In most cases we can repair your appliance in one visit with parts that we have in stock. Typical service appointment takes 1-2 hours. If the part is a special order and we have to come back there is no service fee for second trip.

In addition to a service fee the hourly rate is $109.00 with 1.5 hour minimum. We do accept Credit Cards Cash and Checks.

First was when my washing machine was leaking. Since it was old, I contemplated just replacing it rather than paying for a repair. However, I changed my mind when the repair guy explained that these units will last forever if you maintain them and that the newer models aren't made as well. He mentioned he's worked on some washers (in the same model) that are 30 years old. I was convinced and spent the $200 to repair. Several months later, I noticed water on the floor when visiting the unit (rental property). I was upset and explained to them that the same issue was occurring and that I either wanted it to be repaired again (for free) or a refund. They came out quickly (working with my schedule). Once there, we both determined that the "leak" was foolishly being caused by the lint trap so full that it was spewing water over the sink. I was super embarrassed. The guy mentioned that his company always has a fee for every service call, but wouldn't charge me anything (despite me wasting his time). I gave him some money anyways. I can't speak highly enough about this company for every bullet point mentioned above. I will undoubtedly choose them for future repairs when my new Samsungs inevitably break down ;)

Their technician Bart came out within a day, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it for a reasonable price, and provided some helpful tips on general maintenance for dryers and other appliances to prolong useful life. He actually returned a few weeks later to fix a second issue w/the dryer and didn't charge me for the additional fix. He's very knowledgeable, honest, and efficient, and I highly recommend.
