At first I was a little confused what was going to happen but after they instructed us what to do it was amazing. 1 hour full body massage with hot stones and towels, my back has never felt better after that. A M: Update: I visited on a Sunday evening, and was able to get massaged right away. I had a different masseuse from last time and even though she applied a little too much pressure in certain areas, it was a very thorough massage and I would still return, plus it’s nice that they’re open late even on Sundays..I went in with a severely pulled arm muscle, so I thought a massage would help, which for my arm it didn’t. The massage was otherwise ok, the masseuse barely spoke English so she used Google translate to communicate, maybe I’ll return for a regular massage and update this review..

Rhonda: Michael is excellent at what he does! He takes the time needed to focus on any problem area and even though he'll ask if there's anything in particular he should focus on, I have enough confidence in his skill that I just say "whatever you find, go for it". I have not been disappointed one time over the past several years!
Heather Bushkie: I would rate Creating Wellness 10 stars if I could. After five years of suffering with arm pain I can finally rest easy as my issues have subsided with the help of Michael's full body approach to healing and alignment. I had MRIs, blood work, PT, x-rays and countless tests that all came up empty. In one appointment with Michael he discovered what my issues were and started to work them out. I had one of my best nights sleep after that first appointment. And now after a series of appointments under my belt, we are working to maintain the results and keep my issues at bay. I would recommend Michael and the Creating Wellness center to anyone who has been experiencing chronic issues with no real answers. I refuse to take medication to mask the root cause of an issue and Michael has helped me keep that promise to myself with a whole-body approach to health.

Jim McGuigan: Mike is the most intuitive physical medicine guy I have seen. His Massage and assisted Stretching is better than any other I have gone to. He found some challenges I did not even know I had and after he worked his magic I was surprised and pleased with how good I felt. If you’re sore or, like me, just an old guy who isn’t as flexible as I used to be, you need to check this place out. Brilliant.Update: Within seconds of looking at my foot, Mike knew my big toe was dislocated and fixed it. 2 weeks ago an MD was stumped so he ordered x-rays and told me I didn't have a break or a dislocation and then referred me to a specialist. Mike is intuitive and knowledgeable about how bones and muscles work together.Who would have thought that my outside calf could affect my big toe? He not only told me, but he showed me how one part affects the other. I'm very pleased with the service and knowledge at Creating Wellness.

Robert Mentecki: WOW!!!! This was my first massage, and it was life changing!!! Shannon is an incredibly talented massage therapist. I walked in with aches and pains, and with knots in my back, when I left, I felt like I could do a cartwheel. It's all set in a very relaxing atmosphere. I am hooked!
Anna Melville: I highly recommended Shannon at Deep Roots. I think of her as massage artist rather than just massage therapist. As I told her at my most recent visit, "It's not just massage, it's a whole thing". She takes the time to check in before each appointment and connect any issues outside physical concerns to the mind/body/spirit. Sessions are different each time, and she uses intuition combined with a variety of treatment modalities. After a session I notice I feel lighter, more at ease, and more accepting of what is happening in life.

I saw Stephen for a 90 minute full body massage. When I walked in, he was incredibly welcoming, professional, and gave a very calming presence. He released tension from areas I did not even know were tight! He even relieved tightness and knots that were hidden in my face and deep in my shoulder area. I left the appointment feeling so wonderful and relaxed. The price of the massage was very reasonable and worth every penny. I cannot recommend Stephen enough and will be telling my friends in the area to go to him as well!

It is difficult to find one where you feel safe, and the masseuse having a healing energy vibe. I found deep roots massage, and made an appointment with Stephen. The room super was very clean, this place had a nice peaceful, calming energy as soon as you walk in. Had the best 90min deep tissue massage session. I will be back for sure.

