Jayne and Robin: Stitchweld is a great place to live. It is close to great Bay View restaurants and an easy car or bus ride to downtown. And, yet, it feels like a neighborhood. This is due in large part to great staff. Everyone goes out of their way to make you feel welcome with planned events or just pleasant conversation. The buildings and grounds are well maintained, and any tenant requests seem to be fulfilled within hours not days. We've been here for 3 years and the quality of our experience continues to increase.

Ken Dombrowski: It's a great place to live, had the pleasure of living here for a year and the South facing view has a beautiful view of downtown and the lake. Fireworks in the summer go great with the balcony view. Can't hear any neighbors, John and Amber are great as with the building tech. The building is very clean and exiting the front lobby in the morning you can get coffee and they always play some great music to get your day started on a positive note.

Suzy: Work Order - Maintenance Order - Kivanchi with maintenance from the Glenbrook side came over and helped me fix some heating issues I have been having all winter!He was able to diagnose it quickly, and even helped me with my tub not draining as well- he knew exactly how to fix it, he quickly fixed it, and I am SUPER THANKFUL TO HIM.He took a whole lot of stress I had been dealing with and made it go away just by being kind, helpful and great at his job. Maxwell Lehmann: I lived at the North End for almost four years and really enjoyed my time there. I lived in the Chroma building but enjoyed all the other amenities from some of the other buildings like the pool that faces the Milwaukee River. It was an excellent place to relax in the summer. The location is very walkable and there are several grocery stores and restaurants nearby. My apartment was well maintained and I felt safe and secure there. The office was very friendly and was willing to help when needed. I am very glad I found the North End when I was looking for somewhere to live and would highly recommend the North End if you are looking for a place to live in downtown Milwaukee.

Aurora Troncoso: By far the best thing about this place is its location. It's very close to the lake. It's right next to bus lines 30 and Green, both northbound and southbound. It's right next to a Verizon tower, so the west side of the building gets blazing internet speeds. There's a CVS around the corner and a Walgreens and Supercuts across the street, along with all of Brady Street. Communal washers and dryers are available in the basement. There is no air conditioning and maintenance can be slow, but for the location, living here is a real treat.
