The North End: what do users think?

Maxwell Lehmann: I lived at the North End for almost four years and really enjoyed my time there. I lived in the Chroma building but enjoyed all the other amenities from some of the other buildings like the pool that faces the Milwaukee River. It was an excellent place to relax in the summer. The location is very walkable and there are several grocery stores and restaurants nearby. My apartment was well maintained and I felt safe and secure there. The office was very friendly and was willing to help when needed. I am very glad I found the North End when I was looking for somewhere to live and would highly recommend the North End if you are looking for a place to live in downtown Milwaukee.

CJ Brillo: Living at The North End has been an awesome experience. The staff here cares well for the residents, and takes their time to get to know you. The amenities here are unmatched. I’ve enjoyed my time here and will miss everybody. Mardi, Jess, Liz, Jake. Thank you for everything, and I wish you all well with your continued success here at The North End.

demetry freeman: The apartment is is really nice. The staff is super friendly, nice and welcoming. There’s always a lot of fun events going on. They offer a ton of cool amenities.

michael blasier: I have thoroughly enjoyed living in this apartment complex. The pool here is truly the best in milwaukee and the array of amenities, such as the theater room, sports room, game room, dog park, dog washing station, rooftop terrace, gyms, grilling areas and library, make it a fantastic place to call home. The proximity to numerous restaurants, bars, and grocery stores is incredibly convenient. The vibrant and welcoming atmosphere of the complex has made it easy to meet new friends and socialize. While there have been some challenges with homeless individuals and car break-ins, these are unfortunately common occurrences in urban settings. However, I am impressed by the proactive approach of our new manager, Dominic. In just two months, he has shown a commitment to addressing these issues and improving the overall safety and security of the complex. The management team here has always been polite and as helpful as possible.Overall, I am very pleased with my decision to live here and would recommend it to others. With Dominic at the helm, I am confident that any remaining concerns will be effectively addressed. This complex offers a wonderful living experience with great amenities and a dedicated management team.

Natalie Shepp: Great place to live! Has the best amenities and amazing location!

A I: The North End is a great place to live and I highly recommend it! The location is wonderful - it’s in walking distance from many bars and restaurants but also feels quiet and safe. The staff is friendly and helpful and quickly address any issue you may have. Gym and pool is included. Overall I can’t think of a reason not to give 5 stars.

Clare Jorgensen: We’ve lived here for 4 years and love it!The staff is fantastic and quick to respond to questions and maintenance issues! Big shoutout to Steve - he’s a genius! There are so many amenities and the location could not be more perfect. Looking forward to more adventures here!

Mathew Letizia: I thoroughly enjoy living at the North End. Leasing agents are friendly, responsive, and accommodating. Anytime I have a maintenance problem, it’s solved on the same day. I enjoy living close to restaurants, bars, grocery stores, the Fiserv Forum, and the freeway. Highly recommend!

Riley Breitenbach: I was a resident of the NorthEnd for almost 3 years and it was a great place to live. Excellent location, fun amenities and primarily the staff is amazing. They address any issues in the building or maintenance problems with speed and efficiency and really care about their residents. I have not lived anywhere in any state before where the staff is so on top of things. Thank you Mardi, Jessica, Jake and Liz for being so accommodating, friendly and welcoming. I’ll miss you guys.

Mari and Crystal will go the extra mile for you. If you’re looking to make Milwaukee your home, come check out Domus!

Han Kim: are one of the best in milwaukee. I’ve lived in many high end apartment complexes across the US from SF to NYC and the experience I’ve had thus far is nothing short of spectacular. Also big shoutout to Zach, part of the maintenance staff, who have always fixed my requests

thomas pavela: Zack is great!Helpful these last weeks in many ways. Love living here. Love the staff!

jorge garcia: Our stay at Domus was an absolute dream! The property management truly knows the art of hospitality. The building was immaculate and tastefully decorated, combining comfort and luxury seamlessly. Every detail was attended to with care and precision, making us feel truly valued as residents. But what really pushed our experience over the top were Crystal, Mari, and Zack. Their professionalism and dedication to ensuring our comfort and satisfaction were unparalleled. They went above and beyond to make our short term stay memorable. If you're looking for a top-notch rental, we highly recommend Domus.

Shana Martincheck: Wonderful first apartment for my daughter!!! We are only leaving because we purchased a condo right down the street. Best apartment complex in The Third Ward!!! This was my email when we told leasing office we were leaving:Thank you for a wonderful stay here. The apartment was absolutely amazing and my daughter has loved it as a first home. I’ve always felt on vacation when coming to visit. I would definitely recommend DoMus to anyone wanting a luxurious apartment!Shana Martincheck

Nancy Lewis: I have lived at Domus just about two months and every single thing about it has exceeded my expectations! I was looking for a luxury apartment, a gorgeous balcony view of the water, community, safety and a beautiful unit. I got all of that and more!! The onsite staff and entire team who care for all of our needs are outstanding - customer centric, available, patient and incredibly responsive, plus a lot of fun. The building sponsored events from book clubs, happy hours, wine events, holiday gatherings and more are fantastic. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for bringing me exactly the peace, joy and experience I needed at this stage of my life. I could not be happier.

Zach Eisendrath: Great place to live! Friendly staff, great team and community!

