Maxwell Lehmann: I lived at the North End for almost four years and really enjoyed my time there. I lived in the Chroma building but enjoyed all the other amenities from some of the other buildings like the pool that faces the Milwaukee River. It was an excellent place to relax in the summer. The location is very walkable and there are several grocery stores and restaurants nearby. My apartment was well maintained and I felt safe and secure there. The office was very friendly and was willing to help when needed. I am very glad I found the North End when I was looking for somewhere to live and would highly recommend the North End if you are looking for a place to live in downtown Milwaukee.

Jayne and Robin: Stitchweld is a great place to live. It is close to great Bay View restaurants and an easy car or bus ride to downtown. And, yet, it feels like a neighborhood. This is due in large part to great staff. Everyone goes out of their way to make you feel welcome with planned events or just pleasant conversation. The buildings and grounds are well maintained, and any tenant requests seem to be fulfilled within hours not days. We've been here for 3 years and the quality of our experience continues to increase.

We met with Justin and he was so friendly, knowledgeable - answering all our questions and sharing tons of information. We saw a variety of great apartments and the location is great, so close to everything. We would be thrilled to call this place home when we it comes time to move!

Abbey Johnson: I recently moved out of JVT after two amazing years living there! Between the office staff, maintenance, and cleaning crew, everyone was fantastic! When my cat decided to lock himself in the bathroom - they were right there to help! Which won us over right away. If it wasn't for out growing the space we would have stayed there for more years. The pool was by far my favorite part and the amazing views! We lived in an older unit but never had issues with appliances etc. The drains are older so that was expected. We will miss JVT so much and the convivence of being surrounded by everything. Highly recommend!! And huge shout out to Kim!!!
