Me, and my sister just happened to turn down the wrong street, and found this gem, the gate was open, and we came on in. Sat down with Jason, and so happen a 3 bedroom,3 bath was coming available, and by God's grace, and Jason's fast paper filing, in less then a week, we were Welcomed to the community. Can't wait to really get settled in, and enjoy my home. Great place to be.

The building is quiet, clean and the structure is modern / up-to-date. The staff has been unbelievable since day 1; Maisey, Destiny, Lylonnie & the maintenance staff. They've been great in their communication and are always professional. They're very warm and welcoming no matter the situation. I'd recommend anyone looking to live in the area to check it out.

The parking garage is safe and secure, as well as you're within walking distance of downtown Milwaukee, Fiserv Forum, and tons of great bars/restaurants.The management team is also the best I've ever experienced! They are extremely friendly and helpful, and always quick to respond with any questions or concerns you may have. They truly care about their residents and want to make sure you enjoy living here. Along with the awesome management, the maintenance staff is also very responsive and quick to help.I can't recommend this apartment building enough!

I love having guest over and listen to them compliment not only my unit but also the amenities in the building! Sydney Shaffer: I have officially lived in Vim and Vigor for three years, and I cannot say enough good things about the apartment, the management, and the maintenance team. The apartments are beautiful, and as someone who moved to three different apartments in three years, I can attest that they are all updated and amazing. The management team is also the best I've ever experienced, not only did they work to find me a new apartment every year for the last three years, but I interact with them on a weekly basis and they are such kind people and so incredibly helpful. The director Maisey is such a gem, she is always there to help when I need it, and I love stopping to talk! Lastly, the maintenance team is also incredible. They are extremely responsive and quick to help. I dropped my keys down the elevator shaft this year and they were able to retrieve them in a few days time no problem, even though it was a hassle. Overall, Vim and Vigor is a wonderful place to live with wonderful people running it, so if you want to live in an updated apartment with friendly and responsive management look no further.

The building has made several upgrades over the past few years, including a new dog park. Management and maintenance have been very responsive to any needs. The complex has a pool, gym, and business center which are all well-kept and very convenient. On top of all of this, The Enclave is in a great location with easy access to all of Tosa Village, North Ave, and Milwaukee. I would strongly urge anyone looking to live in Wauwatosa to consider The Enclave!

The apartment layouts are very spacious and convenient. The apartment complex itself is nice and quiet, because all the neighbors are very respectful of each other. The many amenities provided are great and are always cleaned. The staff here are awesome as well, they are super friendly and always ready to help.

I’m happy with how the staff have worked on those issues and look forward to future changes they’ll make.Milwaukee is a hotspot for stollen cars and catalytic converters, I’d still like to see more security cameras but the best bet if you have a Kia or Hyndai is park inside.

The neighbors within the complex are respectful, and the Enclave keeps the apartments clean and well kept. The price is very reasonable for location, apartment size, and apartment amenities. Highly recommend living here!

While there have been some challenges with homeless individuals and car break-ins, these are unfortunately common occurrences in urban settings. However, I am impressed by the proactive approach of our new manager, Dominic. In just two months, he has shown a commitment to addressing these issues and improving the overall safety and security of the complex. The management team here has always been polite and as helpful as possible.Overall, I am very pleased with my decision to live here and would recommend it to others. With Dominic at the helm, I am confident that any remaining concerns will be effectively addressed. This complex offers a wonderful living experience with great amenities and a dedicated management team.

Out of several apartments I experienced for the previous 10+ years, the Chiswick at Dunwood is definitely the best:1.Beautiful neighborhood & clubhouse2. Brand new appliances3. Friendly and handy staff - very responsive and reliable4. Professional maintenance serviceEverything in the apartment complex is well-managed and carefully designed. For example, I could easily move bulky products or groceries using the carts located in the garage. I also liked the fitness room, coffee bar, and the trail surrounding the complex. The rent was a bit higher than the average rent in the village, but I always thought the rent was even underpriced compared to the quality of life I enjoyed in this community.