Katie Larson: Since moving in a few weeks ago, we’ve absolutely loved the Domus. Everyone has been super welcoming and it’s been a very smooth process.Maintenance director Zach 8/ extremely helpful and immediately responsive to an any small inquiries to help us get moved into our new apartment.Mari and Krystal were also fantastic during the move in process and continue to be very attentive to any administrative needs.

Jennifer McClellan: From the moment I toured the DoMus model unit, I knew this is where I was going to eventually call home. The Community Managers, Mari and Krystal, are so fabulous and welcoming. They kept in touch to alert me when a port-side unit became available. Any questions or concerns I have they respond quickly and warmly. The whole building is a very inviting space. It is almost as if I live in a beautiful hotel. The "clubhouse" is stunning. The walkway on the river is always sprinkled with greenery or flowers. The hallways are beautifully lit and extremely clean. Even the garage is spotless! All the residents here are so kind and most take the time to say hello and chat.My apartment is absolutely gorgeous. The kitchen is a dream. Warm cabinetry, granite countertops, huge island with room for chairs, and my favorite, the built-in shelving made from reclaimed wood. The appliances are top of the line. Double door fridge. Dishwasher. Tons of storage. The living space is small, yet cozy. There is a large window that allows beautiful light to filter in all day. The floors are a gorgeous, dark wood laminate. The bathroom is HUGE. There is a large floating vanity and walk-in shower as well as a beautiful built-in cabinet with shelving for storage. The bedroom is a perfect size for my queen mattress and furniture, but would also easily fit a king. My favorite part of the bedroom though is the walk-in closet. It's a dream. There is tons of additional storage in my 1 bedroom apartment. A huge, double coat closet in the entryway. Across the hall, the laundry room is almost like a mini storage unit. There is a stacked washer/dryer with ample room for shelving or hiding odd boxes or packages.Overall, the interior design of my apartment is just incredible. I come home from a long day of work, open my front door and smile. I feel so blessed to live here. All fixtures are beautifully chosen, the materials are warm and inviting and the overall living space is just ideal.Living on the river is also amazing. The view makes me smile everytime I look out my windows. It is very peaceful to see the water sparkling right outside while living in my space. I have a very large balcony where I plan on lounging on summer evenings with a glass of wine while watching the boats drift by.If you are looking for a beautiful, comforting, safe home in the Third Ward, DoMus is the place to be!

Latitude Apartment Homes: what do users think?

Alex Hayes: Excellent place! Super friendly staff, appliances all work, no bug issues, haven't had any power outages, love the garage, love having the oak creek trail literally right outside, excellent sound proofing. And considering the location the traffic isn't too bad during rush hour.

GOOMBA: Property management is amazing and helpful! Great team here!

Dustin Krause (Grimshaw LaVey): I'm not a big fan of living in apartment buildings but this place is actually an exception for me. Normally apartment buildings are faceless and cold; there's no personality to the building and there's no community between the residents. This place, on the other hand, makes an effort to reach out and create that community; one way they do this is by giving the building a personality. The property is safe and quiet, it's also clean and modern. The surroundings are also in an area where you don't have to look over your shoulder; it's an ideal living situation.

ベース麪包: Great location and staff. Maintenance responds quickly and does a great job neatly fixing any issue as quick as possible.

Halie Maple: Fantastic property management and staff. Everyone is friendly and easy going. A great place to live!

mustafa sadat: I recently relocated into a new home managed by Latitude and Aaron as the building manager.I couldn't be happier with the seamless transition the staff provided. Aaron's professionalism, attentiveness, and willingness to assist made the entire moving process incredibly smooth. His prompt responses and proactive approaches ensured all my queries were addressed promptly, and he went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, making me feel truly welcomed. Moreover, I've been impressed by the maintenance team's efficiency. They promptly address any issues that arise and communicate very effectively regarding issues.Aaron and the maintenance team have set a high standard for excellence in building management. Their commitment to resident satisfaction is commendable, making my experience in my new home enjoyable and smooth. I highly recommend their services to anyone seeking a well-managed, comfortable living environment.

Liz Stoehr: Excellent staff and location! The management is always there when you need them. Love the dog friendly environment!

Calvin Thomas: Management here is the best!

Ant theSciGuy (NSCI2020): Aaron is the man. Professional, yet easy going. Made moving into Latitude a breeze.

Liz Hatter: Latitude has the best management team of any apartment complex I’ve lived in! Maintenance is always super quick, the office staff is helpful, and you can’t beat the location.

Mike Koleas: Great management and staff. Very attentive and responsive to maintenance issues.

Zach Gordon: Looking to move into Milwaukee and had a great tour of the complex thanks to Aaron.

Christian K: Awesome property in the heart of the East Side. Convenient parking, private Oak Leaf trail access, and a large communal patio area.Property manager is very accommodating and readily available to answer questions at a moments notice. From amenities to managements this place is by far my favorite so far in Milwaukee.

Park Lafayette Towers: what do users think?

