I've been training here since Nov. 2020.Nate was immediately responsive to give me a tour of the gym and help me get comfortable when I signed up. Ricky helped me out with his diet and meal planning expertise that I still use today. I train strength and conditioning 4x per week, 2 days by myself, 2 days I train with Travis. He has encyclopedic knowledge of human movement patterns and I cannot speak highly enough of his skills as a trainer. I've had significant increases in strength, can now add way more weight to the bar, and my overall health is at an all-time high.More recently I've started training Jiu-Jitsu with Avery. If you would have asked me 10 years ago if I thought I would be in the best shape of my life at 40 and taking up a martial art for fun, I would have laughed. Huge thanks to everyone at CoMotion for creating such an incredible environment for personal growth.

Immediately after getting into the 10-day trial, my partner and I were warmly greeted, given a tour of the space, and were offered small check-ins and motivational messages by the owner, Ryan, and by the other trainers. We got to experience all of the classes offered, and it was a no-brainer to fully join.The workouts are challenging, the trainers are hands-on to ensure you know what you’re doing, and you leave each workout feeling accomplished. Nick Mueller: This is best workout studio in the Milwaukee area!! They have the most fun and knowledgeable coaches coupled with hard hitting and effective work outs.

Drehdeck Drehdeck: Great place. Tough workouts and seems intimidating, but coaches are great and no one is judgmental. It’s a really great environment to workout.

Victoria Davis Davila: No matter where you are in your fitness journey, check out F45 if you are looking for a place to keep you motivated, engaged and making progress. The trainers are really knowledgeable and take the time to get to know you so they can help you reach your goals. Even if it might look intense if you are walking past - you can modify the workout to fit your needs. Every few weeks there are new 6 week challenges that are fun and help you hit goals. I just hit my 200th class and I still learn new exercises every week. The team training environment is really awesome and the gym has a positive and welcoming atmosphere. I have two little kids and run a business and F45 is my self care!

Jacob Davida: First of all, the community at F45 is awesomely engaging and friendly thanks to the amazing trainers who are friendly, knowledgeable, and know how to push or support you at the right times. This gym has an amazing formula to keep you fit and excited at the same time and the classes change regularly to keep you engaged. My body composition changed noticeably after even a couple of months of 4-5 classes a week. I like that they cover cardio and resistance on different days to get a total body workout - you can bulk up or tone depending on how you decide to push yourself.

David Sanchez: in that class and had so much fun doing it that I barely noticed how hard I was working. The coaches are so uplifting and everything is very fast paced so you get a fantastic ROI on your time.There is free parking just south of the building, as well as free towel service, lockers and showers. I absolutely recommend Shred415 to anyone who is serious about getting in the best shape of their life.

Kendra Mahoney: Joining OTF has been the most critical part of my journey towards a healthier, happier me. I joined in October 2017 and have been going at least 3 times per week every week since. Business and personal travel are rarely at issue because I can usually find another OTF where I'm headed. The workouts are never the same and are always challenging and fun - I can honestly say I've never been bored in the 325+ classes I've attended so far. The Coaches and desk staff are friendly and helpful. I can’t say enough positive things about my experience so far. I’ve lost over 25 lbs in a healthy and sustainable way.

Rose Plewa: I’ve been attending Wild Boot Camps now for 1.5 years and it’s made such a positive impact on my life both mentally and physically. This is the longest I’ve successfully stuck with an exercise routine and I don’t see that changing anytime soon. The Wild community is so supportive and I find myself motivated to be accountable to the trainers and my peers. Wild boot camps are a judgement-free zone with knowledgeable, creative trainers that focus on form and safety. We have a new workout plan every class with a good balance of strength and cardio. Each class I can decide if I want to push myself or modify the exercise to meet me where I’m at. The studio is clean and has great equipment. I am so grateful to the Wild community!

