He mentioned he's worked on some washers (in the same model) that are 30 years old. I was convinced and spent the $200 to repair. Several months later, I noticed water on the floor when visiting the unit (rental property). I was upset and explained to them that the same issue was occurring and that I either wanted it to be repaired again (for free) or a refund. They came out quickly (working with my schedule). Once there, we both determined that the "leak" was foolishly being caused by the lint trap so full that it was spewing water over the sink. I was super embarrassed. The guy mentioned that his company always has a fee for every service call, but wouldn't charge me anything (despite me wasting his time). I gave him some money anyways. I can't speak highly enough about this company for every bullet point mentioned above. I will undoubtedly choose them for future repairs when my new Samsungs inevitably break down ;)