Jan Edwards: Had the Best experience with MaryLynn at park Lafayette. She was very informative and engaged and excited for my son to move in. Super responsive and very helpful with all and any questions we had. Very smooth process. Would highly recommend and the apartment is beautiful

Allan Montezon: We've lived here since 2016. We love the location - high "walkability" score - restaurants, theaters, library, Boswell's bookstore, bike path, lakefront. Recently had our apt painted, two tone colors look great and new carpet - thank you Antonio for arranging that. Your contractors were real pros - full repaint in a day and carpet in a few hours. Thanks MaryLynn for showing color choices. The concierge staff is always friendly, knows our names & apt# - Linda, Donald, and a younger woman whose name I am still learning to spell. An obervation - the parking garage - bins appear neater and the path seems to be swept on a regular basis. Intessar - thanks to you and the wonderful staff. We love it here.

Tim McCarthy: outstanding, very responsive. Maintenance

Reed Lerner: I've lived here for a year now, and I have nothing but positive things to say about my experiences here. From the move in, to the maintenence, to the parking, they do a great job.Tessa and Mary Lynn were instrumental in making me welcome and at home. Mary Lynn gave me my initial tour, and she was friendly, kind, and knowledgeable about the property and amenities. She and Tessa are lovely. Tessa is the property manager and is always stepping up wherever she can.Linda and Kent are some of the nicest people you'll ever encounter, which is why they are usually the first people you see when you walk in! They make you feel like you're home, while also maintaining a level of professionalism and courteousness that is hard to come by these days.I don't run into Antonio and Ka every day, but when I do, they always bring a smile to my face. They're the best around, and they're always talking to residents, getting to know them, and make sure to give you a compliment before you part ways.5 stars, 10/10, and whatever else perfect ratings I could give.

Bradley Kittinger: What can I say, this building is awesome! We have lived in many apartments over the years in different areas of downtown and this by far is one of the best. When we first came here last year, we were interested in a certain floor plan. Talking with the building manager Intessar, she showed us a unit that we hadn't even considered and I'm glad she did because that is the one we went with. All the staff from Kent and Mary Lynn who have an open door policy in the office to Antonio and his awesome maintenance team to Linda and the whole Concierge team are extremely professional, friendly and excel in customer satisfaction. The views are phenomenal and everything from grocery to restaurants to bars are all walking distance away and there are so many choices. We love this place so much, we just signed another 15 month lease and definitely recommend it.

Dorit Niemann: Mary Lynn and Linda have been extremely helpful with my move and the maintenance team has also been responsive. Very happy here so far.

sandra Bouman: I have loved living here. Staff and residents are both interesting people and fun. I love the diversity of ages and cultures. Special shoutout to KaYah who has made the dumpster area look nice.

Amanda Joy: I had tears in my eyes moving out of Park Lafayette today! It was my home for 7 years, serving a fantastic location, unbeatable views & every in-house convenience a busy person could ask for! I was grateful for how both professionally and personally it was managed. The staff are fantastic. I know someone will be happy in their new/my “old” home.

Kent Stern: Amazing views at probably the best location in Milwaukee. Love the concierge service and garage!

N M: I love living here ! Management are on top of things and the view is amazing. Location does not get better than this.

Mariana Alberro: I can't be more happy of moving in at Park Lafayette Towers. The apartment is great and the whole Park Lafayette community is awesome. I want to aknowledge Mary Lynn Lemerond as well for her permanent support during the process.

Dee C.: .We love it here. Our old dog passed five years ago but we have a new one who is regularly and rightly called either the official greeter or mascot. There are wonderful parks around to walk to, trails as well. Management and Leasing are very kind and efficient, and Maintenance keeps things humming nicely. We would recommend that you join our community for great views and good people

Janet Polley: We love our home! The views of Lake Michigan as well as the city are amazing. The staff is friendly and maintenance requests are handled promptly. Our leasing agent, Marylynn, found us the perfect unit for our lifestyle. We are thankful!

Robert L: I have lived at Park Lafayette Towers for over 3 years now and really enjoy it! The property is well-maintained and Mandel has invested in several major property upgrades since I’ve been here. The new lobbies, community room, second gym, and rooftop terrace area are all great spaces! The management and leasing team are pleasant to work with and the rest of the property staff are all very professional and courteous as well. Access to the lakefront parks and the Oak Leaf Trail are literally just outside the door. I highly recommend taking a tour if you are looking for a new place to call home!

Liz Norton: The location is great, the views are great

Dan Wilson: Great place to live, wouldn't have moved out had it not been for work

Yankee Hill Apartments: what do users think?

Kyle Willkomm: Nothing but great things to say about this place. Management staff is responsive, location is right next to many different things to do and I feel the rent is very reasonable for what you get.

Anne-Marie Warren: Loved my experience living here. The office team is great at helping resolve even the smallest issues quickly & kindly.

Bill Feerick: I lived at Yankee Hill for ten years, from 2000 to 2010. In 2010, I purchased a beautiful home in Shorewood. Yet, although there have been many things I appreciated and truly enjoyed once again in having my own home, with a private yard, grill, and numerous gardens, I plan on selling my residence at the end of the approaching Summer and moving back to Yankee Hill. At the age of 65, I have had countless life experiences. Still, I can say, without hesitation, that the ten years I lived at Yankee Hill have been thus far the best years I have had in my life. With that said, it shouldn't be a surprise that I am greatly looking forward to returning to apartment living and the diversity that comes from living in the city. In closing, I feel this review wouldn't be complete if I didn't add that in my various life experiences the Yankee Hill Staff are some of the most genuine and caring people you'll ever find when it comes to apartment living.