Kate O'Keefe: Wild Workouts and Wellness has helped me achieve fitness goals I would have never thought possible ten years ago. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable, and can tailor small group sessions to meet a diversity of client needs and skillsets. The community and coaches alike are incredibly supportive of and encouraging to one another. Very few things can get me up and out of bed at 5am three days per week. This is the top reason I do so!

Lauryn Meisner: I am obsessed with PowerCycle. The instructors are so nice and welcoming, thr music is amazing, and it always smells like eucalyptus in the studio. Highly recommend!! ❤️

Mike O'Brien: The first ride is definitely a tough one, but it’s so fun and the whole group is a community that will look out for you. You will hurt for a few days later, and then you want to go back as soon as you can. The instructors care so much about your progress and ensuring you’re comfortable. It’s truly a place to bring positive energy to your life, it will change you as a person for the better as long as you stick with it 🙂

Ivana holevova: The PowerCycle studio is amazing . I enjoyed so far every single class what they offer. I never been cardio girl , but spinning is something what get me out of my comfort zone and challenge me a lot . All instructors are very motivated and super nice . Sarah Johnson: I've been attending class weekly since Oct 2022. Trainers are always high energy and get you hyped for class. I've tried a few of their different classes offered and have enjoyed them. Personally favorite would be the Fusion classes. Every staff member has been friendly and helpful when I have questions. Studios and lobby area always look clean. They have two showers available as well which helps for those early morning workouts.

Kevin Bereswill: An incredibly high-quality cycling gym. I travel a lot for work and have taken classes all over the country and I can honestly say that PowerCycle is the best. The bikes are higher quality and well-maintained. The classes are fun, engaging, a great workout, and actually structured versus "put gear on, take it off, put it on, take it off". Great music with fun with frequent themed rides.In addition to spin, the offer Pilates, weight lifting, and some hybrid classes. Highly recommend!

Katherine Knitter: The trainers are wonderful and it is the first gym that I don’t dread going to!

Jen Knapp: It only took 4 weeks at 9Rounds to do what 5 years of attempting to run or diet ever did. The scale is moving down, my “50 year” belly is shrinking and I still look forward to going every morning I’m able. The workouts are so purposeful and quick that you are sweating in the car on the ride home before you know it. Brandon is such a patient, kind and encouraging trainer who puts up with lots of my complaining. I’m so grateful for this place! 💪❤️💪

Michael Meyerink: , I was immediately hooked. The way the rounds are set up, the flexibility of when the gym is open, and the support from the trainers is unparalleled. They give you all the tools you need to succeed, you just need to show up. My favorite part about the gym is how "you" set the pace. If you want fire on all cylinders, you can, if you need a day to readjust/rest you can do that to. The flexibility will allow you create a structured schedule but will also allow you to modify if life happens to get in the way. The trainers will work with you on your goals and will even reach out if you need the extra support. Whether you are an avid gym goer or someone who is just starting, I think 9rounds is a fantastic gym.

Alex Feavel: Gym is clean and very adaptable for anyone to join. Age is just a number and all fitness levels fit in. Very family oriented gym where all feel welcome and are embraced from Day 1.Progress is possible if you stick to the plan.

Andy Feavel: I have always been a $10 a month club guy which usually means you get the bare minimum, the equipment isn't great, and you encounter interesting people whom you may not want to even be in the locker room with. My wife came across Peak and got us started on a weight loss challenge promotion they were having. We haven't stopped going since. While the price point is much higher than the $10, Ricky makes you feel like family from the moment you first step in the door. His personality is inviting, encouraging, and he knows his stuff. He makes you want to come back for more! Even with a bum shoulder I am able to participate and all the trainers are very supportive and have worked with my condition to make sure I am getting a solid workout in, but not injure myself in the mean time Additionally, the other members are all really great and supportive. It only took me a few sessions to feel comfortable and I recommend Peak to anyone looking for a more personal experience that pushes you to be the best you can be. It's been a game changer for me.
