I just wanted to thank you so very much for how professional Access was yesterday. When I called to inform you there was a bit of water on the wall of the grab bar, you were above and beyond excellent. You quickly got one of your guys here to take a look at it and even though we all agreed then that it had nothing to do with the grab bar installation, you were still gracious enough to have a plumber come out to take a look at the leak to ensure it had nothing to do with the grab bar. Emilio B. from ABC Plumbing did come out and take a quick look. He said he wanted to open a hole in the wall and I informed him that we are renters and our landlord is in Wisconsin. As soon as he realized that we were renters, (absolutely my fault) he pretty much wrapped up. He was kind enough to take a look at our upstairs bathroom and confirmed he believes the leak is from up there, not the bathroom where the grab bar was installed. He declined the payment that you guys so generously offered for the assessment and called his dispatch and had them "override" it and said it's a landlord issue. I appreciate your kindness and professionalism. I was actually shocked at how quickly you were to be on top of it to ensure there were no mistakes made by access and if there were so quick to fix. I can confirm after Ronnie and ABC both taking a look, this was just a crazy coincidence and we feel certain Access is not liable or at fault for the leak and are confident it is from upstairs. Again, I can't thank you enough. It was very refreshing to see a business have such honor and high standards. Your customer service Susie is top-notch, especially in a time of chaos, you remained kind, personable, and professional!! I will be leaving a Google review as well of 5 stars and I will be notifying the VA of just how amazing Access treated us. It's not very common to find services like that anymore, where companies actually care. So we very much appreciate you all. I am sorry for any inconvenience.