I used to get massages regularly in chicago and had a place that I absolutely loved, but since moving to Milwaukee early in the pandemic after my daughter was born, I had yet to try out a new spot and was honestly hesitant to do so! My husband got me a gift certificate to deep roots for Mother’s Day and I’m so happy to have found this place right in our neighborhood. The place itself is peaceful and clean, and my masseuse Stephen really took time to get to know me and what I was looking for. It was one of the most personalized massages I’ve ever experienced—it was clear he was really paying attention and in tune to what my body needed and took time to focus on certain muscles/areas that felt tight or in need of attention, rather than just going through the motions of a standard 60-minute massage. I will absolutely be back and will be sure to book with Stephen again!

Kristi Davis: I have been a physical therapy patient at InVivo for various back issues for over a year now and I couldn't be more satisfied. I not only get immediate relief from treatments, but long lasting relief because of the customized exercises prescribed for me. The entire staff is friendly and the place is very pleasant.Recently I began working with Robert, a physical trainer. He did an assessment of my physical condition and, as a result, gave me a specific set of exercises to do designed to increase my strength and balance. He is so good at answering all of my questions, and as he demonstrates the exercises I video him while he also explains what he is doing. Then, I workout at home. This saves me a lot of time. I return about every six weeks to two months for a reassessment. Although I've always exercised, Robert has shown me so many things I didn't know that keep me feeling great!

Brittany Johns: I've been going here for years and absolutely love this place. My go-to massage therapist is typically Tanya who gives SUCH relaxing massages. I've been to one or two other massage therapists here as well, and have always had a great experience. 100% recommend.
Rebecca Larson: The therapists are careful to listen to your needs and concerns. They have been professional and so helpful with any feedback after the session as to what areas they find are tense or need more work. I've gone several times and always look forward to returning. Auria Rivera-Garrett: The staff is amazing here as is customer service. So far I have only received massages from Shiloh. She is a miracle worker. I am dealing with hip pain that I go to physical therapy for and the only thing that takes the pain completely away are the massages from Shiloh. The pain is kept from completely gone to just a minimum for weeks and up to a month just after one massage session.
Kirby Vaile: I love the staff they always make me feel comfortable and taken care of. The environment is nice and relaxing as well. Some of the better masseuses are harder to schedule with but most of them are good so it's not that big of deal.

I recommend you if you’re looking for a great holistic service come here! I had so many knots aches and pains and she immediately found them all even gave me after care advice which is still aligned with my goals holistic and natural! It’s the next day and a very stubborn inflammation I had on my left side popped and went away when I woke up and stretched! Lah was extremely helpful and accommodated me after my incoming flight was delayed. The space was clean, warm, and inviting. I had a deep tissue massage with rose scent, focusing on my neck, upper back and shoulders. I almost fell asleep as the tension & stress left my body under her firm touch and calming cues. I slept well last night for the first time in weeks. Highly recommend.

Jasmin Magdaleno: Lah was amazing! I came in not really knowing what kind of massage to get and she was able to accommodate and customize something for me. I was looking for something physically relaxing, yet energy balancing. Lah knew exactly what to do. She used aromatherapy, singing bowls, and hit all the right spots for a relaxing afternoon. She was able to tell me what chakra she thought was blocked, and right away knew something I was going through that I didn't even mention. After the session, she gave me an oracle reading that 100% spoke to me and got me emotional. She gave me a pyrite stone to keep, as well. The experience was everything I needed and was looking for. Patrick: La offered a very relaxing experience! I found her place based off of other Google reviews, and they were very accurate. I went into the massage having some tightness in my upper back/shoulders/neck area and I felt better during and afterwards. I will definitely be back in the future, especially with the large variety of spa related options that she offers.

Much better than the cuts I have received in other Aveda salons in two states!!! I may have to visit MKE more often just to get my hair cut and experience the overall service. I love getting cuts from. AVEDA trained stylists.. HIGHLY recommend!
Sabrina Rivera: Always a good experience at Neroli. I had a deep tissue massage for a sports injury today and it hurts worse...but that's the path to healing. Pain is how our bodies communicate with us and the therapist had good after-massage advice for my shoulder. Great place
