Janice: Kathy Shades has a large variety of products, designs, and colors to choose from. The staff is professional, courteous, patient and easy to work with. Tom did such a wonderful job putting up Roman shades in my dining room and kitchen. A picture doesn’t do it justice I’m very pleased I will use Kathy shades again in the future.

M E: I happened to drive past this shop this week and saw the no mask sign. It was refreshing to see a business that refuses to live in fear. Yes, I care about others, yes I know it is deadly for some. Two members in my household have had it, one of my neighbors died. This virus has 98% survival rate. Ten months of shut downs and masks and it still here, just what is the end game? God brought us into this world and he will take us out in his timing not ours, until then live your life instead of hiding. Thank you Kathy's Shade Shop for taking a stand. Sorry I am not in the market for window treatments at this time, but I will be sure to tell my friends who are. Don't bother with your negative comments, I will not respond.

Dick & Marsha Raniewicz: I needed a new shade that broke. It was a motorized shade. Christopher was able to use the same shade and make it manual. He then fixed another shade that was torn on the bottom and was able to cut off the torn part and make it look like new. We are so tickled pink and cost was very reasonable. Highly recommend Ace.

I came in to the store and told them what was wrong and Jamie new immediately what the cause was. 15 minutes went by and it was repaired. She told me that the blind I purchased was still under warranty. What great customer service for their customers. This family store is the next generation and still has the customer service of old. Please let them quote your blinds and draperies. As a small business, we need people like them. Customer service is non- existent in today's world

Rodney Michael: Hunter Douglas motorized shades are a great product. Window Works did an OK job of handling the project. My experience was that the people were courteous, but could pay more attention to detail including quote accuracy, communications, and follow-up. Accounting department was quick to send final billing, however sales was slow to address post install quality concerns. The installer communicated well, was organized, engaged this homeowner at each step of install.

They were kind, professional and very helpful. No problem getting an appt for measuring and selecting finishes. Good communication throughout process including with installer. The only concern is that the installer screwed the cord device into my woodwork before asking my opinion and now I think I will have him return to modify it and patch/paint the woodwork.

Vanessa Duhamel: Bought a Breville espresso machine and coffee grinder. My husband and I spent some time in the store trying to decide which one we should get. We were asked a few times if we needed any help. We didn’t, just had to decide what we wanted. When we were ready to checkout we just told one of the employees on the floor and they had the items at the checkout ready for us by the time we got up there. Very easy process and it was great to have our items same day.
