Brittany Johns: I've been going here for years and absolutely love this place. My go-to massage therapist is typically Tanya who gives SUCH relaxing massages. I've been to one or two other massage therapists here as well, and have always had a great experience. 100% recommend.
Rebecca Larson: The therapists are careful to listen to your needs and concerns. They have been professional and so helpful with any feedback after the session as to what areas they find are tense or need more work. I've gone several times and always look forward to returning. Clean and comforting environment.

Kristi Davis: I have been a physical therapy patient at InVivo for various back issues for over a year now and I couldn't be more satisfied. I not only get immediate relief from treatments, but long lasting relief because of the customized exercises prescribed for me. The entire staff is friendly and the place is very pleasant.Recently I began working with Robert, a physical trainer. He did an assessment of my physical condition and, as a result, gave me a specific set of exercises to do designed to increase my strength and balance. He is so good at answering all of my questions, and as he demonstrates the exercises I video him while he also explains what he is doing. Then, I workout at home. This saves me a lot of time. I return about every six weeks to two months for a reassessment. Although I've always exercised, Robert has shown me so many things I didn't know that keep me feeling great!

Forest Richter: I went to SOL Therapeutics for Cranial Sacral Therapy. It was recommended to me for some pain I was experiencing following a mouth surgery. The positive impact from the Cranial Sacral Therapy was nearly immediate. I had substantial pain that was eliminated, nearly immediately. It was wild. Amber is great, too. Made me feel very comfortable.
Toni Paris: I have had several craniosacral sessions and they have been incredibly helpful for pain, anxiety, and acid reflux. The setting is immediately relaxing and Amber is a kind, empathetic and incredibly talented practitioner. I would highly recommend her services.

GinaG1234: What a wonderful way to celebrate your birthday! This was my first time experiencing the Well Spa, and I simply don’t know why I’ve never been there before. This is a pot of gold in the city of Milwaukee. It is absolutely serene! Kristen did my services. I had the anti-aging package which included an exfoliating scrub, shower and massage. This package was well worth every dime. Everything was outstanding from the time I walked in until the time I left. The waiting area is very tranquil. My individual room was cozy and elegant. It was incredibly clean which is important. I had a deep tissue massage. This is a beautiful way to treat yourself any time. My time at Well Spa was amazing!

I just had another clarifying facial with Michelle and she is just a God-send. I do recommend that she provide a refresher training to the newer Estheticians at Well Spa. I hope this review goes a long way because I feel so good right now and this feeling replaces the not-so-great feeling I felt a couple of months ago after receiving the same service here. Michelle is very skilled + always provides the best experience. My skin is glowing + will for days. Thank you.

Rebecca Knox Captain Save A Home (Captain Save A Home): My husband and I booked a foot reflexology + paraffin + pedicure. This was an amazing experience. When we arrived, we had a choice of coffee, water, champagne or mimosas. The girl who did my foot reflexology was fantastic...she really knew what she was doing. I actually fell asleep during it and I am prone to being ticklish on my feet but didn't feel that way once. She also did an amazing pedicure...the best that I've ever had. My husband felt the same way about his technician. I highly recommend this spa/salon and will definitely be returning for other services. Afterwards we went to Mason Street Grill to have the best burger in Milwaukee.

Robert Mentecki: WOW!!!! This was my first massage, and it was life changing!!! Shannon is an incredibly talented massage therapist. I walked in with aches and pains, and with knots in my back, when I left, I felt like I could do a cartwheel. It's all set in a very relaxing atmosphere. I am hooked!
Anna Melville: I highly recommended Shannon at Deep Roots. I think of her as massage artist rather than just massage therapist. As I told her at my most recent visit, "It's not just massage, it's a whole thing". She takes the time to check in before each appointment and connect any issues outside physical concerns to the mind/body/spirit. Sessions are different each time, and she uses intuition combined with a variety of treatment modalities. After a session I notice I feel lighter, more at ease, and more accepting of what is happening in life.

I saw Stephen for a 90 minute full body massage. When I walked in, he was incredibly welcoming, professional, and gave a very calming presence. He released tension from areas I did not even know were tight! He even relieved tightness and knots that were hidden in my face and deep in my shoulder area. I left the appointment feeling so wonderful and relaxed. The price of the massage was very reasonable and worth every penny. I cannot recommend Stephen enough and will be telling my friends in the area to go to him as well!

It is difficult to find one where you feel safe, and the masseuse having a healing energy vibe. I found deep roots massage, and made an appointment with Stephen. The room super was very clean, this place had a nice peaceful, calming energy as soon as you walk in. Had the best 90min deep tissue massage session. I will be back for sure.

I used to get massages regularly in chicago and had a place that I absolutely loved, but since moving to Milwaukee early in the pandemic after my daughter was born, I had yet to try out a new spot and was honestly hesitant to do so! My husband got me a gift certificate to deep roots for Mother’s Day and I’m so happy to have found this place right in our neighborhood. The place itself is peaceful and clean, and my masseuse Stephen really took time to get to know me and what I was looking for. It was one of the most personalized massages I’ve ever experienced—it was clear he was really paying attention and in tune to what my body needed and took time to focus on certain muscles/areas that felt tight or in need of attention, rather than just going through the motions of a standard 60-minute massage. I will absolutely be back and will be sure to book with Stephen again!

I am dealing with hip pain that I go to physical therapy for and the only thing that takes the pain completely away are the massages from Shiloh. The pain is kept from completely gone to just a minimum for weeks and up to a month just after one massage session.

She is always taking classes & continuing her education in massage therapy so she's up to date on all the latest techniques. Lah was extremely helpful and accommodated me after my incoming flight was delayed. The space was clean, warm, and inviting. I had a deep tissue massage with rose scent, focusing on my neck, upper back and shoulders. I almost fell asleep as the tension & stress left my body under her firm touch and calming cues. I slept well last night for the first time in weeks. Highly recommend.

Jasmin Magdaleno: Lah was amazing! I came in not really knowing what kind of massage to get and she was able to accommodate and customize something for me. I was looking for something physically relaxing, yet energy balancing. Lah knew exactly what to do. She used aromatherapy, singing bowls, and hit all the right spots for a relaxing afternoon. She was able to tell me what chakra she thought was blocked, and right away knew something I was going through that I didn't even mention. After the session, she gave me an oracle reading that 100% spoke to me and got me emotional. She gave me a pyrite stone to keep, as well. The experience was everything I needed and was looking for. If I ever wind up in Milwaukee again, I will definitely make a stop to visit her. Thank you so much, Lah!
Patrick: La offered a very relaxing experience! I found her place based off of other Google reviews, and they were very accurate. I went into the massage having some tightness in my upper back/shoulders/neck area and I felt better during and afterwards. I will definitely be back in the future, especially with the large variety of spa related options that she offers.

I definitely recommend her to all of my friends especially during pregnancy.
