Justine Filapek: Cute little shop. Registered for the Metal Etching workshop that was scheduled for noon on Saturday. Arrived a little early to browse the shop but I arrived there were "Closed" and "Temporarily Closed while we deal with some issues" signs in the window and on the door. Not happy. Five other people arrived who were part of a bridal party and had the same reaction. There was no phone number nor email address referenced, just, "see our website." A little passed noon, on eof the other group received a phone call from the instructor stating she had overslept, was really sorry, but was on her way.It was frustrating, yes, but it's not a big corporate shop and things do sometimes happen.By the time we got inside, warmed up a bit, and settled into the back room where the workshop is, it was after 12:30. I wasn't in a hurry, so after getting over my frustration of initially thinking the class wouldn't happen and I was out my money, I was just fine. Relaxed.The class itself is very casual. The instructor is very sweet, informative, and friendly. Simple explanations. Can freehand or stamp your metal pieces for etching. Interesting and easy process. The instructor felt bad about being late so we got to do as many pieces as we wanted. No one took advantage it and went nuts, but we were able to make some really nice pieces. While they were in the acid, we got to pick out accessories and findings to go with our etched peices, and then assemble our jewelry. The instructor did help people with assembly who wanted/needed help.Great workshop to learn a new skill.

Every time I've visited the store, it's been evident that all the representatives put in tremendous effort and take pride in meeting their customers needs. Bob Norris is who I work with when I need an outfit and I can only wish I had met him years earlier! I used to fumble around other stores trying to determine if this jacket matches a shirt, tie, shoes, belt, etc and then just feeling overwhelmed and deflated. Even if they all seemed to match to me then I'm asking myself if that is really how they should fit. Now I just go talk to Bob at Harleys. He listens so closely to what I need and explains all the options that will accomplish what I am looking for in a particular outfit. Jeff was tremendously helpful, he showed fastidious attention to detail when helping me to choose every unique element from the buttons to the lining to the thread color. Harleys' staff's impressive sartorial skills were immediately clear when the suit arrived -- it fit like a glove.

Dave Zeroth: I rented my tux from Harleys Co for my wedding and I had a wonderful experience. The tux was incredibly sharp. The suits for my groomsmen, ushers, ring bearer, flower dude, and additional family members were great on the wedding day as well. We had a few pants/shirts that came in a little short but the staff there worked quickly to make sure everyone fit comfortably in the suits. It was a tall task as we needed a lot of suits but they got it done. Shoutout to the staff, y’all made my time with you guys special!

I had some questions about using the dress as a base and seeing if alterations through a tailor would be possible and she was AMAZING with her advice. She was kind and helpful and it was obvious that she has a passion for what she does and it made all the difference for me.Wedding dress shopping with a specific vision is stressful. I have been other places and spent hours online pouring over ideas. I have lost sleep over the whole process and wondered if I was even making the right choice with something more unconventional...But Sydney helped me so much and made me feel so much better about the whole process. It is the little things like that, having someone who is passionate about what they do, who is creative and open to ideas and inspiration that helps bring people back up and is a reminder that this is an exciting time despite the stress. I would 1000% recommend this place to others, and Sydney deserves all the praise.

Brad, my installer was a joy! He called prior to arrival, was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. In addition he also was a pretty interesting conversation, which since he’s working inside my home I found it refreshing that he was able to relate to me. Would definitely recommend CBD, albeit only to those who can afford it.

Nancy Deeter: Jake and Chris, our closet installers were great to work with. They originally told me it was going to take two days to install and these guys got it done in a day. My problem was with the lack of communication. There was a change in the original drawing, and we were not informed of the changes that were going to be made. The installers did not know that there changes as their drawings did not show that anything was changed. We ended up texting pictures of our orgiinl drawings to demonstrate the changes and explain our displeasure. Jake did talk to his boss and we are very happy but all that could have been avoided with better communication. Jake came out on the following Sunday to make it right.

Tim Bayer: We had a really great experience with Closets by Design. Our designer Sara was fantastic, helping us out with a lot of different options as we figured out what we wanted. One day, I was at the counter and I smelled Erolfa by Creed and since then I found my signature scent for life, and along with it, a prolonged sales relationship for all my fragrance needs. As president of one of the largest companies in our industry here in Wisconsin being able to smell pleasant, confident and prestigeous is of the uptomost importance. I have since purchased several other Creeds, and I know Owen will always be super honest and go above and beyond to continue to accommodate my fragrance needs. Please don't ever retire from this place!
Daniel Karwowski: Love the modern design of the store interior. Love the fact I can park in a parking structure to block the sun from baking my truck. The store has a very nice bar and coffee shop. It is a great shopping experience. Store has a major cosmetics area on the second floor which is level with the first floor of the mall. It also has a fragrance counter for men on the lost level which I recently discoveredYou can also access the second level of the store from the parking structure if you go up one level
