The only glitch was that delivery men almost left without taking the old mattresses with them, which I had already paid for. Thankfully one of the delivery men did stay while I called the store to straighten it out. The glitch was they had not been informed about my old mattresses. If I had known my old office chair was the main source of my back pain, I would have moved on this years ago.As for DWR. The staff was also amazing. It was extremely friendly, courteous, and safe.This showroom is always great. I always feel a little self conscious going in here because I roll up with torn jeans and stained shoes. I have to imagine that I look like I'm just there to gawk. Regardless, the staff is always very helpful, offers water, and gives my wife and I space to shop. Jason Curtis: Distribution center is what it is, a large warehouse will all the stuff ready to be sent out. This review is on the Clearance Center.The Clearance Center is very random as you would expect. But everything is labelled appropriately and setup up, so there's no real digging or seeing something you can't sit-in/open drawers/etc. Prices on these clearance items are highly discounted and also delivery on those items is still available.