S K: . I would definitely live here again if I was in the area.As far as cons, I would say it sucked they had the lake view blocked with the new building next door and still raised the rent prices during renewal. I also didn’t like that the dining area had carpeting and was a bit strange. Lastly, the laundry was communal downstairs and some of the machines would get dirty from tenants or it took a few weeks to have broken machines fixed/replaced. But there are a handful of machines down there to get by. However, despite these cons there were many perks to living here.

Sami Reimer: Absolutely loved my experience at Yankee Hill. The windows throughout the apartments gives you a breathtaking view of Milwaukee. Also, the meticulous upkeep of the building is evident in every detail. From the clean and well-maintained common areas to the spotless corridors and landscaping outside, it's clear that the management takes great pride in maintaining a high standard of living for residents.Living here truly felt like being part of a community where comfort and aesthetics go hand in hand. If you're looking for a place that not only looks great but is also impeccably cared for, Yankee Hill is the perfect choice.

Tim Garcia-Brown: Nicely maintained, many amenities. Consists of two towers and townhomes. Many units have spectacular views of downtown and Lake Michigan.

Jeff Patterson: . The location is fantastic - the leafy part of downtown and an easy walk to Summerfest, the Third Ward, the lakefront and Fiserv Forum.

Shouvik Mukherjee: The #1 place in downtownA big thumbs up to Oakbrook Corp

Zach: Lived here at a townhouse for a year and really enjoyed it! Unit was clean and ready to use upon arrival, packages were kept in a secure place until pick-up, and no appliances broke in my unit during my stay. The staff were always very accommodating when it came to parking for guests or issues with keys/access fobs. Finally, moving out was a breeze and no issues came up after turning the townhouse back over to Yankee Hill.If work brought me back downtown again I would have no problem returning.

T Jahner11: This place is amazing! Super friendly and accommodating staff in a great safe location!

Adam Lang: I lived here over 4 years in a 1 bedroom apartment with my girlfriend turned wife. It was a joy to live here with an amazing location, great views, and quiet apartments. Rent is reasonable for a downtown apartment as well. Would highly recommend living here!

BBF MA: Viewed the apartment complex. Very nice leasing office people, super friendly. Location is awesome and price is good. Can tell the apartments are dated but that’s probably why it’s on the cheaper side for downtown.

Dan Sweetman: Lived here for a year. I’ve only had a great experience. The gym in the south building is always clean and well maintained. The leasing staff, cleaning crew, and maintenance team were always super friendly.

Chris Cartes: Loved living here. The building is well constructed to the point where inside your apartment you wouldn't even realize you were in a building with other people. The walls are nearly soundproof. The only time I'd ever hear neighbors is if they were walking in the hall. The amenities are nice although I wish I had taken advantage of them more often! The staff is extremely nice, and the one time I requested maintenance it didn't even take 24 hours. It's also extremely clean, no bug issues whatsoever. If I didn't plan on getting a dog I would still be there. If you're considering moving to the downtown area I'd highly recommend Yankee Hill!

Brian Garton: The apartment staff is really what makes this place great. I moved to Milwaukee a few years ago and i consistently recommend this place. The rent is reasonable and it is nearby just about everything. Good parking structure as well.

Brenden Grenier: Amazing apartment views, and the office guys are great!

Laura: I lived here for 2.5 years after college and starting my career. I absolutely loved living here. The management group was super friendly and was willing and able to help with any questions I had. The maintenance group was also very responsive and would help with maintenance issues the day I put in the request. The common rooms were always clean, and the garages were clean and well lit. The cost for underground parking downtown was very affordable and the parking spaces were spacious. The buildings are old, but kept up very well. I lived in the north building which had stainless steel appliances, which made the apartment feel nicer, in my opinion. The rooms were spacious and I never felt cramped in the apartment. Not to mention, the sunset views I had were beautiful! As for the location, it is right downtown and close to everything. The buildings were right next to the Hop which made going to the Third Ward even easier. It was very easy to go to the grocery store and carry back the groceries I picked up for the week.I would recommend these buildings to friends and family.

Farhad Balali: Yankee Hill buildings are so lovely !!!!I really missed those days. I wished it was a dog friendly community and I could stay for few more years.I moved to Urbanite building and the quality of the service is not even close to what I had in Yankee Hill.Management team are so friendly and helpful.

Stitchweld Apartment Homes: what do users think?

Jayne and Robin: Stitchweld is a great place to live. It is close to great Bay View restaurants and an easy car or bus ride to downtown. And, yet, it feels like a neighborhood. This is due in large part to great staff. Everyone goes out of their way to make you feel welcome with planned events or just pleasant conversation. The buildings and grounds are well maintained, and any tenant requests seem to be fulfilled within hours not days. We've been here for 3 years and the quality of our experience continues to increase.

Robin Timm: My wife and I moved to Stitchweld in 2021. We are delighted with our transition back to city living. Cora and Ricky make us feel like family. We even get to dirty our fingers in the raised bed gardens. When trouble arises, Jake is quick to respond and does a great job. All of the staff are welcoming and friendly. We are always talking up Stitchweld to friends and family.

Evan Stoler: Jake and Jacob Stitchweld maintenance dream team delivers tenfold on their promises and do it all with a smile. There is winning the lottery and then there is knowing Jake and Jacob are on your side.

