Rhonda: Michael is excellent at what he does! He takes the time needed to focus on any problem area and even though he'll ask if there's anything in particular he should focus on, I have enough confidence in his skill that I just say "whatever you find, go for it". I have not been disappointed one time over the past several years!
Heather Bushkie: I would rate Creating Wellness 10 stars if I could. After five years of suffering with arm pain I can finally rest easy as my issues have subsided with the help of Michael's full body approach to healing and alignment. I had MRIs, blood work, PT, x-rays and countless tests that all came up empty. In one appointment with Michael he discovered what my issues were and started to work them out. I had one of my best nights sleep after that first appointment. And now after a series of appointments under my belt, we are working to maintain the results and keep my issues at bay. I would recommend Michael and the Creating Wellness center to anyone who has been experiencing chronic issues with no real answers. I refuse to take medication to mask the root cause of an issue and Michael has helped me keep that promise to myself with a whole-body approach to health.

Jim McGuigan: Mike is the most intuitive physical medicine guy I have seen. His Massage and assisted Stretching is better than any other I have gone to. He found some challenges I did not even know I had and after he worked his magic I was surprised and pleased with how good I felt. If you’re sore or, like me, just an old guy who isn’t as flexible as I used to be, you need to check this place out. Brilliant.Update: Within seconds of looking at my foot, Mike knew my big toe was dislocated and fixed it. 2 weeks ago an MD was stumped so he ordered x-rays and told me I didn't have a break or a dislocation and then referred me to a specialist. Mike is intuitive and knowledgeable about how bones and muscles work together.Who would have thought that my outside calf could affect my big toe? He not only told me, but he showed me how one part affects the other. I'm very pleased with the service and knowledge at Creating Wellness.

J McB: Starting back in July of 2019 I made my first appointment with Amanda for acupuncture. Way back then I was so stressed I could never get a full breath of air. I had a lot of hyperventalting episodes and felt suffocated all day.My doctor did checks and found no asthma or heart conditions but he did mention stress as a cause and recommended acupuncture.I see Amanda for acupuncture every other week since 2019, and even though I'm under the amount of stress as before, my breathless panic episodes have vanished. Amanda knows her stuff and raised my quality of life tenfold. I highly recommend.
Samantha Collins: I have had such a great experience at this place. I started out getting massages and was recommended to try acupuncture with Amanda for my sore knees after two surgeries on them. I’ve never done it before and was pretty nervous. I am SO happy that I started. It took a few sessions, but my knees are in so much less pain. It has healed me in ways I didn’t know was possible both physically and emotionally. I’ve been to therapists and never felt helped by them. Amanda is helping me heal my anxiety and depression which I never even expected to happen. I truly am so thankful for Amanda.
Heather MacLaren Johnson: I highly recommend Amanda Gawrysz for acupuncture. I injured my elbow tendons 4 years ago and have had three cortisone shots in each arm, three rounds of physical therapy, bracing, icing—everything my orthopedic surgeon prescribed. Still, no healing. After just a couple acupuncture treatments with Amanda, my right arm is completely healed and my left arm is improving steadily and remarkably. Amanda listens closely to her clients before each treatment session and adjusts treatment as needed. She is determined to do everything she can to heal. I wish I would have known about Amanda sooner! In addition to Amanda’s excellence, the wellness center is spotless, visually beautiful, and extremely calming.

Grady Fitzgerald: Dr. Jeffrey Montoya gives me the most regenerative, healing deep tissue massage therapy sessions I've ever had from any massage therapist. He's highly professional and knowledgable, plus he custom-tailors each massage to my needs. I always leave my therapy sessions feeling like I have a brand new body!

Every therapist I've had has been amazing. One point to make is, since they are in the basement of the bank building. Once the bank closes, they sometimes lock the doors to the whole building and you may have a hard time getting in. Really wish the bank or building owner would make the offices more accessible to the other tenants during off hours. Not Reiki's fault.

The room was large, the music was calming and the table was a great temperature. It was a little annoying trying to schedule a massage because i had to text twice before i got a response. I booked a follow-up while i was there to avoid this issue.

I not only get immediate relief from treatments, but long lasting relief because of the customized exercises prescribed for me. The entire staff is friendly and the place is very pleasant.Recently I began working with Robert, a physical trainer. He did an assessment of my physical condition and, as a result, gave me a specific set of exercises to do designed to increase my strength and balance. He is so good at answering all of my questions, and as he demonstrates the exercises I video him while he also explains what he is doing. Then, I workout at home. This saves me a lot of time. I return about every six weeks to two months for a reassessment. Although I've always exercised, Robert has shown me so many things I didn't know that keep me feeling great!

Kara Dorn: When I was prepping to start IFV, my fertility clinic suggested acupuncture and referred me to Orchid Chinese Medicine & Acupuncture. I started seeing Lisa once a week and continued through my egg retrieval, transfer and am now pregnant. I can’t imagine having gone through this without her. Beyond the physical benefits I felt from my sessions, Lisa was a huge support, educating me along the way and helping me with a lot of the stress and anxiety I was feeling.Lisa truly listens and cares about what you’re going through. Appointments never feel rushed, the space is warm and inviting, and everyone you come into contact with is a pleasure to talk with. I would 100% recommend to anyone going through infertility.

I chose Orchid because each staff member is highly educated with extensive credentials.The atmosphere at Orchid is warm and welcoming with private rooms, heated tables and relaxing music. I have been treated by Rebecca, the owner, for a couple of months. She is thorough, thoughtful and professional. She is easy to talk to and she is a great listener. My appointments never feel rushed.In addition to performing acupuncture, Rebecca has provided me with invaluable knowledge on nutrition. After my 3rd treatment, I had a noticeable increase in energy, improvement in digestion and elimination of hot flashes. I always leave the office feeling better than when I walked in and the results are lasting longer after each visit. I consider Rebecca to be a great partner in helping me to achieve my health goals.

I was looking for something physically relaxing, yet energy balancing. Lah knew exactly what to do. She used aromatherapy, singing bowls, and hit all the right spots for a relaxing afternoon. She was able to tell me what chakra she thought was blocked, and right away knew something I was going through that I didn't even mention. After the session, she gave me an oracle reading that 100% spoke to me and got me emotional. She gave me a pyrite stone to keep, as well. The experience was everything I needed and was looking for.
