With his enthusiasm, knowledge and professionalism we were lead through all of the choices. We chose Wolf, Bosch, VentAHood and Zephyr. Specifications were provided for all of the appliances and forwarded to our GC. Coordination of schedules between the GC and Appliance Gallery’s install team was seamless. On the day of installation all went off without a hitch. The installation crew were skilled and efficient. We highly recommend Appliance Gallery and all of the people there.

Tim Garcia-Brown: Very helpful. Lots of brands on display. The “showroom” is goofy and more like a warehouse. We asked if we could bring our dog and they said they are dog friendly. We brought our dog and one of their big dogs was all over our little dog. He wasn’t trying to harm her, but scared her and us.

I called for service on a Monday and the service technician was here the next day, diagnosed the electrical problem and fixed it within an hour. He was very prompt, knowledgeable, and the repair cost very reasonable.

Jacob Bowen: Needed a fridge and range, and Juan came through! I visited one afternoon when he was there and he was so helpful. He asked me what I needed and showed me everything he had that matched. He went out of his way to try to help me, messaging me a few days later when he had something for me that matched my requirements and budget. Delivery was great, he came out less than a week after I purchased them and hauled my old appliances away. Cannot recommend a better place to get appliances if you're in the market for something that's going to work so well, even if it has a scratch or dent.

He was unable to service my dryer because of his instore repair schedule. He was inundated with appliance repairs, but was able to find a way to help me out. He himself couldn't respond to my service call request, but he took it upon himself to find someone that could. He sent his son-in-law Alex, a very friendly and capable individual who did a great job! Juan is a man of integrity which is very rare these days. As it appears, so is his family. Great people!
