Cortney Petty: some members who are rude and try to complain about everything and try to get people fired, thankfully they are not the norm. Also there are some rude older residents who like to take chairs away from tables and make you use the bad chairs, when there is supposed to be 5 chairs at each table.Also there are only TWO guest parking spots, and it is hard to see out of the driveway and not get in an accident because cars illegally park in a no parking spot, almost every night!! That is my only complaint, I have almost gotten in 3 car accidents due to this, I wish the cars would get towed!

Kyle Willkomm: Nothing but great things to say about this place. Management staff is responsive, location is right next to many different things to do and I feel the rent is very reasonable for what you get.

Ken Dombrowski: It's a great place to live, had the pleasure of living here for a year and the South facing view has a beautiful view of downtown and the lake. Fireworks in the summer go great with the balcony view. Can't hear any neighbors, John and Amber are great as with the building tech. The building is very clean and exiting the front lobby in the morning you can get coffee and they always play some great music to get your day started on a positive note.

Jayne and Robin: Stitchweld is a great place to live. It is close to great Bay View restaurants and an easy car or bus ride to downtown. And, yet, it feels like a neighborhood. This is due in large part to great staff. Everyone goes out of their way to make you feel welcome with planned events or just pleasant conversation. The buildings and grounds are well maintained, and any tenant requests seem to be fulfilled within hours not days. We've been here for 3 years and the quality of our experience continues to increase.
