Alex Hayes: Excellent place! Super friendly staff, appliances all work, no bug issues, haven't had any power outages, love the garage, love having the oak creek trail literally right outside, excellent sound proofing. And considering the location the traffic isn't too bad during rush hour.

Dustin Krause (Grimshaw LaVey): I'm not a big fan of living in apartment buildings but this place is actually an exception for me. Normally apartment buildings are faceless and cold; there's no personality to the building and there's no community between the residents. This place, on the other hand, makes an effort to reach out and create that community; one way they do this is by giving the building a personality. The property is safe and quiet, it's also clean and modern. The surroundings are also in an area where you don't have to look over your shoulder; it's an ideal living situation.

I want to acknowledge the beyond exemplary service of Glenbrook's apartment manager Tiffany. During my entire year Tiffany has always displayed the highest level of integrity, professionalism, knowledge, compassion and care for both the property and me as a resident. From the 1st day that I walked in the office we were able to build a great rapport and have customized interactions. I never felt like just another paying customer. Whenever, I had any maintenance issues she treated them with a sense of urgency as if it was her very own home. Any questions I had about billing, she immediately had an answer for me. I know for sure that I had some extreme self made situations myself and as a Manager with multiple job responsibilities happening all at once this young lady has always appeared cool as a cucumber. Her demeanor alone was able to keep me calm as well. Tiffany you are truly a gem!!! Thank you for all that you do. I could not have asked for a better apt manager. Take care and Best Wishes

Ken Dombrowski: It's a great place to live, had the pleasure of living here for a year and the South facing view has a beautiful view of downtown and the lake. Fireworks in the summer go great with the balcony view. Can't hear any neighbors, John and Amber are great as with the building tech. The building is very clean and exiting the front lobby in the morning you can get coffee and they always play some great music to get your day started on a positive note.
C S: If I ever have any maintenance concerns, I just have to fill out a form online and it's taken care of in a couple hours! I had a lightbulb changed a few days ago, it was replaced in a couple hours & working BETTER than I found it in! The Murphy bed being included in my studio is a huge plus, too. PLENTY of space for storage.For Wifi, you have a couple options to choose from. I chose SNIP/Zentro
Ruijiao Yuan: Urbanite is my first home in Milwaukee, and I can't like it more! It has a great location, you can walk to tons of coffee shops, restaurants and bars within 10 minutes. Wholefoods market is only a few blocks away. The management team is amazing! John and Amber always do their best to help me with what I need. I can tell how much they care about making people feel comfortable living here. The maintenance requests are always completed on the same day. There's nothing I would complain about living here. Highly recommend!

The staff is really helpful, the residents are friendly and the apartment is lovely and has a very nice view. The location is on one of the best neighbourhoods of the city so that certainly adds as well!

The staff is wonderful - Amber and John go out of their way to make us feel at home! They remember the smallest details of our conversations to show that they are genuinely listening, and they check in with us whenever they get the chance. They’re diligent, thoughtful, and so easy to communicate with. Nick, the maintenance tech, is the best maintenance tech I’ve ever had. We had a minor issue with our dishwasher, and within an hour of submitting our maintenance request, Nick had come and fixed it! He helps keep Urbanite at its best and his work is greatly appreciated.The common spaces are not only stunning, but well-maintained and clean. And the amenities can’t be beat! There’s a real sense of community here, and with monthly resident programming, it’s a great apartment to consider for people new to the city. It is evident that management truly cares about its residents. I am so glad I chose Urbanite as my home!

Liza Devine: I have lived at Urbanite for almost three years now and have had a great experience. I can't say enough positive things about the staff - specifically John Lucey and Amber Budd. They are both so welcoming and friendly whenever my dog and I stop for a visit in the office. They are extremely responsive and over communicate happenings, issues, etc in the building. John even brought up my packages and walked my dog when my walker was unavailable and I was home with a new baby. They go above and beyond here and I would highly recommend Urbanite to anyone considering moving in.

Urbanite is perfect for dog owners because of the location, but even more so the openness of the staff to all breeds.I had a situation where my dog caused a fire in my unit while I was away and the staff, in particular my favorite Property Manager Amber Budd, acted swiftly to save my dog from smoke inhalation. If you value an attentive staff that values their tenants Urbanite is the place for you!
Brooke Butcher: I relocated from California to Milwaukee for work a few months ago and chose to rent at Urbanite. The building is conveniently located and is in a very walkable neighborhood, which I love. The staff has also been extremely helpful and responsive in getting moved in. They even took up some of the boxes I shipped ahead of my arrival! Other tenants I’ve met are super friendly and my little doggo is loving meeting so many new friends. South and east facing apartments have insane views of fireworks and the air show. I have been very impressed so far and am loving my view!

I have had no issues but do check in from time to time with John and his colleagues, and they would do anything in their power for any resident. They go above and beyond what is needed. The views are spectacular. I am writing this in the common room which is lovely. I also love that the building is pet friendly. The interactions I have had with pets and their owners have been so positive. All the residents I have met are helpful and friendly. I looked at many different places but knew this was the place for me when I stepped in the lobby.

