Michael kauffman: This is one of my favorite dealerships in the state. The staff is always willing to help but do not hover over you. They always have one of the best selections of used bikes and the latest and greatest on the floor. If they don't have what you want, they work with many dealerships and will get it.

Matthew George: Very happy with the work they do at Moto Union. Had some issues with my 2020 V4S and they found and fixed the problem quickly. Communication with me was clear and concise even when I was 5 states away in Georgia. I would highly recommend Moto Union for any work needed.

He answered all of our dumb questions and really helped us narrow down what exactly we were looking for. He drew our attention to a used bike that came in that day which wasn’t even on the floor yet. We ended up taking it home a day later. The whole process was super relaxed and easy. Can’t recommend this place enough.

The associate at the entrance briefs us about the rules and the regulations to not touch the vehicles or seat on them. Some of the vehicles in one section can be touched and sit on it to experience it. A good opportunity to read about the motorcycle evolution across the globe 🌏. A good opportunity to understand the journey of this company Harley Davidson. Overall a good experience.

John Arendt: I found a bike online and was immediately messaged about the bike. I had great service with the sales rep Jake and great contact with the finance director Jeff. Ontop of not being pushy to a bike the process was simple and headache free. They put what I wanted first and answered the questions I had quick. Additionally the owner made a point to reach out and offered assistance with anything I needed. Keep in mind I purchased on a Saturday morning with the owner on site as well as everyone I was in contact with about the bike. Highly recommended not just for Indians but for all brands. I purchased an 04 road king.

I’m extremely pleased with my truck! They are even going to touch up the arm rests on the doors at a later date because of some imperfections and missing paint. John Steel was great to work with and very helpful. He even swapped out my vanity plate cover from my trade in and install it on my truck for me. I highly recommend Lake Ford. I’ve been actively looking for a truck for about 6 months and Lake Ford had the best deal definitely worth the drive from Lake county to South Milwaukee.
Rolf Gersch: Our sales consultant Nathan was great. He wasn't pushy and spent a lot of time going over all the features of the 2019 Ford Expedition that we were interested in buying. We ended up buying it which turned out to be a very pleasant sale. The only negative thing I can say is that the detailing and cleaning of vehicle was not that great. Supposedly the vehicle was being detailed while we were with the finance person and when we came home and lifted the tailgate and the back window we saw all the dirt and dust on the body of the vehicle that was never cleaned. That was one comment that our sales consultant Nathan had said to us while test driving that they take great pride in a thorough detailing. Other than that I would go back to Lake Ford.
