S H: I visited this museum as a part of our office event. It was a good experience. We had a group of colleagues who had a good experience in the museum. The associate at the entrance briefs us about the rules and the regulations to not touch the vehicles or seat on them. Some of the vehicles in one section can be touched and sit on it to experience it. A good opportunity to read about the motorcycle evolution across the globe 🌏. A good opportunity to understand the journey of this company Harley Davidson. Overall a good experience.

Nicholas Susedik: Best record store in town in my opinion. They have a large selection, their hip hop selection is best I’ve seen. Staff is great. Really cool people who are also the owners. I recommend stopping there and checking it out.

I really enjoy its warm and moody interior, it helps make browsing far more enjoyable. The selection is also great for my tastes, and they seem to restock fairly frequently. The employees have also been respectful and kind every time. Keep on being great guys!Edit after another year of shopping at Lilliput: still a fantastic shop. Their selection is still consistently fantastic, their new releases are strong and relevant, and their record store day events are awesome! If you ain't come here yet, what are you doing?!??

Bethany Kreiter: Came in around 3:30PM today and was in and out within 15 minutes. Even with my not-so-good description of the issue, the employee was able to quickly diagnose the problem. Turns out I needed a whole new motorhead because a piece had broken inside. Friendly and efficient service. I would highly recommend coming here for all of your Dyson repairs or purchases!
Anne Tidmore: Amazing experience. I went in with my airwrap that has been overheating expecting to drop it off for repair. They fixed it right in the spot and I was out the door in 15 mins. They also took the time to discuss some of the other Dyson products on display. Very knowledgeable, helpful and polite!!

Dyson should be proud to have these caliber people on their staff. Dyson definitely good product but when supported with such an talented staff members, I felt that Dyson team support is with me. I had one unit 11 years old. On his recommendation I bought another unit called animal three complete.Thanks John.
M J: . After submitting the info to Dyson, I was informed via auto text the replacement battery would arrive in 7-15 business days. The replacement part did not arrive and I heard nothing from Dyson on the matter. Life got busy and I put this issue on the back burner until about 1 month ago when I decided to give it another go considering I had a worthless $400 vacuum sitting in the closet which should be covered under warranty. I should note that it is very frustrating that Dyson does not provide any actual humans to speak with on the phone about customer service matters considering the price they are charging for their vacuums and the durability issues many customers experience with their products. I again received no battery replacement after going through the warranty claim process through Dyson’s auto text method, which at this point I must say is completely worthless from a customer standpoint. Again, no communication was provided by Dyson, no case number for reference, no human to speak with, no replacement part. Not fulfilling valid warranty claims made by customers is absolutely unacceptable customer service, especially for a brand like Dyson which charges a premium for their products. Even if the claim had been successfully processed, having customers wait 7-15 business days for a simple replacement part is ridiculous. Dyson corporate failed to deliver a replacement battery under warranty on 2 separate occasions. I thought I was out of options until I saw there was a Dyson Service Store in Brookfield which thankfully made up for the horrible customer service provided by Dyson corporate. I will gladly drive to Brookfield from now on should we encounter any future issues with our Dyson.

I walked in with my broken Dyson and walked out with my fixed Dyson all in less than 5 minutes. Best part was that I didn't have to pay a cent because my Dyson was still under warranty. It was really so easy.

Having 4 Dyson for the past several years, only wish I know this service center earlier.----------------I stopped by today at 1:35pm for my refurbished Dyson v11 for the 1st time. It has some issues that I called many times not resolved. The store supposed to be closed from 1:30pm ~ 2pm, but it opened for me, and the tech quickly confirmed the issue and replaced the part for me within few minutes. Really appreciate!!

After a month of getting no where with corporate Dyson customer service for a broken part on my 3-month old V15, a coworker told me about this local service center. 5 minutes later - my issue was resolved and I was on my way. The worker was extremely friendly. I wish I had known about this place prior to all the new gray hairs I got dealing with corporate!!!! Or even better … I wish corporate would have referred me here.

Showed me where it was, put in a new one, problem solved. Educated me that the filter was washable. I bought an additional one to have in stock at home. $12 per filter. In and out the door in 15 min max.They sell new products here, too. Really great having this resource so close to my house. And wonderful technician to handle my problem.

Benjamin Franklin: Did my homework and bought a Mirra 2 office chair from DWR in milwaukee about a year ago. The chair has been amazing. If you have a bad back, I highly recommend this chair. If I had known my old office chair was the main source of my back pain, I would have moved on this years ago.As for DWR. The staff was also amazing. They went through all the chair's features so I could design and order the exact chair I wanted.5 Stars !!!!!

Dustin Underwood: COVID-19 update: We ordered a new piece from here last month. We were happy that the delivery staff wore masks, clearly were leaving physical space, and up-front offered to make the delivery sign-off touchless. It was extremely friendly, courteous, and safe.This showroom is always great. I always feel a little self conscious going in here because I roll up with torn jeans and stained shoes. I have to imagine that I look like I'm just there to gawk. Regardless, the staff is always very helpful, offers water, and gives my wife and I space to shop. In particular, we love working with Iftekhar.