The staff are amazing, the building is always clean, and the maintenance team does an amazing job! Coming home to Urbanite always gives me a welcoming and refreshed feeling! The peace and quiet from the concrete structure truly is sound proof and I never hear my neighbors! Cleaning staff comes through weekly to ensure the building and any common spaces remain up to par, and the maintenance team is very quick with response time! Urbanite also offers some great amenities… some I throughly enjoy using are the community room/terrace fireplace and the guest suite for when my loved ones come to visit! I am glad to call Urbanite home and can’t wait for what the next year has in store here!

Aurora Troncoso: By far the best thing about this place is its location. It's very close to the lake. It's right next to bus lines 30 and Green, both northbound and southbound. It's right next to a Verizon tower, so the west side of the building gets blazing internet speeds. There's a CVS around the corner and a Walgreens and Supercuts across the street, along with all of Brady Street. Communal washers and dryers are available in the basement. There is no air conditioning and maintenance can be slow, but for the location, living here is a real treat.
Sarah-Lisa Schmidt: I lived here for one year and loved it! It’s in a great location with Brady street and the lakefront just a short walking distance away. Carol and the rest of the staff are very accommodating and very quick to respond. They keep the laundry room, gym, and outdoor surroundings clean. They also have large storage units in the basement which was very useful! Also, if they have any corner units available, I highly recommend renting a corner unit! So cute! The only concern would be parking

Kristi Chu: Carol is amazing to work with. She is very responsive to emails and seems to know the building inside and out. The views from the apartments are beautiful, and the common spaces such as the laundry room and gym seem to be fairly taken care of. There are lots of parking options, but unfortunately not enough parking spots, so there is a waiting list.
Elizabeth Scheuer: was the size of the apartment was a bit too small for what we needed at this time and the heating/cooling in the apartment was a little funky. We lived on the top floor and because of heat rising our apartment was always very hot. I have heard other residents mention this as well. There is no thermostat in the apartments so you're kind of subject to however the temps fall. Overall, not a bad place and worth checking out! :

Maxwell Lehmann: I lived at the North End for almost four years and really enjoyed my time there. I lived in the Chroma building but enjoyed all the other amenities from some of the other buildings like the pool that faces the Milwaukee River. It was an excellent place to relax in the summer. The location is very walkable and there are several grocery stores and restaurants nearby. My apartment was well maintained and I felt safe and secure there. The office was very friendly and was willing to help when needed. I am very glad I found the North End when I was looking for somewhere to live and would highly recommend the North End if you are looking for a place to live in downtown Milwaukee.
CJ Brillo: Living at The North End has been an awesome experience. The staff here cares well for the residents, and takes their time to get to know you. The amenities here are unmatched. The pool here is truly the best in milwaukee and the array of amenities, such as the theater room, sports room, game room, dog park, dog washing station, rooftop terrace, gyms, grilling areas and library, make it a fantastic place to call home. The proximity to numerous restaurants, bars, and grocery stores is incredibly convenient.The vibrant and welcoming atmosphere of the complex has made it easy to meet new friends and socialize. While there have been some challenges with homeless individuals and car break-ins, these are unfortunately common occurrences in urban settings. However, I am impressed by the proactive approach of our new manager, Dominic. In just two months, he has shown a commitment to addressing these issues and improving the overall safety and security of the complex. The management team here has always been polite and as helpful as possible.Overall, I am very pleased with my decision to live here and would recommend it to others. With Dominic at the helm, I am confident that any remaining concerns will be effectively addressed. This complex offers a wonderful living experience with great amenities and a dedicated management team.

The serene environment offers breathtaking views, and the convenience of being within walking distance of numerous stores and restaurants has been a real bonus. Being in close proximity to my school has also been a huge advantage. I am particularly grateful for the exceptional service provided by Robert throughout my stay. He is highly knowledgeable, empathetic and always willing to go above and beyond to assist with any unit-related issues.While this living space boasts numerous advantages, there are a few areas that could benefit from improvement. As an avid baker, I found the absence of a traditional oven to be somewhat limiting. Additionally, having to pay for both laundry and parking wasn't ideal.Despite these minor drawbacks, I wholeheartedly recommend living here. The affordable cost and overall positive living experience more than make up for any inconveniences.

The ceilings are high so it's small but feels spacious. 4/5 starts simply because the fire alarm accidentally went off several times within my stay and self locking doors feature got me locked out a little too often. It's a quiet building and have a diverse tenants that lives here which l like very much. Management is accommodating and friendly. Price of lease is reasonable and doesn't increase to much with lease renewal. Overall l would recommend this place!

The building is quiet, clean and the structure is modern / up-to-date. The staff has been unbelievable since day 1; Maisey, Destiny, Lylonnie & the maintenance staff. They've been great in their communication and are always professional. They're very warm and welcoming no matter the situation. I'd recommend anyone looking to live in the area to check it out.

The apartments are beautiful, and as someone who moved to three different apartments in three years, I can attest that they are all updated and amazing. The management team is also the best I've ever experienced, not only did they work to find me a new apartment every year for the last three years, but I interact with them on a weekly basis and they are such kind people and so incredibly helpful. The director Maisey is such a gem, she is always there to help when I need it, and I love stopping to talk! Lastly, the maintenance team is also incredible. They are extremely responsive and quick to help. I dropped my keys down the elevator shaft this year and they were able to retrieve them in a few days time no problem, even though it was a hassle. Overall, Vim and Vigor is a wonderful place to live with wonderful people running it, so if you want to live in an updated apartment with friendly and responsive management look no further.