Jen A: Good job by the maintenance staff for the exchange of the Dryer. Our Only problem was the clean up couldn't have been better. Lint balls and a some mud was noticed on the floor.

Aya Elmir: Jake Ferraro and other maintenance staff did an excellent job ensuring everything is running efficiently and smoothly. Their quick response and dedication to keep our space top-notch condition is truly commendable!

Shelby Paradowski: I have lived in this apartment complex for almost a year. It is safe to say that Management exceeds expectations beyond any apartment I have ever lived in. Specifically, Cora is fantastic. She is always extremely kind and helpful. I am moving out of Milwaukee, and so upset that I will not be renewing my lease here, because it was such a positive experience! Cora gave me a parting away gift since my move out day is coming up soon. I have never felt so cared for by any Building Management in my life!

Joshua Moore: everyone there is very friendly and easy to talk to. They’ve always welcomed me with smiles and ask how things are going, they’re always ready to answer questions and their maintenance team does a fantastic job with keeping the place cleaned and they’re timely as well. The community is great, quiet and peaceful, it’s a great space to live in. Stitchweld team is the best!

Zach Kuester: Great building, staff, amenities and location!

Liz Ford: We have been so pleased living at The Stitchweld. The leasing staff is extremely kind, helpful and caring. The maintenance team is absolutely exceptional - so quick, friendly and efficient. I truly love the location, the walkability, the nearby bars & restaurants and the fitness center. The beautiful community garden was a recent find of mine this past summer. My husband and I enjoyed the gorgeous wildflowers, as well as utilized the herbs in fresh, flavorful dishes. We are so grateful to have found The Stitchweld!

Katrina Willer: Living at Stichweld has been one of the best decisions I have ever made! I really needed an apartment that allowed a cat and a dog! I love the dog park and the fitness center! The staff here is amazing! Maintenance always gets any work requests done asap, thank you Jake! Cora, Ricky, Emma, and Trent are so abundantly helpful! After my initial tour in the summer of 2021 , I knew in my gut that the place was special! True professionals! The community events and the sincere connection I get with the staff and neighbors sets this space apart!

Connor Braun: Stitchweld is by far the best community I’ve ever lived in. The staff is top notch and friendly. Very dog friendly community. Great people living at Stitchweld. Can’t beat all of the amenities - gym to dog wash/park to DIY shop. Highly recommend living here!

Katie G: We have enjoyed living here for several years so far! Incredibly friendly office staff and awesome maintenance staff who respond to our needs the next day or same day! Shout out to Jake that did a whole list of things we have been saving up on for the past month today.

Amy Lohaus: I lived at Stichweld for a year and really loved it! The amenities are awesome and the staff was great as well! They really went above and beyond to make living here a great experience. Even after moving out they were super helpful and kind about packages I accidentally got delivered there.

Jose Rodriguez: Nice apartments, friendly staff.

Andrea A: requests, and always has a smile on his face. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the dog park, which is such an amazing amenity, is not kept up well. It's not maintained regularly and the dogs are now walking on gravel instead of mulch.I look forward to Weidner making an investment in this property to restore it to its full beauty. Or even better, give us our beloved Donnie back and he’ll whip this place right back into shape!! :

Jordan Fourshee: This apartment building is extremely nice! The dog park, dog washing station, and courtyard are my favorite amenities. There’s even a full sized gym and community rooms that can be rented out and used for parties and gatherings. My husband and I really love the location, it’s close to downtown Milwaukee but it’s not directly in the cityscape. Great place for young couples or a young family, or even a person who likes the quite but close proximity to the city. Not to mention our apartment is very spacious and has brand NEW appliances! With 2 large dogs having a large apartment is a must! Definitely recommend living here!!

Fortress Apartments: what do users think?

Bryce Spradlin: to meet neighbors and make new friends in the area. The apartments themselves were very spacious and comfortable, with modern fixtures and appliances. Highly recommend if you are looking to live near/in the city!

Natalie Lindenberg: I moved here a few months ago, and I absolutely love living here! It is beautiful. I have had wonderful experiences. Recently I got locked out of my apartment over the night, and Hunter helped me right away, and he was so incredibly kind and was fast with the help.Thank you so much Hunter!!

Emily Hayden: Just moved in and love it! Gorgeous units, packages get delivered directly to your door, other tenants in the building are warm and friendly, great community to be a part of!Very incredible maintenance staff! Upon move-in I had a few challenges with my washing machine and Hunter was there the same day and was incredibly respectful, kind, and didn't leave till the job was done! Thank you Hunter!

Allen Berman: I spent the past two years living at the Fortress Apartment. I highly recommend this spot as a place to live. Everything from the location, amenities, and the responsive/overly friendly management staff made it a fantastic place to live.

Joe Kopriva: is the extremely timely fulfillment of maintenance requests. While I’ve lived here for just over a year and have only had a handful of maintenance requests to submit, they’ve always gotten taken care of in less than 24 hours after submitting the request. Hunter

Andrew Preston: I lived in the Fortress Apartments during my first two years in Milwaukee after taking a job here, and was thoroughly happy with my time there! Moved only to be a bit more central to work and other things. Apartments are very cool, great semi industrial vibe, exposed brick, high ceilings, etc. Huge windows and fantastic views! Even caught one of the movers video calling a friend to show the view while taking a break.Apartments are well sound proofed and generally quiet. Gym is surprisingly well stocked for an apartment complex as well. Office and maintenance were always polite and helpful with any minor issues that came up.If I could come up with any complaint, the mail room tends to stay pretty chaotic, though this is largely on residents who haven’t picked up their packages for a while. Layout is a bit of a maze as well but comes with the territory with this type of restored building.Edit: Also one of if not the most dog/animal friendly apartment I’ve ever encountered!Overall would highly recommend!

