Jordon Meyer: Very friendly service and a big selection of nice tile. I would say high-end tile, but there are actually some nice deals to be found here. I've worked with a few tile installers and they said that the tile had to be from Lexco, and they would not work with The Tile Shop tile products. So, when it comes from a professional tile setters mouth, I believe that there's something about the quality of the tile that is also good.Overall very nice and a good place to find tile. The downside is that they don't work directly with tile installers, but they do give you a list of local companies to help you out.
Jaime Meyer: Great showroom with a wonderfully helpful staff. They have a large selection and great prices! We visited a few times before picking out our tile for the kitchen backsplash. They let you take samples home to, just remember to bring them back in a week. I highly recommend if you are in the marked for tile or stone.

He cleaned the shower and bathtub and left the grout sparkling white. I also had him do the caulk and it was perfect. We received great feedback on the cleanliness of the tile while we were going through the sales process and the new owners told us they loved how clean the tile was.

It does look brand new and has not had this work done since 1991.We had out of state company coming and he was able to fit us in and get the job done before they came. When we found out he could clean our composite deck and railings--we were thrilled! Our deck looks brand new and it's over 10 years old. greg wyder: I'm so glad I hired these guys to diagnose my foundation issues. They are not a basement repair contractor. They only perform drain tile tests to definitively nail down the causes of basement water issues. At the end of the day I came away with a clear understanding of the causes of my basement problems, what needs to be done to fix them, and an estimate of how much it will cost. They provided a written report that will be very helpful as I discuss proposals from contractors who actually do the work. With the information they provided I feel much more confident I can hire the right contractor.

This may have been me, but I can say with confidence, that David and Greg put me at ease, walking me through what was going on with the walls and existing drain tile. Not only were they extremely knowledgeable, but kept me in the loop every step of the way--they even sent pictures and video's. They were on time and left the basement cleaner than when they arrived. Reed's Independent Drain Tile is reasonable and I would recommend them to anyone dealing with any sort of water issues before allowing a contractor to open up the floor. Jay Atton: We were in the process of selling our home and the buyer offered to have a drain tile test done due to the buyer having concern over so old water staining on out basement wall. The initial company that told the buyer that they should have a drain tile test done was the same company that offered to do any future work. As the sellers, we were very concerned that they original drain tile company told us our whole basement needed to have new drain tile. Afterall.... they had the most to gain. Over $8000 in fact. We decide to have an Independent test done to confirm we were not being taken for a ride. Reeds Independent Drain tile came out and assessed and explained how everything functions with the drain tile in our very old home. It turned out that we DID NOT need to have a new drain tile system put in, saving us from the unnecessary expenditure. They are professional and reliable. I highly recommend getting a second opinion that is completely independent and truly feel this company worth giving a call.

Michele Djuric: Our experience with Ron & Russ's flooring was amazing. The store is simple, no frills, and makes you feel like the people running it know what they are doing. Ron's knowledge of carpets added a level of guidance and trust to the process, and Russ's careful measuring and professionalism set the stage for what would be the best carpet installation we have ever had. Luis, our installer, ripped out and installed three rooms with stairs in one day, by himself. He was like the energizer bunny stopping just briefly for lunch. He was careful, courteous, respectful of our home, and did a job that was better and more precise than larger crews from different companies have done in the past. Russell Craze: Sandra Bernacchi did a wonderful job helping us decide on the perfect carpet for our home. I was very satisfied with her service and communication. The hours available at the store were not very conducive to customers, however, and I would have really benefitted from being able to schedule time in the evenings to look at samples or even have a dropbox to return samples. Overall, I would recommend working with her again as she also referred us to a terrific installer.
