My husband and I were so pleased with how the necklace came out he asked if they could fix his wedding ring that was ruined by a different company when he brought it in for a cleaning. On the spot they were able to do what the major jewelry company couldn't and got his ring back to the original look. Martin O'Leary: Amy, Noah, and Melee made the process of creating my wife's engagement ring a very positive experience. Ahead of our first visit, I tipped them off that I was coming in to legitimately look at earrings, but also wanted to get my then-girlfriend's reactions to different rings in their case. Noah was super sly and helped me get her ring size while we were looking. Later, I made an appointment and I came in armed with saved post's from A Trio's Instagram page and Amy helped me make sense of it all. After we settled on a design, she used her experience and creativity to fine tune aspects of the ring to hit my budget without compromising the design. Every interaction was pleasant and respectful, especially when I was clearly in over my head. The end result couldn't have made us happier, she loves it and we get compliments all the time. Highly recommend

Christopher Chamness: We had taken my wife's wedding set somewhere else to be resized, and they all but destroyed it. It was a custom made ring and we were afraid that it was unsalvageable. We brought it into Paul's, and they were not only able to salvage it, but completely fix all the damage that was done to it. While we were trying to figure out what could be done with it, they even brought out some toys to help keep my young children entertained while we talked. I strongly recommend them. They are very friendly, knowledgeable, and do fantastic work.

I only didn't like how I purchased $1750 earrings and they didnt give me any type of grading certificate other than a barely readable and off-center fax to my email a few days later.Cmon, guys...even Sam's Club gave a cool looking card and physical certificate so I can insure their stuff easy. Coming in later today to look around, see you there! Earn that 5th star from me, I wanna give it to you!

Kaity, was ever so patient with me as we were working on this project when I would come back to MKE to visit/check on my Pops, while still living in MA. They also gave me a great appraisal of an older Rolex that I inherited from my Pops and wound it for me NUMEROUS times prior to my purchasing a watch winder so that the date and name of the day would stay in check. If you have an old school Rolex, while timeless, they are a pain in the rear to deal with in that aspect.Since moving home, Powers has always taken the time to buff my jewelry, both that which I had purchased from them as well as other pieces.