A P: Phenomenal building with great amenities and phenomenal staff. Amber and Beth are the best.Great move in special and building is quiet and full of great professionals.

Courtney Robinson: Josh is super helpful and very professional. He responds to maintenance requests quickly and is always willing to go above and beyond expectations.

Urbanite: what do users think?

Ken Dombrowski: It's a great place to live, had the pleasure of living here for a year and the South facing view has a beautiful view of downtown and the lake. Fireworks in the summer go great with the balcony view. Can't hear any neighbors, John and Amber are great as with the building tech. The building is very clean and exiting the front lobby in the morning you can get coffee and they always play some great music to get your day started on a positive note.

C S: If I ever have any maintenance concerns, I just have to fill out a form online and it's taken care of in a couple hours! I had a lightbulb changed a few days ago, it was replaced in a couple hours & working BETTER than I found it in! The Murphy bed being included in my studio is a huge plus, too. PLENTY of space for storage. For Wifi, you have a couple options to choose from. I chose SNIP/Zentro

Ruijiao Yuan: Urbanite is my first home in Milwaukee, and I can't like it more! It has a great location, you can walk to tons of coffee shops, restaurants and bars within 10 minutes. Wholefoods market is only a few blocks away. The management team is amazing! John and Amber always do their best to help me with what I need. I can tell how much they care about making people feel comfortable living here. The maintenance requests are always completed on the same day. There's nothing I would complain about living here. Highly recommend!

Nitin Walia: Lived here for 3 years. Haven’t had an issue ever with management, they are super friendly and attentive. Maintenance if ever needed is always taken care of extremely fast.

Anna Maria: I have been living at Urbanite for almost a month now and the experience has been the absolute best so far! The staff is really helpful, the residents are friendly and the apartment is lovely and has a very nice view. The location is on one of the best neighbourhoods of the city so that certainly adds as well!

Mae Irvin: Although I’ve only lived here for six months, I have had an overwhelmingly positive experience with Urbanite. The staff is wonderful - Amber and John go out of their way to make us feel at home! They remember the smallest details of our conversations to show that they are genuinely listening, and they check in with us whenever they get the chance. They’re diligent, thoughtful, and so easy to communicate with. Nick, the maintenance tech, is the best maintenance tech I’ve ever had. We had a minor issue with our dishwasher, and within an hour of submitting our maintenance request, Nick had come and fixed it! He helps keep Urbanite at its best and his work is greatly appreciated. The common spaces are not only stunning, but well-maintained and clean. And the amenities can’t be beat! There’s a real sense of community here, and with monthly resident programming, it’s a great apartment to consider for people new to the city. It is evident that management truly cares about its residents. I am so glad I chose Urbanite as my home!

Kevin Z.: Great complex with a great staff. Amber and John were great to work with, extremely responsive and listened to what I was looking for, they both stood out above every one else I had worked with during my search.

Chase Brewer: This place is amazing!! 100% recommend to anyone looking for a great spot to live. Ask for Amber, she’s wonderful to work with.

Liza Devine: I have lived at Urbanite for almost three years now and have had a great experience. I can't say enough positive things about the staff - specifically John Lucey and Amber Budd. They are both so welcoming and friendly whenever my dog and I stop for a visit in the office. They are extremely responsive and over communicate happenings, issues, etc in the building. John even brought up my packages and walked my dog when my walker was unavailable and I was home with a new baby. They go above and beyond here and I would highly recommend Urbanite to anyone considering moving in.

Aaron Kobza: My time at Urbanite unfortunately has come to an end after 18 months because of a new job opportunity, but I highly recommend the building to anyone looking for a modern unit on the East side of Milwaukee. Urbanite is perfect for dog owners because of the location, but even more so the openness of the staff to all breeds.I had a situation where my dog caused a fire in my unit while I was away and the staff, in particular my favorite Property Manager Amber Budd, acted swiftly to save my dog from smoke inhalation. If you value an attentive staff that values their tenants Urbanite is the place for you!

Brooke Butcher: I relocated from California to Milwaukee for work a few months ago and chose to rent at Urbanite. The building is conveniently located and is in a very walkable neighborhood, which I love. The staff has also been extremely helpful and responsive in getting moved in. They even took up some of the boxes I shipped ahead of my arrival! Other tenants I’ve met are super friendly and my little doggo is loving meeting so many new friends. South and east facing apartments have insane views of fireworks and the air show. I have been very impressed so far and am loving my view!

Cathy Callaway: I am so thrilled with my apartment in the Urbanite and the building and the staff! I have had no issues but do check in from time to time with John and his colleagues, and they would do anything in their power for any resident. They go above and beyond what is needed. The views are spectacular. I am writing this in the common room which is lovely. I also love that the building is pet friendly. The interactions I have had with pets and their owners have been so positive. All the residents I have met are helpful and friendly. I looked at many different places but knew this was the place for me when I stepped in the lobby.

