Sharon Maxson: Menards has lost some of its glam for me. Menards used to be my very favorite store. Menards had everything.But Northridge Mall is being demolished now, and all that's left is Menards. I'm not sure what the plan is for this store's future at this location.

L Reiff: Needed a forklift to adjust a shifted load on my semi trailer. The rental process itself was normal however what stood out to me is with them knowing my load had shifted "partially my error" they still treated me with the utmost respect and at no time did I feel any kind of negative vibe. I'm not from the area but this location put United Rental in my book as a company I can trust.
Jerry Wick: Doug and Justin in the service department are great to work for. They do their best to make sure the proper repairs are being done on their equipment. There is a reason why United has such a large presence in SE Wisconsin.

iworkinsteel: Update 9-6-23: Lincoln Contractors supply came through as an authorized Black and Decker service center. It took a month, probably through no fault of their own, but my broken hedge trimmer was replaced with a new one !Took a broken Black and Decker hedge trimmer in for warranty repair on July 15th, because they are an authorized service center.I was given a claim check after some paperwork was filled out, and was told it had to be sent out to a DeWalt repair center. I was given a phone number for Steve, the branch manager.I called on Monday, July 24th to check and see if there was any progress. Steve put me on hold for a minute, then came back and said " good news, looks like they replaced your trimmer with a new one".Now, I had the original box I purchased it in, because that's how I store it, and that's how I gave it to them, in the like new looking box .So I went to pick it up today, July 26th.They never sent it out !The woman I dealt with today, said she'd get it shipped out right away.Here's hoping second chances works.I will be happy to upgrade my review if the service warrants.
