Alex Hayes: Excellent place! Super friendly staff, appliances all work, no bug issues, haven't had any power outages, love the garage, love having the oak creek trail literally right outside, excellent sound proofing. And considering the location the traffic isn't too bad during rush hour.

Normally apartment buildings are faceless and cold; there's no personality to the building and there's no community between the residents. This place, on the other hand, makes an effort to reach out and create that community; one way they do this is by giving the building a personality. The property is safe and quiet, it's also clean and modern. The surroundings are also in an area where you don't have to look over your shoulder; it's an ideal living situation.

The building is quiet, clean and the structure is modern / up-to-date. The staff has been unbelievable since day 1; Maisey, Destiny, Lylonnie & the maintenance staff. They've been great in their communication and are always professional. They're very warm and welcoming no matter the situation. I'd recommend anyone looking to live in the area to check it out.

Along with the awesome management, the maintenance staff is also very responsive and quick to help.I can't recommend this apartment building enough!

I love having guest over and listen to them compliment not only my unit but also the amenities in the building! Not to mention the staff is very hands on and professional, and the maintenance team is like no other. Super quick and very good at what they do. If you are someone who appreciates a good team, clean building, and awesome location then this is the place for you.

The apartments are beautiful, and as someone who moved to three different apartments in three years, I can attest that they are all updated and amazing. The management team is also the best I've ever experienced, not only did they work to find me a new apartment every year for the last three years, but I interact with them on a weekly basis and they are such kind people and so incredibly helpful. The director Maisey is such a gem, she is always there to help when I need it, and I love stopping to talk! Lastly, the maintenance team is also incredible. They are extremely responsive and quick to help. I dropped my keys down the elevator shaft this year and they were able to retrieve them in a few days time no problem, even though it was a hassle. Overall, Vim and Vigor is a wonderful place to live with wonderful people running it, so if you want to live in an updated apartment with friendly and responsive management look no further.

There was a small insect infestation trying to come through the back door of my building. I called maintenance associate Shawn Jetkins, who was working on another project, corrected the issue in less than an hour.WAY TO GO SHAWN!!! These folks here earn there money 💰.

Dr. Anntoinettemarie Williams: My visit to Mandel Group was a pleasure. I was welcomed to the 6th floor by the front desk host and given a bottle water. Those comfy orange chairs were a plus. The ladies room was clean with 3 stalls, 1 ADA compliant with hand sanitizer also at the sink. Steve was spirited and professional in our conversation. Mandel also validated my parking. Great job Madel Group.

Suzy: Work Order - Maintenance Order - Kivanchi with maintenance from the Glenbrook side came over and helped me fix some heating issues I have been having all winter!He was able to diagnose it quickly, and even helped me with my tub not draining as well- he knew exactly how to fix it, he quickly fixed it, and I am SUPER THANKFUL TO HIM.He took a whole lot of stress I had been dealing with and made it go away just by being kind, helpful and great at his job. Erik Zhou: This was a great tour!The guide was very knowledgeable and funny. She answered questions well and had very in depth knowledge of both the structure of the mansion and the Pabst family history. Even seemingly insignificant pieces of information such as what kind of wood each room is made of.The mansion itself was very beautiful. The first floor is fully completed and looks exactly how it originally looked.The second and third floors are still in progress but it was still good to see.Highly recommended if visiting Milwaukee.
