Gail Holm: This is an amazing business, the owners and staff are top-of-the-line. They have furniture and decor for every room of the house and everything they have has quality and value. Everything is very well taken care of and at very good prices. They offer delivery, too! Sadly, because of COVID-19, they are closing their doors in August and I encourage you to check them out before this treasure is gone for good.

They're holding some items for me for a whole month until my move and they charge a flat delivery fee for everything. I can add items to my order at any time before the delivery without adding to the delivery fee. In addition I got discounts on several pieces. Robin was friendly and helpful. Jacob: This is an amazing antique store. It is far larger than you would expect going in and the prices are incredibly reasonable. There were several pieces of furniture I would have gotten if I had the space in the house for it.

But this does take some time so do not plan for a quick visit.There are always new things coming in so if you don't find something go back in a few weeks.

Valecia Suide: The customer service I received when placing my order was excellent. Josh answered all my questions and made ordering simple. The only glitch was that delivery men almost left without taking the old mattresses with them, which I had already paid for. Thankfully one of the delivery men did stay while I called the store to straighten it out. The glitch was they had not been informed about my old mattresses. Everything was straightened out and the furniture looks wonderful.

Persickety Consumer: Jim the store manager and Reese the in store salesman were very helpful in trying to manage frustrating irregularities in an online order. They assisted as far as they could, assisted in getting the correct frame, then put me in contact with the correct party to deal with the online issue. In short, I learned that it is better to put your order in at the store front in case there are delivery issues rather than through the chat on the website. Through the chat I was not aware that I was not dealing with my local store. Online reps have inconsistent levels of knowledge.Also I learned that when placing orders a new account must be created each time so that the purchase goes under the correct name for warranty purposes. Do not allow reps to pull up an existing account through your phone number.With these cautions in mind I would not hesitate in working with the folks and buying from the Silver Spring Mattress Firm in the future.

Jacob Bowen: Needed a fridge and range, and Juan came through! I visited one afternoon when he was there and he was so helpful. He asked me what I needed and showed me everything he had that matched. He went out of his way to try to help me, messaging me a few days later when he had something for me that matched my requirements and budget. Delivery was great, he came out less than a week after I purchased them and hauled my old appliances away. Cannot recommend a better place to get appliances if you're in the market for something that's going to work so well, even if it has a scratch or dent.

He was unable to service my dryer because of his instore repair schedule. He was inundated with appliance repairs, but was able to find a way to help me out. He himself couldn't respond to my service call request, but he took it upon himself to find someone that could. He sent his son-in-law Alex, a very friendly and capable individual who did a great job! Juan is a man of integrity which is very rare these days. As it appears, so is his family. Great people!

I bought a well made dresser and an old desk that I'll remake into 2 end tables for the bedroom.There seems to be a good amount of staff here so when you purchase anything they can help you loads it into your vehicle. Even if you pick up later they will put it in the back room for you for an easy pick up later.