Phil Davidson: Great apartment complex, with awesome amenities. The leasing/property team here take great care of us and even host fun events for residents

Mr E: Had the opportunity to stay here while in Milwaukee and it was absolutely fantastic. Flawless facility with modern amenities, safe, and very clean. The front office staff is very nice and helpful with any requests. Highly recommend!

Peggy Yates: Moving from Downtown Chicago to the Urbanite has been such a delightful experience and it all began with the best management staff. The team at the Urbanite is very responsive to any request and you can tell they take great pride in making the residents feel right at home in the Urbanite. The fellow residents at the Urbanite are friendly and care about being a good neighbor. Best in class residences with the most awesome views on the east side and great sunsets on the west side! Highly recommend living at the Urbanite!

David Snyder: One staff went out of their way to lock down an elevator for our movers when the office was closed. They went above and beyond.

Megan S: Wonderful place to live. We’ve lived here for 3 years and only moving for a new city. Staff is great—huge shout out to Alex Mann for always going above and beyond to help us.

Carson Stoller: I have been living at Urbanite for just about a year now and I have enjoyed every bit of it! The staff are amazing, the building is always clean, and the maintenance team does an amazing job! Coming home to Urbanite always gives me a welcoming and refreshed feeling! The peace and quiet from the concrete structure truly is sound proof and I never hear my neighbors! Cleaning staff comes through weekly to ensure the building and any common spaces remain up to par, and the maintenance team is very quick with response time! Urbanite also offers some great amenities… some I throughly enjoy using are the community room/terrace fireplace and the guest suite for when my loved ones come to visit! I am glad to call Urbanite home and can’t wait for what the next year has in store here!

The Atomic Man Man: Nice historical place

S H: I visited this museum as a part of our office event. It was a good experience. We had a group of colleagues who had a good experience in the museum. The associate at the entrance briefs us about the rules and the regulations to not touch the vehicles or seat on them. Some of the vehicles in one section can be touched and sit on it to experience it. A good opportunity to read about the motorcycle evolution across the globe 🌏. Boston Lofts: what do users think?

Colleen McQuade: In one day my issue was resolved! Thank you!

Kim Nicholson: My husband and I enjoyed the tour of the lofts. Karen was amazing, very friendly and knowledgeable.

Amanda Turner: was heaven sent! He instantly calmed our hearts and minds down! After about 2 mins we could see our family growing in those spaces! My husband and I cannot compliment him enough!WE WERE OVERLY IMPRESSED WITH THE BOSTON LOFTS COMMUNITY FROM THE LOBBY!You can tell the Red Tail Management really takes pride in their beautiful property.Every unit we toured was clean, had a beautiful layout and up to date appliances! Not to mention the in unit washer and dryer and other amenities and perks that this community brings !!We hope to make The Boston Lofts our home for many years to come!

George W: Appreciated the tour

Will Hayes: The new maintenance guy is attentive, diligent and considerate.

Paige O: Quick and efficient

ADante Jordan: I had A great tour & experience with Boston Lofts, the leasing office personnel was informative & welcoming. I'm looking forward to possibly & prayerfully joining & being A part of this loving community

Oscar Gonzalez: Communication since the first day I reached out on availability. Toured and loved the spacious apartment. Real quiet with great amenities. Applied and had keys within a day. Have no complaints so far after three days of moving in.

Sydney Cavanaugh: My boyfriend and I lived at Boston Lofts for a little over 3 years. Prior to Mandel group selling the apartments I would rate it 5 stars. Don’t get me wrong, there were hiccups such as maintenance problems and the occasional testing of the fire alarms, but overall things were handled well, communicated efficiently and the place was consistently kept very clean. Unfortunately, when Red Tail took over last summer things changed a bit and I would give our stay over the last year a 3/5. The electric bill significantly went up for residents, luckily we were grandfathered in, but I’m talking from about 10-15 dollars/month to hundreds. They also took a long time to figure out how to keep the common areas clean, I would say when we moved out they were about 90% to what they used to be, but again still hadn’t reach the cleanliness we were used to. Lastly, communication was significantly more difficult with the leasing office this last year as emails took a bit to get back to and the leasing office is open a lot less due to staffing issues. Hopefully, as they have been in charge for well over a year now things continue to improve. Overall, we adored the location of the apartment, our actually unit which was 1 bed 1.5 bath lofted style with huge windows that we could watch the sunset in every day, as well as the common area rooftop.

Chris Lee Aries: I always loved the Milwaukee Public Museum! I went on a thursday and there was a lot of school kids and family's. It's nostalgic everytime going to the museum, the memorable field trips as a kid and now going in my adulthood. I went with a family member and I said we are going on all the floors seeing all the exhibits and we did. Always a fun time time here.

Kat Stewart: It was very nice, the exhibits had a lot to teach in every area we went in. It just needs a little tlc and updating and it'll be perfect! They are supposed to be moving to a new building and updating the exhibits soon, so we will definitely be checking it out then. I hope they get more interactive areas.Visited on Weekday Wait time No wait …

River Place Lofts: what do users think?

