Max Flanagan: Kevin in small engines services our Craftsman chainsaw as I got it from a neighbor and it never really ran. Kevin called and told me the lines had dry-rotted and the cost to repair would exceed the value. Even though he looked at it and took it apart he waived the fee and was upfront. Appreciated the honesty and not getting charged hundred when they knew from the beginning it was not salvageable.
Perfekte Welle: Great deals, and they have everything! Big store getting a facelift on my last visit with a lot of construction underway. Every time i have a chance to browse and look around, I find items I am surprised they have. For example, they have items that i don't even know whwre else tou would buy them like if the alternator in your car stops working and you want to rebuild it, they have repair parts kits for it with the components that usually fail. They have live chicks for sale if you want chickens. Where else in Waukesha would you find baby chicks? I love this place!

Skid McMarx: I work for a general contracting company and we send these guys our tools for repairs. Not only is their website super easy to use the repairs are fast and free of charge as long as the tool is under warranty. Cannot say enough about how good the service is.
