Justine Filapek: Cute little shop. Registered for the Metal Etching workshop that was scheduled for noon on Saturday. Arrived a little early to browse the shop but I arrived there were "Closed" and "Temporarily Closed while we deal with some issues" signs in the window and on the door. Not happy. Five other people arrived who were part of a bridal party and had the same reaction. There was no phone number nor email address referenced, just, "see our website." A little passed noon, on eof the other group received a phone call from the instructor stating she had overslept, was really sorry, but was on her way.It was frustrating, yes, but it's not a big corporate shop and things do sometimes happen.By the time we got inside, warmed up a bit, and settled into the back room where the workshop is, it was after 12:30. I wasn't in a hurry, so after getting over my frustration of initially thinking the class wouldn't happen and I was out my money, I was just fine. Relaxed.The class itself is very casual. The instructor is very sweet, informative, and friendly. Simple explanations. Can freehand or stamp your metal pieces for etching. Interesting and easy process. The instructor felt bad about being late so we got to do as many pieces as we wanted. No one took advantage it and went nuts, but we were able to make some really nice pieces. While they were in the acid, we got to pick out accessories and findings to go with our etched peices, and then assemble our jewelry. The instructor did help people with assembly who wanted/needed help.Great workshop to learn a new skill.

S H: I visited this museum as a part of our office event. It was a good experience. We had a group of colleagues who had a good experience in the museum. The associate at the entrance briefs us about the rules and the regulations to not touch the vehicles or seat on them. Some of the vehicles in one section can be touched and sit on it to experience it. A good opportunity to read about the motorcycle evolution across the globe 🌏. A good opportunity to understand the journey of this company Harley Davidson. Overall a good experience.

Patricia Ormsby: The store was incredibly busy today being Saturday. All associates were helping customers so I took the rag from the nightstand I wanted to purchase and got in line. When I got to the register, I was assisted by manager on duty Thomas Blaedow. I explained that I had taken the ticket because I needed to purchase two nightstands but I had no way of getting them upfront. He stopped what he was doing was doing to go back to pick up both nightstands. He brought them upfront on a flatbed. I also purchased a desk chair with wheels, so I was concerned about getting all of this in my sedan. He was so positive and upbeat entire time. Told me between the two of us we would get all of this in my car. Believe it or not, we did! Thomas was very courteous and helpful all while short staffed.

Will and Shawn were there with me the whole time trying to help me as much as they could. Phil Beyer: Ken is awesome! Knowledgeable about apple products and sympathetic to the less than ideal situation I found myself in. This location actually has a Genius Bar unlike Mayfair so I’d recommend this store also for any repairs. You will get much better service.
Laura Duescher: Had a fantastic experience at the store today trading in my old Apple Watch for the new Ultra 2 Apple Watch. There was a slight mixup with my watch but the manager, I believe his name was Ben, was incredibly helpful in making sure that everything was taken care of and that I left the store with exactly what I wanted. Him and all of the staff were incredibly helpful and kind and made the experience extremely enjoyable!

Craig Leonhardt: If you can't find it here, you probably don't need it. You will find all kinds of amazing treasurers. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I always make it a point to get over there when I have a project or something fun planned.
Jay Gross: An institution. I've been going to AS&S since they were located near the airport. Truly never know what you will find but if you can't find it anywhere else, give them a shot.