Jake Meeuwsen: , the ownership, the quality and aesthetics of the building and units, and the way in which its run, is top notch. I have absolutely loved living here, to the point that I felt obligated to share this review. I would recommend RPL to anyone looking for a place downtown, without an ounce of hesitation. If you want the best downtown Milwaukee experience, look no further than River Place Lofts!

Philip Gissen: We have lived here for just over a month, and I can't imagine a better place to rent in the city of Milwaukee. After reviewing and analyzing hundreds of rentals all over the Milwaukee area, I chose River Place Lofts sight unseen from the confines of our place in Seattle, Washington. I even created comparison charts. Yet, one never knows about a choice made from the internet. For once, I was right on! River Place Lofts aren't perfect, but what is? For our needs, RPL is close. The buildings stay true to their historical origins. We reside in the original, Beams House, a renovation that has been awarded architectural prizes. Our two bedroom, two bathroom apartment has original cream city brick walls, wooden ceiling beams, and charming accouterments from the turn of the twentieth century. Friends ask how we found such a cool place, and they ask if we hired a designer. No, that creativity came with the unit. The spaces are large, windows thick, and I just wish we weren't on the first floor. Some views at RPL are wonderful. Ours stink, but ya can't have it all.River Place Lofts has the best location in the city, and that's not hyperbole. We are a five minute walk from the excitement of Walker's Point. Second and First Avenues restaurant/bar/gallery quarter is to the East, and just a short walk over the Sixth Avenue Bridge is Milwaukee's Zocalo plus distillaries and breweries. I have a ten minute walk to the Third Ward and the Public Market. The Menomonee River runs along the complex and I can have a kayak in the water in two minutes. Yet, the coup de gras is RPL is private and exclusive, residing on a dead end street, and enclosed within a gated enclave. We have no worries walking our dog late at night on the designated grassy areas. The next door neighbor on our dead end is the brand new Rite-Hite headquarters and showpiece, designed with lovely walkways and places to sit and relax. It's a green oasis surrounded by industrial chic. Truly, RPL has its private space within the city of Milwaukee. My photos tell a decent story. There are some issues. I need to be honest. The A.C. could be stronger. Lighting isn't great in our unit. Construction on the fourth building is still continuing, and is annoying. We can hear our upstairs neighbors clearly through the floor joists, and the kitchen is not designed for a chef. Appliances are builder grade, but the resident demographic doesn't cook much with hundreds of restaurants ten minutes away. These are all minor compared to what's great about RPL.Sean, the manager, takes great pride in what RPL has accomplished. He wants each tenant to appreciate what went into creating this place, and Sean wants everyone to be as happy as he is. When we need something fixed, Ricardo is here the same day we wrote our ticket! BTW, I forgot to mention there is a fully equipped gym, a cigar room, a party space, a wine vault, and a pontoon boat at your dispoasal. Are you kidding me! A pontoon boat! I'm in. Even with several buildings, RPL is always quiet, and we rarely run into anyone. The buildings are not constructed to shove as many apartments into the spaces as possible. Thus, the population of the complex is quite manageable. I know this reads as if I'm gushing, but after moving to Milwaukee from a penthouse condo in Seattle, I never thought we would find such a great place to live. We are very happy. Now, if we could just get a place at RPL with a better view.............................

Ally Wannow: My husband and I absolutely loved living at River Place Lofts! The location on the river was a huge plus, as we were able to fish and kayak from right there. We also loved being able to walk to our favorite places nearby, take our dogs on frequent walks around the area, and loved the convenience of being able to easily Uber to other nearby places. One of the things that really stood out to us during our stay was the maintenance and management team. They were always extremely helpful, personable, and great with communication. We always felt well taken care of and knew that any issues we had would be promptly addressed. It was the best apartment we've lived at and if we find our way back to Milwaukee, we will definitely be renting here again. The location, amenities, and staff made for an unforgettable experience and we would HIGHLY recommend this apartment!

sam wannow: RPL exceeded all of my expectations. It didn’t feel like just an apartment but a home. We absolutely loved our time here and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location is incredible and we enjoyed living on the river and the dog-friendly atmosphere. We greatly appreciate the exceptional care we received from management and maintenance. The maintenance team handles any problem very promptly.River Place Lofts truly prioritizes their tenants and it shows in every interaction we had with them. They were understanding, professional and just an all-around pleasure to work with. We feel so lucky to have called this place home and we can't recommend it enough!

Samantha Luber: Gorgeous apartments

Tiffany Powers: Beautiful apartments and many great accommodations. Wonderful staff. I would recommend River Place Lofts to everyone!

Shrinidhi Kalluru: Great management, quick service calls, wonderful finishes and incredibly safe. Would recommend to everyone who is looking for a place to live

Patrick Lubar: Great apartments in an exciting and up and coming neighborhood. The apartments have a really cool industrial feel with modern interior. Management is super friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend for anyone!

Roger Blau: My wife and I are starting our 2nd year in MKE and RPL and moving up to a larger apartment. We are retired and really enjoying living in this classy/unique complex. We are not short term residents. We plan to stay a while. The management has been very accommodating. The security is tops. No complaints at all.

Danny Uhen: Beautiful luxury apartments with stunning views. Excellent management team that goes above and beyond to keep their residents happy. Maintenance team does a great job of keeping the site clean and safe. Easily one of the most impressive apartment developments in the city of Milwaukee.
