When I remember you because I was the client sitting on the chair but no need to lie about the situation Andrea the owner and amazing hair stylist in town 100% recommended was plesant & very nice to you, even after you being 25 min late you got there at 9:55am. And it’s not the first time that I have seen you walking in late to your appointments and with Starbucks in you hand. I feel like she has been very patient with you. But you have been abusing of her quality time to assist you and other clients. You were the one extremely rude to her . But you need to respect people’s time and business. She took such great care of me and my skin months prior to my wedding. On my wedding day I was so happy with how my makeup turned out I cried. I felt so beautiful and it's all thanks to her expertise and exceptional service. I highly recommend her.

Fatma Al Araimi: Arch is usually beyond fabulous but my experience today was less than expected. The wax was way too hot and my upper lip burned for a bit more than it usually does. And overall, the process also seemed rushed.But the previous times, when I normally go, my eyebrows turn out amazing and the process is much better. I feel very comfortable throughout and the right questions are asked which is why I do come back.

Tessa B: The store was very pretty and clean. The girl who worked on me was very sweet and gentle with her application. However, I think my color matching for the brow tint ended up much too dark. As a super pale red head getting this done for the first time I was worried about this. I brought my own eyebrow makeup for color matching and she convinced me that the tone could be warmer to match better, which is true. I agreed we could warm the tone if it wouldn't add darkness which I was worried about. It was a little hard to tell in the store lighting just how dark it turned out when she first showed me, as the hair was still a little damp and id not fully washed any dye off my skin. This is day one on the tint so hopefully it really fades much much lighter but I think the color we landed on did not work well for me. I've scrubbed it a couple times and think I may need to get dye remover before my event this weekend. If you are a pale redhead getting this service id maybe recommend getting the palest color available or skipping the tint on your brows.
Candace D: I would never go anywhere else to get my brows done! All the ladies do a wonderful job and take the time to map out the brow shape. First place where the wax hasn't irritated my skin either. They're also my local supplier for Joanna Vargas skin care and also carry a wide variety of other products. From time to time, they host pop-ups of other businesses that are very fun. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great brow wax.
