Mary Biwersi: Dr Kramer is great. I am 73 years old, and have been seeing Dr Kramer for over ten years for Botox & filler, but time is a trickster. My neck was saggy and I had droop of lower jaw line. I had a consult with Dr Kramer and she went through every detail of my concern, surgery, and what to expect. She was easy to understand. I had my Surgery Oct. 24th. @ Surgery Center and went home same day. I felt good - no problem. Two follow up’s @ office same week. I didn’t look at results at first follow up because I know I bruise easily and I didn’t want to be distracted in seeing results. It’s been five weeks and I look great! Wonderful definition to jaw line and neck after neck lift and mini face lift. I also had filler to lips. Wow. I don’t know why I waited. Dr Kramer has turned back the hands of time.

kimber wiedmeyer: Had tears in both my ears from standard ear piercing. Over time they got worse gradually from wearing to heavy of earrings and them getting accidentally yanked. Dr. Kramer did a simple in-office procedure to stitch them closed. My ear lobes healed nicely and then I was ready to get them re-pierced. Should have done this a long time ago. ❤️

Everyone from the front desk, the surgical coordinators, assistants, pre op nurse, and entire team were all on point and made it a much more simple and seamless process than I thought it would be. Healing went well, loved the results from the start and now that it's been a few months and it's all settled, the final result is amazing. The whole team has very helpful and caring, and Dr. Blake got me in and out, some people like more of the surgeons time but I prefer a surgeon who knows what he's doing.

You also can't find them now a year later since my procedure, when you google them, which is scary to me. But, alas, it was the worst experience. I really hated my results. Their staff was great, but I didn't like their surgery protocol, and I didn't like how my body looked months after, and they never did anything, but recommend things that weren't fixing it. R. Mendoza: From my first consult visit to my procedure day, everyone at Sono Bello was great, and so friendly. Jessica's compassion and great concern for my needs was so comforting.I had my Upper and Lower Abs, hips, and waist done. On the day of my procedure, my two nurses were so sweet. Shay made me feel at ease from the moment she greeted me. I would say the procedure itself was very painful. I was given some pills to ease the pain less than 10-15 minutes before the doctor came in to perform the procedure. I felt pretty much everything. Shay never let go of my hand throughout the procedure and tried to comfort me. Dr. Gourley also was very attentive to my pain. I would say the medications should be given at least an hour or half hour before a procedure like this. The pain post-procedure is pretty intense for about a day or two and then it just hurts as I try to stand or sit. All in all I am very happy with my result one week post- procedure. I hope that once the swelling goes down, I will see more better results. I can't wait for my Post- Procedure visit. Thank you to my team at Sono Bello.

Deb Sass: When it was suggested that I see a plastic surgeon for a wound I received on my forehead...I was skeptical. Although seeing this gaping hole in my head wasn't the answer either. My general doctor recommended I see Dr. Mixter at Illume Surgery Center. After the ER and my regular doctor said there probably wasn't enough to stich together, Dr. Mixter looked at it and with great care said, "I'd like to get that closed up for you and stitch it back together. I was surprised at his calm and confident tone, then I relaxed a bit. Surgery to close up my head was scheduled that next day.The entire staff was wonderful and non judgmental. They made me feel at ease even though other patients that were waiting for their appointments looked at me with horror, undoubtedly saying to themselves "I'm glad that's not me"!I will be forever grateful for the confidence and calmness Dr. Mixter and his staff had, and that they instilled those same attributes in me.Even though I will always have a scar, I know that it will not be what people see first when meeting me for the first time and for that, I want tp thank Dr. Mixture and his staff from the bottom of my heart!!!

GSDRocco: Dr.mixter performed breast reduction surgery on me when I was 16 years old. When the drain tubes came out i was left with dog ears on my sides. This was not a big deal for the 16 year old me but i am now 44 and i cant wear a bra or bikini without bulging over the sides which is very embarrassing. I am 5ft 2in tall and weigh 114 pounds and still have a bikini body except for the bulging.

E Johnson: I had a breast lift and augmentation surgery this past December. This was my second breast surgery with Dr Mixter - originally had an augmentation 14 years ago. I achieved a great result from the lift, but needed minor revision on the augmentation - to increase upper fullness and the size. Dr Mixter called me personally to talk through my concerns and the option of a second surgery - and he performed the surgery in April for just the cost of the new implants. I am extremely pleased with the results & cannot thank him and his staff enough for the wonderful care, consultations, and willingness to work through what another doctor might not have been willing to do.