Her apartment is beautiful, spacious and we are loving the open concept as we are a large family! We really wanted complete maintenance free living, but also have all the bell and whistles that we were accustomed to in our own home in Fox Point. An added bonus for us is the welcoming of dogs and other animals at the Mandel Properties. Some of the things that we really love about the property is the extensive walking paths to walk your pets, the professional on- site property manager, professional on-site maintenance team, lovely decorated Chiswick Club House and outdoor pool as well as the fully equipped work out room. The sense of community you feel at The Chiswick is more like a small unique boutique neighborhood. We love the community events hosted in the Club House and have meet so many wonderful people that are new to the area and many we already knew from the NorthShore Area. The underground parking is a must for our Wisconsin snowy winters. The grounds are professional landscaped and maintained by David J Frank. The prairie grasses are work in progress, but Mandel has done a wonderful job of keeping the essence of residential Fox Point in mind throughout their landscape process. We love the interior amenities within our apartment including higher end appliances, natural stone countertops, security system for door entry, large showers, oversized walk in closets, laundry/utility rooms in each unit and the large patio’s. We love the look of the Chiswick including exterior lightening to the over the top seasonal Holiday decorations---it all looks like a story for Architectural Digest! The real shout out goes to the property manager, Mary, who along with Raymond the maintenance guy who keep all the behind the scenes things moving at The Chiswick. Their professionalism is like none other and Mandel Properties is very blessed to have them on their team!I've attached a picture of our pups basking in the sun on our patio and some pictures of the property during an early morning sunrise while out walking the dogs.

David Miller: The Chiswick at Dunwood is a great place to live. Our unit has large rooms, high quality finishes, large kitchen area with lots of cabinets and pantry. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with walking paths and open green space, plus a very nice outdoor pool and grilling area. Add the fitness room, dog wash room, underground heated parking and hands on professional community managers and there's really nothing more that you need. This is the place to be.

Jamie: My Fiance and I lived here for about a year and a half before we decided to move forward with a house. This was out first place together and we thoroughly enjoyed it! We were sad leaving since our apartment was everything we needed. We loved having our own garage and private patio. It was quiet and security was added over night just recently. We never had any issues except some things outside our control. Management was responsive and maintenance was wonderful. Everyone we came across were friendly. We will miss the community. Thank you for a wonderful year and a half!

Monday's Coffee: And the pillows probably haven't been replaced in years. They aren't soft or firm. They are flat and mushy.The wifi is almost non existent. Connectivity is rough. Services in the hotel are solid. I.e gyms/laundry/breakfast.The location gets 3 stars because of its relative location to decent food, bars, markets and even music venues. But it stops there, during the night, its not a place you'd want to walk around solo.Parking is horrendous.

Ray Juaire: I chose this location without ever having been to Milwaukee. The building and rooms looked really interesting. Great location, easy check-in/ check-out, free parking behind it, and comfortable rooms. We only spent one night but quickly located a great cafe for pie and breakfast and a Japanese place fir dinner within walking distance. It was also very easy to simply drive about 8 minutes north to go right into The Third Ward District downtown. Bayview was a great location and this play was very nice. If we had one more night we would have tried the really nice Italian place on the first floor of this guesthouse.

Pam Wicking: Kinn Guesthouse is located in a vibrant neighborhood with restaurants and cafes within walking distance or a short drive. We really enjoyed our dinner at Sorelle, and brunch at Honeypie. Humboldt Park is just a few blocks.The rooms are comfortable, spacious and thoughtfully decorated. We appreciated the shared full kitchen and lounge area which has lots of natural light. Kinn has so much character but with the comfort of the big chain hotels.Noteworthy details: Clear instructions for contactless check in/out were sent via text. The whole process was quick and easy.

Lisa Wesley: We were so comfortable right in the heart of BayView. The bed and bedding were perfect for restful sleep in this very quiet room. We loved the large size of the room, the crazy high ceilings, the exposed brick, and huge windows with room darkening blinds. The shower was huge and well stocked with toiletries from Ursa, the cool boutique across the street; that was a treat. The spotless chef's kitchen provided a beautiful space to make and enjoy coffee and tea each morning as well as an ice machine and a dedicated tray in the fridge to store our food and beverages. We briefly saw two other guests down the hall one morning. No lobby and no crowds added to the peaceful, easy vibe. Any questions were immediately answered via text. We did NOT miss our usual airport hotel stay with crowds and noise. We look forward to staying here again and trying the Kinn Guesthouse downtown.
