Rhonda: Michael is excellent at what he does! He takes the time needed to focus on any problem area and even though he'll ask if there's anything in particular he should focus on, I have enough confidence in his skill that I just say "whatever you find, go for it". I have not been disappointed one time over the past several years!
Heather Bushkie: I would rate Creating Wellness 10 stars if I could. After five years of suffering with arm pain I can finally rest easy as my issues have subsided with the help of Michael's full body approach to healing and alignment. I had MRIs, blood work, PT, x-rays and countless tests that all came up empty. In one appointment with Michael he discovered what my issues were and started to work them out. I had one of my best nights sleep after that first appointment. And now after a series of appointments under my belt, we are working to maintain the results and keep my issues at bay. I would recommend Michael and the Creating Wellness center to anyone who has been experiencing chronic issues with no real answers. I refuse to take medication to mask the root cause of an issue and Michael has helped me keep that promise to myself with a whole-body approach to health.

Jim McGuigan: Mike is the most intuitive physical medicine guy I have seen. His Massage and assisted Stretching is better than any other I have gone to. He found some challenges I did not even know I had and after he worked his magic I was surprised and pleased with how good I felt. If you’re sore or, like me, just an old guy who isn’t as flexible as I used to be, you need to check this place out. Brilliant.Update: Within seconds of looking at my foot, Mike knew my big toe was dislocated and fixed it. 2 weeks ago an MD was stumped so he ordered x-rays and told me I didn't have a break or a dislocation and then referred me to a specialist. Mike is intuitive and knowledgeable about how bones and muscles work together.Who would have thought that my outside calf could affect my big toe? He not only told me, but he showed me how one part affects the other. I'm very pleased with the service and knowledge at Creating Wellness.

Grady Fitzgerald: Dr. Jeffrey Montoya gives me the most regenerative, healing deep tissue massage therapy sessions I've ever had from any massage therapist. He's highly professional and knowledgable, plus he custom-tailors each massage to my needs. I always leave my therapy sessions feeling like I have a brand new body!

Every therapist I've had has been amazing. One point to make is, since they are in the basement of the bank building. Once the bank closes, they sometimes lock the doors to the whole building and you may have a hard time getting in. Really wish the bank or building owner would make the offices more accessible to the other tenants during off hours. Not Reiki's fault.

Heather Franklin: This place is located in a bank building and those are always confusing but once you find the suite its worth the maze. The room was large, the music was calming and the table was a great temperature. It was a little annoying trying to schedule a massage because i had to text twice before i got a response. I booked a follow-up while i was there to avoid this issue.
Katie Nora: I booked a Groupon for Reiki and it was a great experience. The booking system and location are not great, but the reiki session was relaxing. They did use a lot of strong essential oils that started giving me a headache by the end of the hour session, but everything else went smoothly.

J McB: Starting back in July of 2019 I made my first appointment with Amanda for acupuncture. Way back then I was so stressed I could never get a full breath of air. I had a lot of hyperventalting episodes and felt suffocated all day.My doctor did checks and found no asthma or heart conditions but he did mention stress as a cause and recommended acupuncture.I see Amanda for acupuncture every other week since 2019, and even though I'm under the amount of stress as before, my breathless panic episodes have vanished. Amanda knows her stuff and raised my quality of life tenfold. I highly recommend.

I’ve never done it before and was pretty nervous. I am SO happy that I started. It took a few sessions, but my knees are in so much less pain. It has healed me in ways I didn’t know was possible both physically and emotionally. I’ve been to therapists and never felt helped by them. Amanda is helping me heal my anxiety and depression which I never even expected to happen. I truly am so thankful for Amanda.
Heather MacLaren Johnson: I highly recommend Amanda Gawrysz for acupuncture. I injured my elbow tendons 4 years ago and have had three cortisone shots in each arm, three rounds of physical therapy, bracing, icing—everything my orthopedic surgeon prescribed. Still, no healing. After just a couple acupuncture treatments with Amanda, my right arm is completely healed and my left arm is improving steadily and remarkably. Amanda listens closely to her clients before each treatment session and adjusts treatment as needed. She is determined to do everything she can to heal. I wish I would have known about Amanda sooner! In addition to Amanda’s excellence, the wellness center is spotless, visually beautiful, and extremely calming.

Codi Alger: Wasn’t sure what to expect when I started. But I have a neck issue and I wanted to try yoga as a final resort before recommended surgery. I started with a beginner pack trial run and was hooked immediately. I enjoy all the instructors and the timing of classes are great and inclusive. The studio is welcoming and is a great fit for beginners and yogis alike. Huge shout out to Sarah for her killer “sound tracks” she makes for each session! It’s so cool and really makes it fun!
Wendy Meyer: I am new to this studio but absolutely feel I have found home. The studio smells amazing, has beautiful plants all over and best of all - the instructors are all uniquely awesome! Tanya Murphy: I have been going to Healium Hot Yoga for about 4 years now. It was the second yoga studio in Milwaukee that I tried, and the search was over. The variety of classes offered is wonderful....both hot yoga and non-heated, beginner classes and power yoga, various interesting guest workshops, and even yoga retreats are offered. I love going there because I can always find what I need...whether that's needing to get a good sweat on and challenge myself, or just stretching things out and being more relaxed. And the community that Robyn has created at Healium is fantastic....I have made several friends there who are truly wonderful beings in my life!
