t do it justice I’m very pleased I will use Kathy shades again in the future.

Yes, I care about others, yes I know it is deadly for some. Two members in my household have had it, one of my neighbors died. This virus has 98% survival rate. Ten months of shut downs and masks and it still here, just what is the end game? God brought us into this world and he will take us out in his timing not ours, until then live your life instead of hiding. Thank you Kathy's Shade Shop for taking a stand.
