My customer service experience was phenomenal from my first call to ask questions throughout the rest of the process.Placing an order was easy and I felt very informed when doing so. The pricing was very competitive too. However, I was later informed my items would not be available as quickly as hoped. My customer service rep offered to help me find replacement items which were available right away and changed the order for me.When my furniture arrived, one of the pedestals was damaged in shipping. One quick call and with little fuss, a replacement was on it's way. Two weeks later when I had all undamaged parts, I assembled everything only to find the doors for the hutch were the wrong size. Again, one short call resulted in new doors coming.Now that my furniture is complete, it is clear the quality is outstanding, particularly for the price which was similar to local offerings of poorer quality.No company avoids all problems. Having problems isn't what matters, it's how they deal with them when they arise. If I could give OF2Go more stars I would! Don't hesitate to purchase furniture from them.

The only glitch was that delivery men almost left without taking the old mattresses with them, which I had already paid for. Dustin Underwood: COVID-19 update: We ordered a new piece from here last month. We were happy that the delivery staff wore masks, clearly were leaving physical space, and up-front offered to make the delivery sign-off touchless. It was extremely friendly, courteous, and safe.This showroom is always great. I always feel a little self conscious going in here because I roll up with torn jeans and stained shoes. I have to imagine that I look like I'm just there to gawk. Regardless, the staff is always very helpful, offers water, and gives my wife and I space to shop. In particular, we love working with Iftekhar.
